Obamacare – The incompetence and
denials keep coming

Washington Post, by Ed Rogers

Original Article

Two stories converge today to illuminate how the White House and the Democratic establishment are attempting to hide the next wave of Obamacare failures. Both Post stories reveal how the president and Democratic leaders at the state level are hiding problems with Obamacare instead of confronting and fixing problems. First, Amy Goldstein of The Post reveals that the appeals process guaranteed in the Obamacare law does not actually exist. The story outlines an almost comical process that requires citizens who seek a fair hearing to have an innocent, HealthCare.gov-generated mistake corrected

Have one of Dear Leader´s toady ´journalists´ ask him the question--´Do you think Fox News had any affect on the ACA roll out?
Is there ANY reader who doubts what 0´s answer would be?

The incompetence is an artifact of Lib Cronies doing whatever Obie wants.

The real game is that they mean this to destroy the current system then fail so "Single Payer" is the only thing left...

This is the essential truth of the issue: "The problem is that voters can’t just learn to ignore the calamity that is Obamacare because health care and health insurance are vital to the life of every American."

This is an issue that as direct and immediate impact on almost ALL Americans. You don´t need to listen to a politician or a pundit to find out about it. You know what is happening to YOU and you FAMILY. You know that your insurance costs are skyrocketing or your insurance has been dropped altogether. You know that your out of pocket deductibles are going through the roof and that the doctors and hospitals that you have been using are no longer accessible to you. You know that if you have tried to sign up on a government exchange that you have been faced with long waits and mass confusion about subsidy support and costs. In the end you are often not sure if you really got insurance at all or if all your efforts went into a digital desert.

They can´t ignore or spin this because all American have first hand experience with the disaster of BOCare. And anyone with an ounce of common sense is going to be well aware this was solely a dem operation from the passing of the law to the implementation and abject failure. They will be well aware that the Republicans have fought against this stupidity from the beginning and will start to listen to reasonable alternatives offered by Republicans (hey guys, wake up and make those alternatives available).

BOCare is a tar baby of the dems own creation.

All politicians can tax all citizens out of their skulls with barely an obedient whimper. But when politicians force citizens to become CUSTOMERS, watch out !
Not only will millions suffer misery and frustration, untold numbers will suffer premature death. A monstrous catastrophe is on the way!

The rest of the story is that everybody signing up for this
Communist master plan, is subject to total, ID THEFT from day one. As operated by Obama´s underworld Acorn organizer thugs, under the totally phony name of NAVIGATORS (what criminal mind thought THAT one up?), the lives of all Americans forced to sign up will be even less private than NSA, IRS and credit card spying.

Note: For all who fly or go out to sea in ships, the navigator is the most professionally trained person on board. For some devious commie propagandist agent to give that fine name to those predictably, guaranteed thieves, is yet another Marxist absurdity. Old Leninist communist rule: "steal good words and put them to bad use".
Almost those exact words.

Obama is adept at one American tradition: Hide and seek.

Democrats: Insulting voters since their inception.

I am no silver-tongued orator, but is anyone else out there frustrated by the lack of cogent 15 second sound bites attacking DemoCare and those who voted for it? It is no longer the pResident’s –hang it on those who voted for it on Christmas Eve. So call it “DemoCare” as in Democrat and Demolish.

Try this for a debate or ad:

R to Demorat: Did you vote for the Unaffordable Care Act?
D: YES
R: Did you read the bill?
If the reply is: “No” -then: Why not? Do you always sign contracts without reading them? Is that how you bought your house? Is that how you bought DemoCare for us?
If Yes—then: Looks like you need to go back to public school and learn how to read… Oh, never mind! the bill was not written in Ebonics.

How ´bout some more, Ldotters? Looks like the RNC needs our help.

After an agreement to “de-escalate tensions and restore security” in Ukraine was announced Thursday, Secretary of State John F. Any notion that the Obama administration might be taking its deliberations over the proposed Keystone XL pipeline seriously went up in smoke late Friday, when the State Department announced a delay that will push a final decision past the November midterm elections. It was a weekend news dump on steroids — on Good Friday, buried under the weight of so many chocolate Easter bunnies. But the White House cannot avoid scrutiny of such a nakedly political decision — not given the stakes. The delay will please the liberal activists and wealthy green elites who propel Democratic campaigns. But it will do so at

So now we know why the Democrats are adopting economic inequality as their central issue: because their constituents, the people who live under policies crafted by the left, are the ones who experience the highest degree of income inequality in their own lives. That’s the upshot of a recent study of income inequality organized by congressional district: “Across the country, inequality is lower in Republican districts than in Democratic ones” and is “highest in the New York City district of Representative Jerry Nadler, a liberal Democrat.” Who has the congressional district with the least income inequality? That would be Tea Party

Yesterday on a panel on “Face the Nation,” we briefly discussed Hillary Clinton’s forthcoming memoir of her four years as secretary of state. It is called “Hard Choices”—they appear to be running low at the book-title store—and will be published June 10. The announcement of the title alone made news, which is a measure of how much interest the book, good or bad, will engender. Books are good and it’s good to write them; the always more or less beleaguered publishing industry needs bestsellers, and Mrs. Clinton has provided them, most spectacularly with her previous memoir, “Living History,” in 2003.

Here´s a bit of good news for nervous Democrats: President Barack Obama´s health-care law isn´t going to be the albatross many feared it would be in this year´s congressional elections. Enrollment has soared, and the Congressional Budget Office estimates that the program will cost less than initially projected and that premiums will rise only slightly this year. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid aren´t popping the Champagne, however. The economy could clobber Democrats in November. And the president continues to alternate between telling Americans how much better things are and deploring how many are being left

President Barack Obama announced triumphantly that 8 million people selected a private insurance plan through the health care exchanges created by legislation known as Obamacare or the Affordable Care Act. He added his own interpretation of the numbers: "This thing is working." At the same time, however, Democratic candidates across the country still see the health care law as a drag on their campaigns in the midterm elections. After four years of trying, there is still no evidence that the president´s signature piece of legislation has become popular. If the law was really working, and voters were excited about it, Democratic

The noninterventionists are at war (forgive the expression) with the interventionists. The libertarians would like the party to endorse same-sex marriage. Fair enough. These conflicts will play out during the primaries in 2016, and we´ll discover whether they are serious fault lines or merely squabbles. Meanwhile, the Democratic Party, supposedly the firm fortress of the middle class, minorities and women, is actually showing some internal stresses as well. The first open enrollment period under the Affordable Care Act ended this week with roughly 7.5 million people obtaining policies through the new state insurance exchanges, including more than 1.3 million at Covered California. That´s an amazing and welcome result, considering how badly many of the exchanges stumbled when sign-ups began in October. Nevertheless, it´s far too early to judge the success or failure of the healthcare law, given that key tests of the program´s sustainability have yet to be passed. Almost all of the exchanges got off to a wretched start, particularly the federally managed ones that shared a mind-bogglingly

The Obama administration is poised to entertain a flood of new clemency applications from thousands of federal prisoners who were given harsh sentences under mandatory-minimum laws following drug convictions, Attorney General Eric Holder said Monday. Holder said in a short videotaped statement that he wants to shrink the federal prison population by a modest amount while ensuring ´that those who have paid their debts have a chance to become productive citizens.´ At the center of the move is a set of old sentencing rules that punished crack-cocaine offenders with more time behind bars than users or traffickers of powder cocaine.

If Jeb reaches for the nomination, there will be a titanic battle between the party establishment and the Tea Party. Steve Schmidt, McCain’s strategist in 2008, insists that in the end Republicans usually settle on the most electable candidate. Washington - Michelle Obama said "splurging is the key to life" if you regularly eat right and stay active. Her biggest guilty pleasure: French fries. "How would you appreciate vegetables if you never had chocolate?" she asked. "You couldn´t live without a little chocolate, a little French fries." The first lady took questions from children reporters Monday after appearing at the White House Easter Egg Roll. She told the children that if they eat right the majority of the time, then a splurge or snack is not going to hurt them. There’s a pattern of falsifying statistics throughout the entire Census Bureau. And anyone who attempts to blow the whistle on the fraud is either retaliated against or ignored, according to two new sources who have experienced the process firsthand. As I’ve been writing for more than six months, the Census Bureau office in Philadelphia uncovered a case of fraud in 2010, did nothing about it and allowed the practice to continue. In that instance, a data collector named Julius Buckmon was faking reports that went into the nation’s all-important jobless tally and consumer-inflation survey.
