If you haven’t seen it, John Hinderaker at Powerline has a devastating fact-check on a shabby piece in the Washington Post today on the Koch Brothers. Read it here. The authors of the Post piece, Steve Mufson and Juliet Eilperin, have responded. Here’s the bulk of it: First, regarding the political leaning of the group that brought this story to our attention, our article makes clear its left-wing origins, the controversial nature of its earlier claims, and its political agenda. Second, regarding whether Koch would benefit from the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, we make clear that many of Koch’s leases

Jeff Bezos needs to fire these two propagandists.
Amazon has another suit that may prove its undoing concerning its Prime accounts.
Many retailers are now offering free shipping and amazon´s recent increase in its fees for Prime may cost it many customers.
If true, that it charges more for the same product in Prime, than it is no longer the case that items shi " free".
He should clean out the Leftist Propaganda of the WP.
Ironic the WP made its name on Watergate when Woodward concealed his source Mark Felts at the FBI.
Had the reader known the source was a disgruntled FBI agent leading the investigation-it certainly could have changed history.

The attack on the Koch´s is nothing more than the attempt to scare other rich Republicans from funding their party of choice all while Silicon Valley, Hollywood, Media, Wall St. and George Soros Billionaires hold the power strings for the Democrats. One democrat billionaire is currently promising to spend $100 Million on the phony Global warming boondoggle, which is impoverishing millions of poor and middle class people..

I do hope the Koch´s have a lawsuit here.

I wish that someone would also do a piece on Warren Buffett, one of those billionaires that Obama is always trying to discredit. Buffett has always been a Big, Big, Big, Obama supporter, so we´d really like to learn the facts as to why Buffett/Obama do NOT want the Keystone Pipeline built.

I heard that Buffet owns rail lines that he wants used to transport the oil, rather than the oil being transported from its source by a pipeline. I wish someone would clarify the whole thing for us.

I find Warren Buffet beyond pretentious - with his:

"I´m just a country boy from Nebraska who still lives in my humble home in Omaha where I set my garbage out every week, and still buy my second-hand suits at the Good Will, and get my hair cut by that old timer on Main Street who only charges five dollars on Senior Tuesdays. Aw shucks! And you better believe me when I tell you that my kids are getting nothing when I die, excepting maybe the billion dollar trust funds I´ve set up for each of them."

I find the man more hypocritical than Obama.

I guess I should put s/o for my imaging of Buffett´s life in Omaha.

Watching the influx of unaccompanied minors crossing our southwestern border daily, a reasonable man could conclude that we are living out the fevered dreams of a dystopian novel. The United States has lost a basic aspect of sovereignty. Control over its borders is a relic of the past.Having traversed Mexico with the help of drug cartels freely operating human trafficking networks, Central American minors are voluntarily entering the United States through the Rio Grande Valley. They’re shepherded to the border, where they cross on their own and seek apprehension by Department of Homeland Security agents,

The excuse of “the hard drive ate my homework” flies just as well in federal court as it does in any middle school, it seems. After Judicial Watch filed a complaint over the lack of notice on their FOIA demand that the Lois Lerner e-mails no longer existed, a federal judge ordered the IRS to explain what happened within 30 days — and that explanation has to come under oath: A federal judge on Thursday ordered the IRS to explain under oath how it lost a trove of emails to and from a central figure in the agency’s tea party

Instead, Obama will hold a meeting hundreds of miles away in Dallas to discuss the crisis with faith leaders and Texas officials, including Republican Gov. Rick Perry. The Supreme Court led by Chief Justice John G. But they also set the stage for broader rulings, and liberals voiced concern about their long-term impact. Many rely on well-established rights, such as freedom of speech and free exercise of religion, but extend those rights for the first time to corporations, wealthy donors and

The program is a component of Mrs. Obama’s Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010. The new government regulations require snack items served in public schools to have less than two hundred calories. That includes vending machines, lunch rooms and other campus food venues. And that’s really bad news for kids at South Carolina’s Socastee High School. “Trust” is for Con Men: The reaction to the border chaos in Texas has accomplished one thing: It has exploded the lie at the heart of current “comprehensive” immigration reform plans. The appealing idea is to let current illegals stay while taking the steps necessary to prevent further waves. The lie is the assumption that, once current illegals get their legalization, pro-immigrant activists in both parties will continue to support the second half of the bargain, the increased security.
