Eric Holder explodes at GOP rep:
‘You don’t want to go there, buddy!’

Daily Caller, by Caroline May

Attorney General Eric Holder exploded at Texas Republican Rep. Louie Gohmert during a House hearing Tuesday. In the midst of questions about the Justice Department’s failure to divulge documents about the Holy Land Foundation terror funding trial, Gohmert made a side comment about how the House of Representatives found Holder in contempt in 2012 for refusing to turn over documents related to the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal. “I realize that contempt is not a big deal to our attorney general, but it is important that we have proper oversight,” Gohmert said. “You don’t want to go there, buddy! Mr. Holder is the classic example of what happens when a sissy gets power. He becomes a bully and tries to intimidate those who used to scare the bejillikers out of him. He´s no different than any other group. Hitler was like that. Resentful of anyone who could threaten him and who had enough power to act. Good luck with that intimidation thing, Holder, you walking piece of human excrement.

I read the article in The Daily Caller earlier and Rep. Gohmert did come back with a retort to this arrogant, petulant prince! You don´t mess with Louie G. He was stunned when he heard the street mouth from Holder and replied. Mr. Holder is a bit testy, isn´t he? He sure has a lot to answer for.

Every day their stupidity, their lack of experience are on parade. But even the old timers´ show the same lower than low mentality. They just follow in the footsteps of their ´dear´ leader, this AG, Hitlery, our ´secretary of state´, Kerry. What a bunch of inept fools!Impeach them all!

Holder is a small man in a very big position. He´s shown his true colors on many occasions - this was one of them.

He reacted as if he´d been backed into a corner and responded indignantly. Well, Mr. SmartyPants is way too big for his britches and has been for many, many years. He´s one revolting individual and, as AG, does what he darned well pleases and believes is good for his boss - not what´s good for America.

I pray every day for another "Reganesque" leader to help us. Other than that, I see this country dividing. Then what will happen? The part of the country that goes conservative will thrive and prosper, but the part of the country that goes liberal/fascist/commist will die under it´s own taxating weight. Then what? Will China or Russia come in to " rescue" them? Will they sell part of the country to save themselves?

Wow, have not heard that good a comeback since I was in grade school. Thing about being a coddled affirmative action hire is you never learn to deal with other points of view. Obviously, Holder has no problem with contempt, it´s his daily M.O. Contempt for the Constitution, contempt for voting integrity, contempt for european-americans, contempt for the rule of law. What else does Eric holder have but contempt?

When such an evil, unjust man is in charge of enforcement of justice of a nation, and the is little humanly possible to be done to remove this evil man, the only thing left is to appeal to divine intervention to bring this man his just rewards. God raises up & God can depose as He will. And I pray God deposes this petty tyrant.

So long as the media continue to protect these criminals, they will be responsible for the damages, which are considerable and worsening.

When a Republican Adminsitration is under investigation for possible corruption, etc. - it´s draining the swamp (I paraphrase Pelosi), but when it´s a Democrat Administration, especially when it´s the FBP and FBAG, it´s a political witch hunt with overtones of racism, etc.

Congressman Gohmert was not weak, imo. If he hadn´t been making strong points, Holder wouldn´t have lost his "cool" and resorted to threats.

More information about the whole exchange here:

http://cnsnews.com/news/article/melanie-hunter/holder-gohmert-contempt-you-don-t-want-go-there-buddy

At issue was a request for documents in the DOJ’s case against the Holy Land Foundation, a designated terrorist group based in Texas, whose founders were convicted and sentenced for funneling money to Hamas.

The men are now asking for a new trial, blaming their lawyers for their convictions. In February, the DOJ disputed their attorney’s claim, saying there was a “mountain of evidence” that proves the Islamic charity was controlled by Hamas.

“I was fairly specific to make sure that I got the documents that the Department of Justice handed over to people convicted of supporting terrorism. They’re terrorists. We’ve given them the documents,” Gohmert said.

Gohmert said the committee sent the Justice Department repeated requests for the documents that had been used to prosecute them but were only provided a link to “nearly 500 publicly available exhibits that were admitted into evidence” and instructed “to check the public access to court electronic records.”

Meanwhile, the requested documents were “put on discs and sent to Illinois,” so they are easily available – “just not to members of Congress,” Gohmert said.

“Attorney General, I’ve read in the 5th Circuit opinion, about 9600 summaries of transcripts of conversations that the Justice Department had that were made available to attorneys for the terrorists,” Gohmert said. “I still do not understand why your department can provide documents to terrorists’ lawyers, and many of them to four out of eight of the terrorists, and not provide them to members of Congress.”

“Sir, I’ve read you what your department promised, and it is inadequate, and I realize that contempt is not a big deal to our attorney general, but it is important that we have proper oversight,” Gohmert said.

A major flaw in our political system to have the AG appointed by the president. AG should, at least, belong to the opposite party.

Just want to thank Melanie Hunter and Cyber News Service for that good information provided in their coverage of the incident between Congressman Gohmert and AG Holder.

I´ll be surprised if it is a completely and clearly presented in accounts of the incident at what are considered the major news sources.

Rep. Gohmert first laid out how Justice gave terrorists info and not Congress. He showed just who the friends of this administration are.
Is this the ill wind? Just who does Holder think he is? Obama?
Pray that their words and actions are continually confounded. Got that, Boy?

Ferret-face Holder would do well to remember that he will not always be AG and Obama will not always be pResident. And that elephants (real ones) have long memories.

Before we form our firing squad in a circle we need to remember that the Republicans in the Senate could not have stopped Buddy Holder from being confirmed and voting against him would have been trumpeted as racial sour apples.

I have to admit, I knew that zero’s administration would be bad, but I never imagined that it could be this blatantly corrupt. I would like to see Holder and others removed from power now, but if there are criminal charges sought, the verdict can’t come before zero is out of office. Remember, he has a pen and a fistful of pardons, which may explain the lack of pursuit by the House – it’s a matter of both timing and numbers, unless you would be satisfied with a Pyrrhic victory.

Does this mean that Rep. Louie Gohmert should avoid jogging or driving alone in the near future?

Holder reminds me of Sheriff Poole, in "Open Range."

Gohmert, while clearly a man´s man, reminds me of the Annette Bening character, Sue Barlow.

Sue, "You are a disgrace, Sheriff Poole - You always have been."
Sheriff Poole, "I know it. That´s just the way it is."

Holder, BO, MO and all the other thug gangstas in this administration cast a giant spot light on the horrible consequences of affirmative action and white guilt.

I feel really bad for the self-accomplished black Americans that are being dragged under the rip-tide of massive backlash of racism that this administration has unleashed.

Seriously, how many employers, lendors, realtors, contractors and other business people are going to want to engage in business with blacks when everyday all we hear is that white people are racist?

Who would want to open the flood gates of racial discrimination law suits?

But then again, Obamacare may fix this because BO´s own "legislation" will not provide any new jobs and even less for blacks.

Unintended consequences.

Criminal charges against Holder would go to the Attorney General of the District of Columbia who is a Marxist democrat that works for, (guess who?) U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder. Do you see any thing coming from criminal charges?

The only thing that could be done but won´t is impeachment but the senate is controlled by Marxist democrats so that will never happen either.

Blanket approval of whoever the president wants in his administration needs to be stopped. Using the term "The president deserves to have who he wants in his administration" is bullshit especially when those people are anti American Marxist communists and the people know this unless they are stupid.

This is simple a fortiori. Since Obama knows he can frog march a three year old girl onto the White House lawn, shoot her in the head on live TV with absolutely ZERO consequences other than his poll numbers going up and the GOP´s numbers going down, Holder can do and get away with anything less than that and he knows it and flaunts it openly. Holder´s arrogance and open contempt will improve Obama´s numbers and that´s the ONLY thing that will come of this. The United States is over. Voters made it so and Hillary will make sure it stays that way until a two bit nothing nation destroys us. I´m amazed that this Holders deal surprised or plussed anyone. If this is upsetting, when the Free S*** Army stops by to steal your stuff, protected by the police because you´re the dangerous ones, you´re really going to be surprised. That also is GOING to happen because the voters made it so and will continue to make it worse.
