Progressivism Unbound at HUD

It was 1993. I lived in an all-white, middle-class neighborhood, mostly Italian and Irish with some Albanian-Americans, in Staten Island, New York. I interviewed 22 people in order to rent my two-family home where I lived in the bottom apartment. Applicant Number 23, an Afro-American male greeted me at the door. He said his name was Curtis Black and he was a Wall Street broker. He was wearing a $2,000, blue pinstripe Brooks Brother suit. After the interview I told him I would call him if he was selected. Two weeks later, he rang my doorbell. He asked if I had

There is absolutely nothing you could possibly do that would constitute sufficient repentance for the original sin of being white in modern America. The full power of government has dedicated itself to the huge task of punishing Caucasians and it´s still not enough. It will never be enough. Internationally, the world is being taught to hate Americans and domestically we are being taught to hate white, male Americans. How much crazier can it get ???

I recently saw a study by Dr. Ruchi Gupta that found that the closer children lived to urban cores, the worse were their problems with asthma and food allergies. The least instances of those problems was in rural communities.

The overall liberal plan to promote dense urban living is unhealthy in that way, just for starters.

What sounds so good on paper is called theory. When applied to real life, humans get in the way and mess it all up. Progressives never learn. They just keep on theorizing.

So many have to justify their jobs today.

At a recent town hall meeting in Edmond, Oklahoma, local citizens gathered to discuss the possible connection between fracking and increased seismic activity in their area. According to one published report, members of the audience left “disappointed” that no consensus had been reached linking fracking and seismic activity. The intent of this effort is to cripple the U.S. economy by depriving it of an efficient and

After months of collaboration with dozens of family activists, my blogging squad (English Manif) was able to publish a catalog of 300 real-life examples of totalitarian conduct by the gay marriage and gay parenting movement. For the convenience of readers, and to allow for discussion with common reference points, we have numbered the examples. The incidents range from small and episodic things (snip) to the grave and severe, such as #157 (the imprisonment of a young French man for opposing same-sex marriage) or #162 (the hiring of trained provocateurs to infiltrate the French Manif pour Tous).

Anthony Cumia gets attacked all the time: Most often for telling the truth about black crime and violence that is stratospherically out of proportion. And how reporters condone it. On Thursday night, July 3, his bosses at Sirius XM radio fired him for it. “The decision was made, and Cumia informed, late Thursday, July 3, after careful consideration of his racially charged and hate-filled remarks on social media,” said the suits at Sirius. “Those remarks and postings are abhorrent to SiriusXM, and his behavior is wholly inconsistent with what SiriusXM represents.” Cumia was typically defiant: “Sirius decided to cave and fire me,” he

On July 2, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) announced that it would not reopen the investigation into the destruction of TWA 800. This was the Boeing 747 that was blown out of the sky ten miles south of the Long Island coast on July 17, 1996, killing all 230 people on board. The TWA 800 Project, a team of former aviation investigators and scientists, had petitioned the NTSB to examine evidence that pointed toward a missile strike on the airline. Despite fiery statements issued by Hamas spokesmen over the past 48 hours, it was obvious Tuesday night that the Islamist movement was searching for ways to rid itself of the current escalation. President Obama’s ultimate weakness may be that he believes his own blarney. A year ago, Mr. Obama boasted in a “fireside” Web chat that his “is the most transparent administration in history.” There was not the slightest hint of irony. He may actually believe it.
