Half of foreign doctors are

Independent [UK], by Sarah Knapton

Half of all foreign doctors in Britain do not have the necessary skills to work here but can practise because the competency exam is too easy, a major study finds. The majority of the 88,000 foreign doctors in the health service would fail exams if they were held to the same standard as their British colleagues, according to the research. The disclosure will add to concerns over the reliance of the NHS on foreign doctors. The language ability of some has been questioned in recent years. The research potentially shows more wide-ranging inadequacies. Around 1,300 foreign physicians are licensed each

In helping my parents with various medical issues, I have found that far to many doctors in the US are shockingly incompetent. If we were a litigious family, we´d be suing left and right. Things are only going to get worse from here on out.

If the truth be know a lot of patients in the UK have essentially committed suicide by allowing those third world foreign doctors to manipulate their bodies.

If Obama gets his immigration reform (amnesty) package through, you can bet that there are provisions tucked in that that will allow a huge number of third world doctors and nurses to come to the USA. There are already provisions in Obamacare saying that minorities have a right to be treated by doctors and nurses of their race or ethnicity.

NEW YORK — Target is asking its customers to not bring firearms into its stores, even where it is allowed by law. In a statement posted Wednesday on the retailer´s corporate blog, interim CEO John Mulligan said that Target wants a "safe and inviting" atmosphere for its shoppers and employees. "Bringing firearms to Target creates an environment that is at odds with the family-friendly shopping and work experience we strive to create," he said. As the investigation into the Bourbon Street shooting continued Tuesday, police confirmed that six of the victims were visitors from out of state, including a woman from Australia. NOPD spokeswoman Hilal Williams sent out a press release shortly before 2:30 p.m., which included a change in what authorities had previously said - that six of the victims were women and four were men. But victim nr. 7, who police previously identified as a woman, is in fact a 22-year-old New Orleans man, who was treated and has since been released from the hospital. The wounded included a 21-year-old woman

New Orleans is among the most risky real estate markets in the country when looking at the biggest gains and losses homeowners have experienced over the past three decades, Bloomberg reported recently. Bloomberg and real estate website Zillow.com analyzed data from 1979 through last year to find the biggest swings in home values. In the New Orleans market, which ranked the 15th most risky, a homeowner carries a 22 percent risk holding on to a house for five years, according to the report. The city´s worst year was 1987-1988 when values fell 7.2 percent; the city´s biggest gains were 2012-2013

With its finances in the red and its role sharply curtailed, questions are being raised about the long-term future of the agency that put New Jersey on the map of big-time sports. But no matter what its fate, the hard truth is that the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, which once netted tens of millions of dollars annually from The Meadowlands Racetrack and Giants Stadium, will likely be a lingering financial liability for state taxpayers. A series of decisions by officials over time have left it marooned, with significant structural costs and little means to pay for them

A small garbage can is filled with water from a neighbor, while a bigger one sits outside in the yard, where she hopes it will collect some rain. She´s developed an intricate recycling system of washing the dishes, cleaning the floor and flushing the toilet with the same water. A government-contracted security force threatened to arrest doctors and nurses if they divulged any information about the contagion threat at a refugee camp housing illegal alien children at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, sources say. In spite of the threat, several former camp workers broke their confidentiality agreements and shared exclusive details with me about the dangerous conditions at the camp. They said taxpayers deserve to know about the contagious diseases and the risks the children pose to Americans. I have agreed to not to disclose their identities because they fear retaliation and prosecution.

Seems the prospect of smokin’ out a snake like Bill Ayers was too good to pass up. Getting an exclusive one-on-one with a crazy, violent communist with a small c was quite a coup for Kelly and D’Souza...or was it? Since lying and deceit generally benefit the liar, we have to ask, ”What was in it for Bill Ayers?” A mea culpa for past crimes? Hardly. After listening to Ayers, we must conclude: once a psychopath, always a psychopath.

President Obama’s displeasure with gridlock in Washington — and with the Republicans he blames for it — has been rising for months. This week it has boiled over. From the Rose Garden to the Cabinet Room to near the Key Bridge in Georgetown, the president has signaled more than mere annoyance at the state of affairs at the halfway point of this year. His disdain for congressional Republicans has steadily increased; his disrespect for their tactics has hardened into contempt.
