Obamacare enrollment push glosses
over next year´s fines, some say

Star-Ledger [Newark, NJ], by Susan K. Livio

At Obamacare enrollment events around the state, recruitment organizers emphasize the positive reasons for buying coverage on the insurance marketplace, like staying healthy and getting financial assistance to help pay their monthly premiums. But there’s also the punitive side of the law: how much those who don’t enroll will have to pay at tax time next year. The deadline to enroll is coming fast — March 31 — and many people don’t realize they could be paying far more than the $95 flat fee talked about in the early days of the law, according to enrollment counselors, income tax preparation

There are many definitions of tyranny, but one of the primary ones might be passing a law that results in citizens living their lives as they did yesterday, last week, or last year now means they are criminals.

I´ll satart paying mine just as soon as those buffoons in the entire Congress AND their staffs AND that clown and his regime in the White Hut start paying theirs, which means the exact same garbage they piled on us. Yes, I know no R´s voted for it, but they´re enjoying their Royal Insurance Policies also.

Enrollment date March 31? Not if Obama decides to delay it, because it is HIS law, and he cam make any changes he wishes to, on a unilateral basis. Expect a longggg delay in the so-called drop-dead deadline.

If people change their withholding levels so that they will only get a very small tax refund it appears that the IRS will not have a legal way to collect the fine, as the fine must come out of a person´s tax refund. If there is no refund there is nothing for the IRS to collect from. That is an odd way to get Obamacare underway, by making it impossible in many cases for the IRS to be able to collect the fines, they used to call that a loophole.

Since the Fed Gov´t is making insurance absolutely mandatory, and the process to do that must be wayyyyy more difficult than obtaining a photo ID card - how can the gov´t stand in the way of States who require certain proofs to allow voting?

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) has now controlled much of Iraq for over a month. The group has been prolific in its abuses even during this brief reign of cruelty: In recent weeks it´s crucified its opponents in Syria, executed scores of police officers in northern Iraq, threatened archaeological sites, and even destroyed hookah tobacco. This over-the-top brutality is a reflection of ISIS founder Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, once one of the world´s most notorious terrorists. SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. — Populist Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) got a rock-star reception during a standing-room-only campaign rally here Monday, as hundreds of liberal activists cheered her broadsides against corporate interests and voiced hopes that her presence might shift the political winds in an increasingly Republican state. The rally on behalf of Senate candidate Natalie Tennant was the latest in a string of recent Warren appearances in red and blue states alike, where Democratic base voters have embraced her fiery message as an envoy to working-class voters frustrated with both Wall Street and the Obama administration. “Our job is to fight
