But Seriously, Just How
Slow-Witted is John Boehner?

American Thinker, by C. Edmund Wright

Original Article

Posted By:quantumman, 4/21/2014 7:22:21 AM

As he moves from lobbyists to the golf course, from press conferences to the tanning bed, he remains oblivious to all that is around him. He has power, incredible power, and yet to this day he has no understanding of the election that made it so. Moreover, all around him are astonishing opportunities for him to be an historic figure -- one who could and should be the man who did more than any other single person in turning back the red tide of Obama. It’s all there for Speaker of the House, and yet John Boehner manages to miss

Comments:
His inaction and silence on all of the WH scandals is a scandal in itself. He is not just dense he is an ally of Zippy and his minions.

Wow, Mr. Wright just gave Boehner the worst job evaluation I´ve ever read! Any self-respecting employee (yes, Boehner is our employee) reading such a review would start shaping up or start looking for another job.

Someone from Boehner´s Congressional District should send Mr. Wright´s evaluation/article to Boehner´s staff. Maybe the kids in Boehner´s office could do something; but, then-again, maybe it´s the "kids" on his staff who have encouraged his ignominious behavior.

All I know is that I am confused by his actions - this is no way to win a war.

Good points here. Boehner and the Reps are allowing Obama to destroy America, as planned.

But the same can be said of McCain and Romney, neither of whom ran against Obama on the basis of Zippy´s anti-American views and probable ineligibility even to run for the presidency!

Put bluntly, he is the wrong man, in the wrong job, at the most inappropriate time in US history. The same could be said about Obama with one exception. Obama knows his job is to destroy this country.

John Boehner will not be treated well by historians because he could have fought the Huns, but decided to just get along. He isn´t a freedom fighter, sadly he just wants to run with the Rats.

I don´t know about all the ´rhetoric´ here in these replies. But, as a simple voter and conservative at heart, having quite sufficient experience in the industry, I look to our management for LEADERSHIP, based on what´s best for those under such leadership (AKA, me n all those who are voters). Boehner hasn´t done such (IMHO) consistently. So then I ask, what´s the process by which such gets into leadership? And why doesn´t that flawed mechanism get adjusted such that we DO have real leadership (i.e., that doesn´t squander opportunities for leadership)?

Just see how fast they push immigration compared to the other items. They won´t be slow witted on the immigration bill. Boehner is the least effective leader in history.

After the full House of Representatives cited former Internal Revenue Service (IRS) official Lois G. It had to come sometime, and it came in one very bad week for the Democrats: that the many big problems with Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama finally grew too great for the press to ignore. Obama in his own different way is heading towards Nixon-like levels of weirdness, as, beaten down by the failures regarding his ventures, he appears to have quit his own job. A.B. Stoddard of the Hill says in effect he has stopped being president and chooses to live in a world of his own, shutting out the problems that have become overwhelming, giving dinners where he talks

Attorney General Eric Holder encouraged Americans not to forget race while working for justice and equality in their country. “As it stands, our society is not yet color blind -- nor should it be -- given the disparities that still afflict and divide us.” Holder explained, “We must be color brave, and we must never forget that all are made better and more prosperous if all are given equal opportunities.” Holder made his remarks during a speech at Howard University on Tuesday for the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Civil Rights Act. “We must take into account not only the
