Revealed: Sebelius ´shake-down´ helped outside

Daily Mail [UK], by David Martosko

Former Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius maneuvered one of America´s richest liberal philanthropies into contributing $13 million to Enroll America, a group founded by a former Obama White House staffer to drive up insurance enrollment numbers under the Affordable Care Act. A report issued Monday by the Government Accountability Office shows what Republican members of Congress have anticipated learning since 2013: that Sebelius called a total of five organizations a year ago and urged them to help Enroll America reach its goals. [Snip] The foundation, known for bankrolling gun-control, diet-control, anti-alcohol and anti-tobacco campaigns, improbably insists that that

A better question......will anything be done about it? My gut feeling is no, it seems the statue quo is alive and well in Washington on both sides of the aisle, unfortunately for the American people.

Nearly all in the Obama administration are crooked liars. Their response to any questioning of their wisdom is the "MOBSTER" response: "Whaddaya gonna DO about it?"
HHS, IRS, EPA, DOJ, NLRB, ... they´re all the same- thugs like those that descended on the Brady ranch in Nevada, and eager to put people in "First Amendment" zones to SHUT them UP. Americans (racists, gays, unionists, moochers, single women) actually put these thugs in charge and it was to their advantage to do so: to elect agents to ´legally" take successful peoples´ stuff and redistribute it to others to gain their votes.

Israel accepts Egypt proposal

Israel has accepted an Egyptian truce proposal for the conflict with Gaza. Hamas, which controls Gaza, has not formally responded. But its armed wing has rejected the plan as a "surrender". Under the terms, the ceasefire should begin immediately, followed by a series of meetings in Cairo with high-level delegations from both sides. Palestinian officials say at least 192 people have been killed by Israeli air strikes launched eight days ago to stop militants firing rockets into Israel. There have been no Israeli air strikes into Gaza since the 09:00 ( 06:00 GMT) truce, but at least one rocket has

Have a look at this recent BBC interview with Al Gore. Then, once you´ve cleaned up the sick, consider what it tells us about the current debate on climate change. I´d suggest two things. 1. The mainstream media still isn´t doing its due diligence in exposing the scam. 2. (And this is a consequence of 1.) Charlatans like Al Gore are getting away with murder. "The science doesn´t support that view" declares Gore airily. And instead of challenging Gore on what this "science" of which he claims to be the gatekeeper actually says, the journalist smiles indulgently and moves on

The U.S. Justice Department is claiming that Microsoft must hand over emails that the company stores in databases in Dublin, Ireland, in a case that is being watched closely by tech companies legal scholars. The U.S. federal government is claiming that it can force any company that conducts business operations within its borders to comply with warrants for data stored on its databases, even if those databases aren´t physically located within the United States. Several companies that operate within the U.S. keep databases in other countries. Ireland has become a popular location for many of the U.S. tech companies.

The U.S. government´s latest attempt to stop illegal immigrants crossing the border comes via the radio. As part of a new multi-million dollar ´Dangers Awareness Campaign´, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection campaign commissioned a catchy Spanish song to be written and produced to discourage families in Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador from sending their children with smugglers to cross the U.S. border through Mexico. That song--La Bestia--has subsequently become a major radio hit in Central America, with its legion of fans unaware it was created to ´teach´ them something. La Bestia--translated as ´The Beast´--refers to the notoriously dangerous freight

A third of Americans think Congress should impeach President Barack Obama, polls released today show. Left-leaning publication the Huffington Post along with polling partner YouGov and right-leaning polling company Rasmussen Reports came up with roughly the same percent of Americans who think Congress should bring formal charges against the president in separate polls that were released this morning. The poll-takers also found that 68 and 58 percent of Republicans, respectively, think the president should be impeached. Congressional leadership has no intention of drawing up articles of impeachment for Obama, but a lawsuit the House plans to bring against the president for

Sarah Palin wants to impeach Barack Obama. In an op-ed article published last week, the former Republican vice presidential nominee declared that the crisis on the southern border (where young illegal immigrants are being detained) "is the last straw that makes the battered wife say, ´No, mas´." The Republican Speaker of the House, John Boehner, thinks that´s loco. (Technically, he said, "I disagree".)
