So many changes to the health
care law, but are they legal?

After President Barack Obama bowed to critics in November and allowed people with canceled health insurance policies to keep their coverage for another year, the White House quickly hit the spin cycle. In a telephone briefing with reporters that same day, senior administration officials said their “enforcement discretion” allowed them to tweak the Affordable Care Act to ensure that it would be implemented with minimal disruption. Previous administrations had done the same thing with complicated new laws, they said, and the slow-motion rollout of the sprawling health care law was sure to encounter more problems

Goes right to the tap root of all the problems we are suffering from today - the New Deal. Archie Bunker´s famous rant "This country was ruined by Franklin Delano Roosevelt" was supposed to be a joke.

It is evident that people can justify anything. Our whole government system is out of whack. Laws are passed and the courts overrule them. Primarily this happens with laws that the left does not like. They go to the courts and presto, it is like the law was never passed by the majority of people. Legality has little to do with it. Ideology is the driving force. The judicial branch has run amok. The executive branch is overreaching. The legislative branch is weak. We need to get in the Wayback Machine and set it to 1776 and have a serious discussion with the founding fathers.

The majority of Americans do not want this law and this method of governing. The dems would be wise to heed the words of one of their own:

I notice the author doesn´t even consider whether or not the law is constitutional.

This ´law´ comes under the 99%. (Only 1% of laws passed by Congress are constitutional.) The law itself is illegal. The president´s implementation of this ´law´ is also unconstitutional. In fact, all ´executive orders´ are illegal.

Obamacare is the perfect example of the government not being able to enact complicated legislation. The founders of of over 200 years ago were much smarter than our current politicians, especially the democrat party. Free markets bring products to the people. If they are good, people buy them, and often others bring similar products, creating competition, keeping prices as low as possible.

The government, wise as they are after seeing the free market work successfully, decide to bring a product to the people, and then force the people to buy it. Gee, what could possibility go wrong?!

quote " The Tree of Liberty"
Actually the most truthful and informative history of this nation was titled the tree of liberty.
It was still in print before the Civil Rights movement tossed out those facts.
Now most history taught today begins with the 1960´s and contains brief mention of evens preceding the liberal progressive junta.
For example:
Among facts lost was the real story of Burr and Hamilton.
Hamilton was the first liberal who wanted to set up a controlling executive and change the operating Government into a parlementry vision minus a Bill of Rights.
Today the theme is Socialism even more threatning than the early efforts to control. Hence the warning that we would not survive without vigilence.

In a new study, researchers found an increased risk of multiple sclerosis (MS) among women who have taken oral contraceptives. However, the findings do not mean women should stop using birth control, the researchers say. Utilizing membership data from Kaiser Permanente Southern California, researchers analyzed the health records of 305 women aged 14 to 48 who were diagnosed with MS or its precursor, clinically isolated syndrome (CIS), between 2008 and 2011. They looked at the women’s birth control use up to three years prior to the onset of MS symptoms. Overall, researchers found a 30 percent increased risk of developing

Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)
