Louisville, Ky. — Two cousins appeared in court Saturday morning in connection with a March 22 assault. With her five children inside her vehicle, a woman was struck in the face and left unconscious at the intersection of First and Jefferson streets. Tyrone Booker, 19, and Shaquazz Allen, 18, are accused in the assault. Allen´s mother said the photo lineup conducted by police is not substantial enough evidence to implicate her son. "He couldn't tell you what she look like or anything," Cheri Allen said. "They wasn't found with any of the woman's belongings but because she gave a description of ages 16 to 20 with black hoodies on,

Comments:
Mother with a tenuous grasp of basic English claims her baby was not among the hundreds of black hoodie rioters that knocked unconscious a white woman, noting that her baby was already on "house arrest" for stealing in a separate flash mob robbery that night. Will Obama honor Tyrone & Shaquazz´s mothers at the WH as he has with Trayon Martin´s unwed parents? How many members of the Congressional Black Caucus will wear black hoodies this week in support of Tyrone & Shaquazz?

Tragic to read comments of Shaquazz´s mother not only because she is part of a criminal culture but also because she speaks as if she was just liberated by Union troops in the Civil War. A war that ended 150 years ago.

This begs the question: if these little angels were under house arrest, then why weren´t they IN THE HOUSE at the time of the riot???!!!! And where are their fathers to defend their honor and integrity???

School and Church and Home teach these children ´social justice´. Children are taught discontent and anger and resentment at being ill-treated so they lash out at people who can´t fight back or at each other. Look for more of this doctrine in the famed pre-K.

Tell Cheri Allen that ´exonerated´ means solitary confinement and that ´locked up´ means to walk free.

I have no doubt that Miz Allen doesn´t know the definition nor spelling of the word exonerated.

Again, the basic steps are exercised to say the accused is innocent, to say their child couldn´t do such a thing, blame someone or something else, to say the evidence is incorrect, and that they is bein picked on cuz dey black.

House arrest was not exercised but dat don´t matter. Cuz it´s ya´ll fault.

Shaquazz´s lawyer is a piece of work, too. He makes Johnnie Cochran look honest and dignified. West Louisville and their City Council Representatives are just tuning up. It will be very interesting very soon.

OP, do you live in Louisville?

"My boy didn´t do it" must be the most popular response by mothers. The most unique heard locally was "Trouble just finds my boy"

Former Panama dictator Manuel Noriega is suing the Santa Monica video game publisher Activision Blizzard Inc. for depicting him and using his name without his permission in one of the fastest-selling video games. In a lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Noriega alleges that “Call of Duty: Black Ops II” portrays him as “a kidnapper, murderer and enemy of the state.” This was done “to heighten realism in its game,” which “translates directly into heightened sales” for Activision, the lawsuit states. The University of Texas can consider race in undergraduate admissions to promote diversity, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday. Acting in a lawsuit that the U.S. Supreme Court had sent back last year, Judge Patrick Higginbotham wrote that considering race boosted the university’s efforts to assemble a diverse student body. (Snip) The original lawsuit was filed by Abigail Fisher, a white woman denied admission to the university in 2008. She contended the university had discriminated against her in violation of the 14th Amendment. When the 5th Circuit ruled against her, she appealed to the Supreme Court. In June 2013, the high

The Washington Redskins have stuck with their name and logo for years, despite ardent and escalating protests by Native American organizations and their supporters. Even the U.S. Patent Office weighed in this year, calling the logo “disparaging.” Now, Franklin Lakes is thinking about changing its own longstanding depiction of a Native American on its letterhead, business cards, vehicles and website. But this time, it’s the Ramapough Lenape Nation — the closest tribe to the borough — that is objecting. “There is a vast difference between using a dignified image that represents the native people and using a logo that shows a caricature
