What´s Happening in Kiev Right Now
Is Vladimir Putin´s Worst Nightmare

New Republic, by Julia Joffe

Original Article

I will not explain to you what is happening in Kiev tonight other than to say that it is Vladimir Putin´s worst nightmare. The last time that this many people came out to the Independence Square (the Maidan) in Kiev, nine years ago, protesters undid the election of Victor Yanukovich and brought to power a Western-friendly government. In the process, they scared the living daylights out of Putin. (Snip)If it can happen in Kiev, in other words, it can happen in Moscow.

Nonsense. Putin is old school KGB. This just whets their appetite for more. Slaughtering masses of people does not disturb them. As for what the West thinks? Obama/USA thinks? Not a ripple of concern. The West is too weak to be a threat and I believe obama has already expressed his disappointment in not being allowed to copy brutal dictators´ behaviors.

Simple, they want freedom!
As the Internet gets more pervasive the old controlled media (Pravda and the Alphabet networks in America) can no longer lie and get away with it.

Now to convince all the useful idiots they are dupes and pawns of the powerful elites and they neeed to break the chains of Democrat Party handout SLAVERY!

I know this is impossible but I´d trade one of our LAZY good for nothing Takers for one person in Kiev who wants freedom and would appreciate it and work for it. Over time our problem would be solved and those that seemingly want to be slaves to their agenda can live under repressive governments and find out what it´s really about.

How will the Communist controllers in Hollywood and the main lame TV media hide Putin´s Communist violence in the Ukraine? Will their " Rule of Silence ", on the vast subject of Communism, continue to dominate all

Workers?
Or will this grossly horrifying act of death, violence and Communist domination, allow the truth to appear back into the entertainment world, for the first time in sixty years of No Anti Communist Movies Allowed in Hollywood ?

I have said before that our adversaries believe there is opportunity in catching America with its pants down (i.e. the era of Obama). The result is that the world is now literally in flames. What will Russia do? With the Rainbow Warrior in the White House who knows.

First and Foremost Liberals want power. That is the sum of all their values. The only value that they want is power.

But once they have it, then all they seem to be able to do is turn themselves into tin horn dictators, because they fail to understand that power is not really a value. They have no real values, so they just bounce around like a steel ball in a pin-ball machine.

That is why Putin is going to try and consolidate his power over Kiev, and that is why Obama (and the rest of the bleeding hearts) will do absolutely NOTHING!

I wouldn´t look for any revolutions here in the foreseeable future, Homeland Security just made another unexplainable purchase of 700,000 rounds of ammunition. Is there anyone in the government who can explain to us unbelieving dolts the reasons why, unless it is to corner the market or to drive the price of ammo up in a free society.

There just aren´t that many Putin lovers on this forum as surmised by some here, but you have to wonder how a leader of a Communist government just keeps on making our current leadership look like second rate Chicago ward leaders who haven´t got a clue. This on the world stage and it isn´t the American way, until now.

I feel sorry for the people in Kiev, but they can no longer look this way for any kind of hope or support. Our leaders are too busy spying on us and stocking up on ammo and other suppression equipment. I bet Obama has more personal dachas right now than Putin does. As Alfred E Newman said recently while buying some more legal pot in Colorado.. ´what me worry´.

Treating this like it flows from the familiar old cold-war dynamics (the tug of war between free-market democracy and authoritarian socialism seems dangerously simplistic.

The Left-Right mapping of the old conflict isn´t the same, nor is it reversed, but totally muddled. We risk facilitating another unforeseen disaster in taking sides in this, the way we did with the ´Arab Spring´.

The author of the article obviously doesn´t like Putin, which puts her at great odds with a considerable majority of people who live in Russia. I have been living in Russia off and on for the past 20+ years and can testify that Putin has done an excellent job improving the life of the average Russian citizen. At least from what I see, today the poorest class in Russia is healthier and happier than the poorest class in the USA.

Ukraine on the other hand, is a complete mess, and has been for 20+ years.

FTA: “[The] Russian state controlled television is also showing a live feed of Kiev burning: you want to overthrow the government, well, watch the tires burn black through the night and the dead bodies stack up.”

The situation in Ukraine is well down the continuum of the consequences of communism compared to the late implementation phase now being imposed upon us. Within Putin’s place on the continuum he is using graphic coverage of the carnage in Kiev to quell unrest in Mother Moscow. Within our place on the continuum the USSA state controlled television obsesses on defining the defiant as radical rightist, obstructionists, and “bomb throwers.” They are laying the groundwork, so like Putin they can fracture and scatter their opposition to the winds. The Obamanation regime wants to put “monitors” into TV and radio newsrooms. How much longer will conservative voices be heard even on cable, satellite, or the Internet?

The wild card in the American deck is the Second Amendment. Despite their decades long campaign towards gun confiscation, the demoncrats still face stiff and resolute resistance. As our patriotic brothers and sisters in Connecticut have shown, edicts can be passed all day long and it doesn’t mean a thing if the people don’t agree, the consent of the governed in action.

Our rights are individual and in order to keep them we are required to exercise them. Statists crave our consent to quiet their consciences and will extract that consent by any and all methods including coercion and violence. The battle to retain and restore the American Spirit will be fought on the front lines of our individual lives. Each of us will have to decide where and when to resist, to not comply, to not self identify. Each of us, now, must decide how far we are willing to go to defend freedom so as to be prepared when the tipping point tips. Our Second Amendment gives more at our disposal than burning tires, but will the threat of it be enough to save us from stacks of dead bodies?

Who is John Galt? Got TEA?

Proponents of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) insist that the law will extend health insurance to millions, expand access to health care, and improve Americans’ overall health. But, as the New York Times recently reported, at least 20 percent of the new enrollees have not paid their premiums. They therefore do not really have insurance. But even for those enrollees paying premiums, having health insurance is not the same thing as getting good health care, or any health care. In fact, it doesn’t matter how many Americans obtain insurance under the ACA. Most will have difficulty finding a physician. Many Americans

Exactly forty years ago Patricia Hearst stunned the nation when she turned up as a bank robber, a mere two months after she was kidnapped by the violent cult that called itself “The Symbionese Liberation Army.” Her astonishing transformation was documented by bank cameras on April 15, 1974. There she was — granddaughter of William Randolph “Citizen Kane” Hearst — wielding a sawed-off assault rifle and terrorizing people in a bank. She had recently announced in a taped SLA communique that she had voluntarily joined the SLA in its fight against the “fascist” United States. She took the nom de

A few years ago, the corruption convictions of several prominent plaintiffs´ lawyers put a spotlight on dishonesty in American civil courts. Last month, a federal court in Manhattan found that a U.S. plaintiffs´ lawyer had masterminded a multibillion dollar fraud and extortion scheme against Chevron in Ecuador. Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)

But in a second test, when one researcher favoured a white recipient over an Asian one, they picked the ‘fair’ researcher less often, the journal Frontiers in Psychology reports.
