It’s Time to Start Suing
Schools and Officials —
Personally — for Abusing Students

The Washington Times reports that a New Jersey school in the Vernon Schools system suspended a 13-year-old boy last Thursday. His “crime” — twirling a pencil in his fingers. Another kid behind him yelled “He’s making gun motions, send him to juvie!” According to AWR Hawkins, that kid had been bullying Ethan Chaplin, the kid who was twirling the pencil. And the idiots in charge of the school took the bullying to an entire new level. The school suspended him. It ordered him to undergo both a psychological and a physiological examination. The boy’s father says his seventh-grader son was

It is no wonder our public schools are producing uneducated individual who are incapable of thinking, writing or doing math. When you have idiot administrators and teachers like these, you can expect nothing else.

I hope the family sues the heck out of every adult involved. Then sues the bully´s family for raising a piece of garbage. Publicly shame every stinking one of them.

Just like police departments around the country and all levels of gov´t, school systems, too, are out of control.

It used to be common that your child might tell you he/she´s calling police because you are abusing him/her. Now, it´s twirling a pencil around the fingers and a very "well educated"kid raised on the same system can cry out “He’s making gun motions, send him to juvie!” I´m all for suing the underwear off these screwballs. You can all thank Gov. Christie and the idiot legislature in NJ. After the gay student from Rutgers killed himself, NJ imposed the strictest bullying laws in the country.

As a result, every school district now spends outrageous amounts of money on anti-bullying protocol and they are terrified of lawsuits. It is next to impossible to get out of high school without being suspended now.

It is definitely time to turn the tables!

A new tactic for bullies: accuse the ones targeted for torment with bullying, racism or making a gun with your finger. It will work when bullies´ parents have already threatened the school, teachers and administrators with discrimination and anything else they can think of in defense of their bully-child.

it used to be a given that the very lowest average I.Q. on any university were to be found in the schools of Education and in Social Work. Students and faculty both. Nice people, some of them, and we´re talking averages with some normal variation. But not what we´d expect in, say, physics, mathematics, engineering.
And it shows.
Yet they have credentialism out the wazoo,
I´ve YET to meet a school administrators, principal or superintendent, who was not at heart a dunce with delusions of adequacy and a bad attitude. (and the two with Master´s in Social Work from Alabama State University -- an HBCU -- who were functionally illiterate only adds to that count).
Yet we give these dolts charge over our children, our families and our neighborhoods. (believe me, the social work types can stick it to you if you don´t bow).
I´m sure there are good ones. But I´ve not met one yet. Sue them? how about public floggings and the pillory?

I´ve been a corporate lawyer for 29 years and have found the litigiousness of our society to be horrific. But at this point, it´s time to go Alinsky and "make them live by their own rules". If the left can sue and sue and sue and arrange for friendly environmental settlements with the government, etc., then we can do the same and we probably have to if we are to level the playing field. It´s not my preferred way of playing but it is far better than losing and this "game" is too important to lose.

Laws of Agency prevent civil liability of agents (employees). The school district is liable.

However, criminal negligence and abuse of power under color of authority, are both criminal offenses. So is stalking.

In other words, the principal can be fined and jailed, but not held civilly liable.

If one parent works at home, or does not work, there is no excuse for public school anymore. It´s an institution that no longer works. It has failed for two reasons--scummy people that those in authority can´t or won´t stand up to, and liberals. Sometimes they are one and the same.

My son was not super-bullied, but had his share. He even had his sandwiches, on more than one occasion, simply removed from his box in front of him by a larger student and consumed. Sure my son got a free lunch and the kid got in trouble, but who needs this? Who needs to be shoved around when trying to work? Threatened? Made fun of? Tell the snotty kids, their envious useless parents, and the liberal staff to go pound sand.

Results? My kid went from C- to F level work and now is all As. He has already finished his Science and Math work, and there are two months left to go of school! His reading and comprehension skills--which were so bad he needed additional help in school--have moved from below average to average. This is all since January. His teacher is astonished.

It works. And there is not one shred of material that does not go by me. No gay training, no bullying, no lousy lunches, no indoctrination.

Let the scum have the public schools, their lousy free lunches, their inferior textbooks, and they can eat each-other alive.

The Middle East, always complex, is descending into a form of chaos that seems baffling. Bringing order to the complexity is Daniel P. Goldman, aka Spengler, writing in Tablet Magazine. Despite fiery statements issued by Hamas spokesmen over the past 48 hours, it was obvious Tuesday night that the Islamist movement was searching for ways to rid itself of the current escalation. Hamas feels that it has been forced into a confrontation with Israel – one that it did not want at this stage because of its increased isolation and financial crisis. Ever since President George W. Bush said “Islam is peace” on Sept. 17, 2001, it has been politically shielded from any debate about its effects on its adherents or on the rest of the world. Muslim nations and pressure groups such as the Council on American-Islamic Relations have used political correctness as a weapon to punish anyone who dared to begin any debate on Islam by calling them “Islamophobes,” an accusation of racism.
