Judge to end Ohio ban on

CINCINNATI- A federal judge said Friday that he will strike down Ohio´s voter-approved ban on gay marriage, a move that stops short of forcing Ohio to perform same-sex weddings but will make the state recognize gay couples legally wed elsewhere. Judge Timothy Black announced his intentions in federal court in Cincinnati following final arguments in a lawsuit that challenged the constitutionality of the marriage ban. "I intend to issue a declaration that Ohio´s recognition bans, that have been relied upon to deny legal recognition to same-sex couples validly entered in other states where legal, violates the rights secured by the

So will states be required to recognize my conceal carry permit, even if their CCW laws are different? Originally, states had the right to have different standards of conduct.

If not, then my CCW permit should be good in LA, NYC, San Fran, New Jersey and all the other anti-gun fascist places where they are violating my Second Amendment rights.

Act on the original law as passed by the people of Ohio and be done with Federal Overreach.

So much for states rights. One Federal judge nullifies the will of the ohio voters. We know what that´s like in CA. The Tenth Amendment of the Constitution states quite clearly: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.". It is the unalienable right of the State of Ohio and the People of Ohio to deny same sex marriage in Ohio and it is the 10th Amendment in the Constitution to keep the Federal Government out of the issue. But disregarding the Constitution is considered totally acceptable and encouraged. It´s all part of the evolutionary process.

I don´t believe any judge should have the power to be ruler over the people choice when it comes to moral issues. If the majority say it´s wrong to be immoral then it´s immoral. When the majority reach the point to where they say it is a-ok to be immoral then they make the choice.

People will just have to shift around in the states to create some states that will go one way and some that go the other with the ability of the states to ban those immoral or moral from their states.

The country is becoming more divided with each passing day all thinks to liberal Marxist democrat and republican Marxist democrat want-to-be judges.

God is right when he says there are no wise men unless they learn and follow His word.

Today, the Supreme Court ruled in the nationally followed Hobby Lobby case. The for-profit corporations that brought these cases to the Supreme Court—a craft store and a cabinet manufacturer—argued that the corporations’ religious convictions should excuse them from compensating their employees through the comprehensive health insurance required by law. Specifically, these private employers sought to exclude insurance coverage of several forms of birth control because, contrary to medical and scientific evidence, the corporations’ owners believe some birth control causes abortions. The Affordable Care Act already includes special arrangements for houses of worship and religious non-profits, like schools and hospitals. Houses
