Hank Aaron Compares Republicans
That Oppose Obama To KKK

CBS, by Staff

Original Article

Posted By:FelineFine, 4/9/2014 11:02:02 AM

Baseball Hall of Famer Hank Aaron compared Republicans that oppose President Barack Obama to the Ku Klux Klan. Speaking to USA Today Tuesday on the 40th anniversary of his then record-breaking 715th home run, the 80-year-old Aaron said that Republicans are hindering Obama’s job performance. “Sure, this country has a black president, but when you look at a black president, President Obama is left with his foot stuck in the mud from all of the Republicans with the way he’s treated,” Aaron told USA Today Sports.

Contrary to popular belief, wisdom does not apparently come with age when you see everything through the prism of race.

I was watching ESPN yesterday, and they had a special on Hank Aaron. If I didn´t know any better, I would have thought I was watching MSNBC. They had Georgia Dem John Lewis talking about racist Republicans. On a tribute to Hank Aaron.

I hate how libs have politicized everything. Before this, Hank Aaron was a great baseball player. Now, he´s just another liberal, looking for an opportunity to insult me. Gag,

Man, this is sad. Given the gauntlet he had to run while pursuing Ruth´s record, it´s kinda understandable he still harbors bad feelings. Dick Gregory never got over it, nor did Miles Davis. Aaron, remember, was part of the Negro Leagues prior to MLB signing him, so he had to endure all that went with that.

Having said that, his comments are appalling, but not surprising. When 95%+ of a certain race votes for somebody largely due to having the same skin color, and live in an echo chamber where every perceived slight is filtered through race and everybody you know agrees with you, it´s easy to espouse these feelings.

How interesting. I grew up in the Deep South when the KKK was still a presence but never ever did I support it. Indeed, I like many, were appalled by the KKK. I was a teenager that admired and rooted for HA to break the Babe´s record. Yet now, 40 years later, even though I supported and admired HA and opposed the KKK, just because I disagree with Obambi´s non racial fascist agenda, I am suddenly a member in good standing of the KKK. And does HA mean that black republicans that oppose Obambi’s agenda are also members in the KKK. If so, then liberals should be celebrating because the KKK has finally embraced diversity!

Mr. Aaron, you should read some history books. The KKK is the terrorist arm of the democrat party. It was democrats who lynched Black men, democrats who enacted the Jim Crow laws, democrats who bombed churches killing children. Democrats who used attack dogs on children trying to go to school. For decades a member of the KKK, Robert Byrd was a member of congress and was honored by his democrat peers when he died. Don´t you dare compare Republicans to the KKK. It shows just how stupid you are and reflects on your race.

We can expect Obama to expand his War on the White Race, his War on Men and his War on Citizens as November approaches. Obama needs 90% to 115% of the black vote, 75% of the Hispanic (legal & Illegal) vote and 60% of the single women vote to prevent a GOP sweep of House & Senate. So, we can expect more GOP = KKK, more visits to WH by Trayvon Martin´s parents, more embraces of Al Sharpton, more actions to end deportations and a HHS or WH job for Sandra Fluke. Obama has no shame in using the entire federal apparatus to maintain almost absolute power over us.

Hank Aaron is a long time malcontent. Anyone familiar with his "history" knows what a race-baiting complainer he has always been, railing about the "injustices" he "suffered" in his career. Not surprised at anything he says or his total ignorance of facts about the kkk OR Republicans.

I always admired him. I never knew all that much about him, even back when he was breaking the record, even though I was rooting for him.

Like I said, I admired him for a lot of things, not the least of which was the way he had overcome so much in regard to his race, and I liked his smile.

That admiration just went out the window. As noted by so many here, he´s exposed himself as just another race baiting member of the Knee Grow Victim Class --which, according to some, he´s been all along.

What a bummer. As others who have pointed out, Aaron has been a racial malcontent for practically his entire life. He´s also one of the greatest ballplayers who has ever worn a uniform. (He hit at least one homerun in every Atlanta Braves game I ever attended, as I was hoping he would do.) After ending the 1973 season at exactly 714 homeruns (tied with Babe Ruth) he endured more than a few threats to his life, and those of us who liked him as a ballplayer cringed at the racial animosity toward him. Would that it had never been so.

However, racism infests every race, as well as the souls of Hank Aaron and Barach Obama. People of the Left were sure that Obama´s election would accelerate the healing of racial wounds, a healing already well underway since the 1960s.

Instead, the result of his presidency has been renewed racial tension which he has only exacerbated. Deliberately. That´s all community organizers do. Americans of all races are observing the destruction of the middle class and the dismantling of America´s strategic hegemony. Those who yearn for freedom the world over are eventually going to realize that Obama is a comprehensive failure. Only epidermal thinking can prevent that realization from setting in. But for some, racial solidarity is more important than America´s prosperity and safety. Sad.

Besides which, Aaron did not break the Babe´s home run record. It took Aaron 11,295 "at bats" to reach 714 but it only took Ruth 8,399 "at bats". And Ruth played back when the ball was softer then when Aaron played, making it more difficult to get enough energy on the ball. So he´s a faker and a racist.

FTA: "Aaron goes on to describe the racist letters he has kept for decades as he was chasing Babe Ruth’s home run record.

“To remind myself that we are not that far removed from when I was chasing the record,” Aaron explained to USA Today Sports. “If you think that, you are fooling yourself. A lot of things have happened in this country, but we have so far to go. There’s not a whole lot that has changed.”

How very sad that he fed his pain with a few hateful letters and harbored so much resentment and hatred that he was apparently blinded to the far greater acclaim, adulation, and resulting good will in race relations that he acheived because of his talent and hard work.

Sadder still that he would project his negative experiences because of skin color onto Barack Obama. Hank Aaron earned his overwhelming lifetime of love and respect from baseball fans of all races because of his talent and hard work. He helped, along with others of different races, to bring about some understanding of our similarities and to unite Americans with the mutual love of the American game of baseball.

Barack Obama has earned his reputation because of his close associations with anti-American activists, his leftist political agenda, and dividing Americans by "fundamentally transforming" America from a Constitutional Republic into this leftist mish-mash of destruction. If skin color had anything at all to do with any of it, Barack Obama was elected POTUS because of his skin color as much as Hank Aaron was ever rejected because of it.

How sad it is that Hank Aaron may have damaged his lifetime of hard earned respect and love from fellow Americans for someone whose similarity to him may be no more than skin deep.

Chick-fil-A is finally crossing the road. The iconic chicken chain, as well-known for its conservative heritage as its savory eats, is recalibrating its moral and culinary compass. It wants to go from old school to almost cool. It wants to evolve from a place where gays once picketed to a place where they´ll feel comfortable going to eat. It wants to broaden the brand as it expands nationally and plows into the Millennial-driven urban arena. Above all: it wants to be a serious player on fast-food´s biggest stage.

Ellen DeGeneres was a completely slavish toady to President Obama as he appeared on her show to sell Obamacare -- not to young people, but to mothers. The president made his pitch to "especially all the moms out there who may have young people – 26, 27, do not have health insurance, but they think they’re invincible and nothing’s ever going to happen to ‘em – what we’ve said is you never know what life is going to throw at ya."

The U.S. deported Honduran children as young as 1-1/2 years old on Monday in the first flight since President Obama pledged to speed up the process of sending back illegal immigrant minors from Central America. Fleeing violence and poverty, record numbers of children from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala have crossed into the United States over the past year, sparking intense debate about how to solve the problem. Monday´s flight from New Mexico to San Pedro Sula, the city with the highest murder rate in the world, returned 17 Honduran women, as well as 12 girls and nine boys, aged

The Obama administration quietly announced on Tuesday that it intends to change the way Americans learn about natural disasters and other major emergencies during radio and TV broadcasts, giving the president the ability to flip a switch and address the entire nation at once. The Emergency Alert System, the latest version of a program first established in 1951, blasts out emergency messages in the event of local weather emergencies, but can also be used to warn Americans about terror attacks and major natural disasters. [Snip] It can take up to 10 minutes for every radio, TV, cable and satellite provider to

In his message to the “Mexico/Holy See Colloquium on Migration and Development,” Pope Francis characterized the tens of thousands of illegal immigrants that have crossed the U.S. southern border as a product of globalization, suggesting that the phenomenon is happening worldwide. Francis proclaimed, “Despite the large influx of migrants present in all continents and in almost all countries, migration is still seen as an emergency, or as a circumstantial and sporadic fact, while instead it has now become a hallmark of our society and a challenge.” Emmer McCarthy for Vatican Radio said Francis expressed his concern for “the tens of thousands of

The First Lady of these United States has declared war on Chick-fil-A. It seems the home of plump juicy breasts and hot buttered buns has run afoul of the new Smart Snacks in School program. The program is a component of Mrs. Obama’s Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010. The new government regulations require snack items served in public schools to have less than two hundred calories. That includes vending machines, lunch rooms and other campus food venues. And that’s really bad news for kids at South Carolina’s Socastee High School. They’ve just learned they will no longer be allowed to buy Chick-fil-A

“Trust” is for Con Men: The reaction to the border chaos in Texas has accomplished one thing: It has exploded the lie at the heart of current “comprehensive” immigration reform plans. The basic structure of those plans is a swap of a) near-immediate legalization for b) increased border security in the future. The appealing idea is to let current illegals stay while taking the steps necessary to prevent further waves. The lie is the assumption that, once current illegals get their legalization, pro-immigrant activists in both parties will continue to support the second half of the bargain, the increased security. John McCain, an immigration hawk. Who knew? Mr. McCain, the highest-profile Republican of the U.S. Senate’s “Gang of Eight” that came up with amnesty as the solution to the immigration crisis — and it truly is a crisis — is finally taking a hard line against President Obama for his encouraging the tidal wave of illegal aliens swamping the southwestern border. “There has to be a halt to this,” Mr. McCain thundered Sunday on CNN. “That’s what we want, and the best way to do that is for planeloads of these young people to be returning to their country of origin

Contrary to what those who defend the right to own high-powered assault rifles believe, not all guns are created equal. Due to a combination of availability, portability and criminal usage the following five types of guns are the country's most dangerous. School Shootings: Widely Reported Tragedies Since 2000 - Using firearm trace data from the ATF, as well as FBI homicide records, we determined the types of guns most often recovered from crime scenes and/or used in murders. The numbers are stark: According to the FBI's 2012 Crime in the US data, nearly 70 percent of homicides for which the FBI received weapons data involved the use

It had to come sometime, and it came in one very bad week for the Democrats: that the many big problems with Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama finally grew too great for the press to ignore. Obama in his own different way is heading towards Nixon-like levels of weirdness, as, beaten down by the failures regarding his ventures, he appears to have quit his own job. A.B. Stoddard of the Hill says in effect he has stopped being president and chooses to live in a world of his own, shutting out the problems that have become overwhelming, giving dinners where he talks

Senate Budget Committee ranking member Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) has warned all of his colleagues in Congress that President Barack Obama’s new immigration strategy—his plans to legalize millions of illegal alien adults through executive power—could destroy America as we know it. “I write to inform you of a development that threatens the foundation of our constitutional Republic,” Sessions, Congress’s top immigration hawk, wrote in a letter that was hand-delivered to all 535 members of Congress on Monday and provided exclusively to Breitbart News. Sessions cites a recent report from the National Journal, in which reporter Major Garrett detailed how, despite the ongoing

Attorney General Eric Holder encouraged Americans not to forget race while working for justice and equality in their country. “As it stands, our society is not yet color blind -- nor should it be -- given the disparities that still afflict and divide us.” Holder explained, “We must be color brave, and we must never forget that all are made better and more prosperous if all are given equal opportunities.” Holder made his remarks during a speech at Howard University on Tuesday for the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Civil Rights Act. “We must take into account not only the

WASHINGTON — It was an enduring image of his presidency: a chastened Bill Clinton walking his dog while wife Hillary keeps her distance as the family leaves town at the height of the Monica Lewinsky scandal — but it was all part of a contrived public-repentance campaign, according to a new book. With Bill on the skids and his wife’s future prospects on the line, it was necessary for the pubic to see the president being punished, said Weekly Standard online editor Daniel Halper in his new book, “Clinton, Inc.: The Audacious Rebuilding of a Political Machine.” “They understood that
