New court documents reveal final moments
of border agent Brian Terry’s life

Fox News, by William La Jeunesse

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 2/5/2014 5:59:58 PM

Three years after the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry -- a tragedy which exposed and ultimately ended Operation Fast and Furious -- the public is finally getting a glimpse into Terry´s final moments. Federal court records released Tuesday provide the first official account of the firefight along the Arizona-Mexico border that killed Terry in December 2010. Among other details, they reveal two of four federal agents at the scene that day actually fired bean bags -- not bullets -- at a violent drug gang carrying assault rifles. Weapons from the botched anti-gun trafficking program were found at Terry´s

Comments:
This is both heartbreaking and infuriating. The fact that these Border Patrol Agents used "less lethal bean bag rounds" in defense because "policy guidelines and the rules of engagement that night encouraged the agents to use non-lethal force first" is completely outrageous. Those agents should have always been armed to the teeth to at least have a chance. Add this to the extremely long list of the reasons why I utterly despise the corrupt, criminal enterprise known as 0bama regime.

Put powerful weapons in hands of drug cartel at border.
Set insane rules of engagement for border patrol.
Border patrol agent killed.

One could be forgiven for thinking this was all by design...

U.S. law enforcement is using beanbags while the bad guys are using high capacity military-grade assault weapons. That in a nutshell exemplifies the weakness and impotence of the United States as it currently exists in a spider-web network of political correctness.

This info has been out for awhile but it is now official. The ROE ´s stink . Watch the videos of the rock throwers it´s not just pebbles they throw it´s chunks of concrete and metal . And then there are the guns out manned and out gunned.
As the mother of a CBP officer who volunteers on the border we have had discussions about these very things.I am fairly confident I will have a daughter at the end of tour if she goes back but I may have to raise legal defense funds.

I can only imagine how hard the drug dealers/murderers were laughing after this battle. And we wonder why we can´t control the border.

What a disgrace!

KUDOS to FNC for keeping the Fast & Furious disaster in the spotlight, even as the dem´s TV alphabets shun investigating & reporting the facts about this tragedy.

The death of BP Brian Terry and others resulting from that horrific policy needs to be addressed and accounted for by the 0bama Administration, AG Holder and everyone responsible. The Issa Hearings were apparently a worthless waste of time. The Administration impedes the enforcement of existing Immigration Law by every policy which they can dream up. Sad for America the Beautiful to be rendered so vulnerable to continuing ILLEGAL immigration connected criminal activities here in 2014, three years after Terry´s murder.

Jimmy Carter has been very active in the decades since his presidency, and his successors have occasionally called for his advice. Except, it turns out, the current occupant of the office. A clip from Carter’s upcoming Meet the Press interview reveals that President Obama is the first president since Carter left office not to solicit the Southern Democrat’s advice. Carter explained, “President Clinton did and President George W. Bush and H.W. Bush and even Ronald Reagan used to call on us to go into sensitive areas.” They all asked Carter to deal with “unsavory characters,” but Obama hasn’t reached out to

Last week, President Obama directed his Homeland Security Department to examine its current deportation practices -- "to see how it can conduct enforcement more humanely, within the confines of the law," the White House announced on March 13. But with immigration reform stalled in Congress, what more can Obama do? "I think he´s going to wait until August," said Telemundo anchor and immigration-reform advocate José Díaz-Balart. And if Congress doesn´t act on immigration reform by then, "I wouldn´t be surprised if he starts making some very controversial executive orders to mitigate the pain of millions of people who face deportation," Díaz-Balart told

Susan Rice, national security adviser to President Barack Obama, said on Friday that the administration still believes there is a diplomatic solution to the crisis in Ukraine as Russian troops mobilized along the country’s entire eastern border. CBS News reported on Friday that a mass mobilization of Russian forces was taking place on Ukraine’s eastern border with at least twice as many troops as the 20,000 number originally reported. The defense “exercise” included tanks and tactical aircraft and appeared to show signs of a logistical buildup required for a sustained operation. Obama on Thursday announced additional sanctions against Kremlin officials and oligarchs

In 2011, over 8,000 kids were suspended from preschool — preschool! — in America. More than half were black, despite comprising less than half of the student population. Sure, we can entertain a lot of theories why this is the case, but I am going to go with this one: America has a problem with racism. The odds are probably better than even that you will be annoyed by that. Which is fine. I accept that response. And there are a lot of possibilities that could explain how this bit of data is an aberration. As the Associated Press reports, the

Is Barack Obama simply too busy to be Chief Executive of the United States? Apparently. One of the primary functions of the president is to keep the nation safe, to preserve it from its enemies. To do that effectively, one would actually have to maintain something of a consistent level of attention to the moving pieces that directly influence how future events will unfold. None other than the truly sycophantic thinks for a second that President Obama cares a whit for anything that does not involve fundamentally altering the social composition of this country. Or golf. Black students are more likely to be suspended from U.S. public schools — even as tiny preschoolers. The racial disparities in American education, from access to high-level classes and experienced teachers to discipline, were highlighted in a report released Friday by the Education Department´s civil rights arm. The suspensions — and disparities — begin at the earliest grades. Black children represent about 18 percent of children in preschool programs in schools, but they make up almost half of the preschoolers who are suspended more than once, the report said. Six percent of the nation´s districts with preschools reported suspending at
