A Family Affair:Will Jeb Run?
Only if the Bush Clan Says Yes

Politico, by Peter Schweizer

Original Article

Want to know whether Jeb Bush will run for president? Don’t listen to the learned pundits pouring over Electoral College maps and crunching poll numbers, weighing the former Florida governor’s chances against the rest of the putative 2016 Republican field. Put aside for a moment, the very real questions about his immigration stance and whether he’s too much of an Establishment guy in a Tea Party world. Electability matters, of course, but if you want to get Jeb, it’s the last name that counts, and the family history you should consult for clues as to whether he will seek to join

The Republican Party needs a standard bearer in ´16 who has been tried and tested. Such a candidate will be far stronger if he has had the full force of the Bush machine thrown against him. For that reason Jeb should run but he should not (and I trust will not) be the nominee.

I don´t want Jeb to run. Not because he is a Bush and not because he is not an honorable man. It´s just because I do not like his position on education. We do not need an ´education dictator´ in the federal government. That goes for the state of Florida too.

The RINOs and Liberals would love for him to run....there is a lot in his past they can bring up (entire family wise) and even if they have to slightly taint one of their own....billy jeff......even if Hill is the opposition.
Jeb would be a close repeat of Romney and the Dems choice of McCain.
We deserve a better representative for the sake of the people of the USA,

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) vowed to crush the Tea Party, and with help from Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) in Kentucky, he did, and nationally, he will. House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) has sent the Tea Party to the back benches, and after the recent defeat of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.), is his successor any different than him? No. Did anything change? No. The Tea Party is not being done in by Democrats; it is being done in by the party of big business, crony capitalism, big money from insider Wall Street and big banks, the Chamber of Commerce and the corporate lobbying wing of the Tea Party's real nemesis:

Newark, NJ - Already embroiled in a criminal probe over lane closures at the George Washington Bridge, Gov. Chris Christie´s administration is facing an investigation over a second bridge. The Manhattan district attorney´s office and the Securities and Exchange Commission are investigating whether $1.8 billion in funding to repair the Pulaski Skyway and related projects was misrepresented in bond documents by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, a person familiar with the investigation but not authorized to discuss it publicly told The Associated Press. The next presidential election is still two years away, but with some major midterm elections set for this coming Election Day, Rock the Vote is making a grand return to encourage young voters to get active in the political process. Beginning with the 1992 presidential election, the nonpartisan group – using pop music as their hook – was instrumental in inspiring politically uninvolved baby boomers and Gen-Xers to get off the couch and make their voices heard via the ballot box. With the U.S. now experiencing a demographic shift, the new-look Rock the Vote will refocus their efforts on millienials, of

Gallup Poll of Trust Shows

Gallup on June 19 published a poll that dealt with American confidence in institutions, alleging that public faith in Congress reached the lowest point since the question had been polled. Was that the real story? An analysis of the polling results of American confidence in different institutions, and a review of those results over time suggests something much more significant: Americans overwhelmingly express confidence in those institutions historically connected with conservatism and overwhelmingly express little faith in those institutions historically connected with leftism.

Many view America´s education as a failure, but in at least one important way, it´s been a success — a success in dumbing down the nation so that we fall easy prey to charlatans, hustlers and quacks. You say, "Williams, that´s insulting! Explain yourself." OK, let´s start with a question or two. Are you for or against global warming, later renamed climate change and more recently renamed climate disruption? Environmentalists have renamed it because they don´t want to look silly in the face of cooling temperatures. About 650 million years ago, the Earth was frozen from pole to pole, a period

They may be in the majority, but many House Republicans feel irrelevant. That’s the problem both candidates for House majority leader promised to fix when they delivered their pitches to the rank and file at a closed door meeting. “I want every member to feel relevant again,” Rep. Raul Labrador, R-Idaho, pledged when he addressed a crowd of about 50 lawmakers. “I want you to feel like you did the first day you came to Congress. Do you remember that day? That was an amazing day filled with endless possibilities.” First elected in 2010, Labrador is the underdog candidate against House Majority Whip

By releasing five Taliban commanders from Guantanamo Bay prison in exchange for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, President Obama has launched a furor on the right. The Bergdahl news comes along with a number of other developments - such as Obama´s doomed diplomacy with Iran, an anti-war speech at West Point, and Russian President Vladimir Putin´s aggression in Ukraine - that have awakened national security conservatives. This is bad news for Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., and his presidential ambitions.

Jeb Bush is one of the country´s most visible advocates of Common Core, forcefully defending the K-12 standards even as it puts him at odds with a conservative base he would need to mount a viable campaign for president. But his problem is deeper than policy. Bush´s Foundation for Excellence in Education has collected millions of dollars from pro-Common Core organizations — from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to the for-profit education giant Pearson — giving critics something to sink into and drawing attention to the venture that has allowed the former Republican governor to expand his profile beyond Florida. While the administration says it wants to expand educational opportunities, the proposed rules would target community colleges and for-profit colleges -- institutions that educate disproportionately poor, minority, and working-class Americans. But even as the administration imposes new burdens on schools educating non-traditional students, the Education Department would exempt all four-year colleges from the new rules. I have written a great deal about the solid conservative majority in America. Most conservatives seem to think that Americans describe themselves as “conservative” when in fact they are not – but polling data on the public policy question of abortion shows that this is not true. In fact, this data strongly suggests what I have long suspected: many Americans decline to call themselves “conservative” when in fact they are conservative. When we grasp the madness and wickedness of leftism, this makes sense. No sane or moral person could ascribe to that that toxic misology.
