Media wrongly attack Drudge after
he admits paying Obamacare penalty

Washington Times, by Kellan Howell

Left leaning media outlets criticized Internet news mogul Matt Drudge’s tweets on Friday, but the backlash stemmed from a misunderstanding of how Obamacare will affect small businesses. On Friday, Matt DrudgeDRUDGE/status/447057404568424448” target=”_blank”>tweeted, “Just paid the Obamacare penalty for not ‘getting covered’… I’M CALLING IT A LIBERTY TAX!” A few minutes later, Jason Lee, the Director of Progressive Media at the White House, tweeted a response, saying Mr. Drudge’s tweet was a, “flat lie, no fee for previous year. Scary how much influence he once had.” From there, the tweets came rolling in, attacking Mr. Drudge via social media and liberal news outlets, Breitbart

The leftists cannot allow independent thought that would ruin the propaganda.

This is a long term pattern of the main stream media losing control.

Note the IG purges follow the same mendacity.

Facts trip up these ideologues everytime. They shoot their mouths off and then find out they were wrong. That does not embarrass them or deter them. They are nothing if not rabid simpletons. Their ideology trumps reason. They think there is no truth but their truth. It is fun to watch reality bite them when they are so utterly publicly wrong.

What? The White House has a socialist media expert IN THE WHITE HOUSE, that WE are paying for? So the Obamas are dropping even the pretense of media objectivity in favor of Orwell´s "Ministry of Truth (Propaganda)"?

And the alleged reporters don´t even care that they´re being lied to on an institutional level?

I´m still confused about this. I thought an employer had to have at least 50 people working for him in order to be hit with the mandate, which has now been delayed until 2016.

So which part of the law that has NOT been delayed is Drudge having to deal with currently?

I have to know this because I can see an argument brewing with an in-law.

# 12 - self-employed, paying quarterly taxes because he does not receive a ´pay-check´ from an employer who would withhold 1/12th of anticipated taxes for 2014. He is in effect paying 1/4th of his 2014 tax bill which will be due April, 2015 for the taxable year 2014. Everybody getting a company paycheck has almost paid in 3 months of taxes for 2014 due April, 2015.
He apparently has decided not to sign up for obamacare, so he is anticipating the penalty of that action.......the tax for not signing up. Remember, it was stated anywhere from $95 to 1% of gross adjusted income. Bet the tax will be a lot higher than was stated as everything in obamacare reported to date has been a LIE.

Elected officials in two states far from the U.S.-Mexico border have claimed that the Obama administration has resettled hundreds of unaccompanied illegal immigrant children without adequate notice and has refused to detail the exact locations where the children are being kept. Fox News has learned that 748 unaccompanied minors have been transferred from areas near the border to the Chicago area. Of the original group of 748 kids, 319 have been placed with family members or sponsors while they await an immigration hearing. The other 429 have been placed in facilities run by the Heartland Alliance, a nonprofit organization that receives

Deep in the Bible Belt, new signs emerged this weekend of evolving views among Republican governors on gay marriage. While the Republican Party´s religious conservatives continue to fight against same-sex marriage, its governors appear to be backing off their opposition – in their rhetoric, at least. For some, the shift may be more a matter of tone than substance as the GOP tries to attract new voters ahead of the midterm elections. Nonetheless, it is a dramatic turn for a party that has long been defined by social conservative values. "I don´t think the Republican Party is fighting it," Wisconsin´s

America is navigating extraordinary travails attempting to adapt to Barack’s increasingly erratic and arbitrary decision-making. This is apparently motivated by his own misbegotten notion he’s a secular prophet who must force America to adapt into his socialistic fantasies.
