U.N. Warns of Anti-Muslim Violence
in Central African Republic

New York Times, by Nick Cumming-Bruce

Geneva - Thousands of Muslims in the Central African Republic remain in danger of being slaughtered despite the presence of international peacekeepers, Navi Pillay, the United Nations human rights chief, warned on Thursday, criticizing the international community for a slow and inadequate response to the country’s humanitarian catastrophe. Massacres that killed thousands in December and January have halted for the time being, but “inter-communal hatred remains at a terrifying level as evidenced by the extraordinarily vicious nature of the killings,” Ms. Pillay said in a statement delivered in the capital, Bangui, at the end of

Comments:
This is, as a Christian, what I would call a conundrum. By doing nothing, am I allowing the "innocent" Muslims to be slaughtered, or by acting, is this in fact against my own best interest? Can I get by just flipping a two-headed coin and see what side it lands on to make decision? It really is hard to fill sympathy when historically, Muslims are trying to currently kill their way into Africa as their new "digs."

Christians have been slaughtered by Muslims for years in Africa and elsewhere. Why has the UN never raised this?

OP, Your best action is to support the anti-Moslem entities.

Keep in mind there are only 2 types of Moslems:
1. The Radicals who want to kill you.
2. The Moderates who don´t want to kill you
... they want the "Radicals" to kill you.

After so many years of Muslims killing Christians and other non-Muslims all over the world, I can´t say that I blame them. Face it, a lot of life is dog eat dog--especially when dealing with fanatics who want to force their will upon you.

Sunni radicals with the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) may have captured as many as 52 U.S.-made M198 howitzers in their march across Iraq in June. “They shouldn’t have too much trouble shelling large area targets like a city if they have sufficient ammo,” Jeremy Binnie of the British military consultancy HIS Janes toldMcClatchy news service Monday. Baghdad - The ghost of Saddam Hussein still hangs over Iraq like a cloud stalking a sunny day; it doesn’t always cover the sun, but it never quite goes away. Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki’s slide into strongman territory in the years since American troops left has been well documented. His government and security forces have harassed Sunni Arabs with baseless arrests, or by keeping them in jail beyond their mandated terms. And for Sunni militants caught by the security forces, summary execution has become increasingly common. Even as his Shiite-dominated government has been condemned for abusing Sunnis, however,

Until now, no state has attempted to identify every foster child in its public schools or to systematically track their progress, much less funnel funds toward those students or require school districts to show they are spending

The appealing idea is to let current illegals stay while taking the steps necessary to prevent further waves. Where is the red line of impeachment? In theory, a red line might be located somewhere on a list of impeachable offenses – perhaps at the point where a certain number of transgressions is exceeded, or next to a specific instance because of its significance or impact. In reality, though, that red line exists along a spectrum of “political will.” As Andrew McCarthy explained: “You can have a thousand provable impeachable offenses, but before Congress may remove the president from power, there must be strong popular support – a public will that cuts across partisan and ideological lines.”
