´absolutely´ unfair in extended interview

NBC News, by Andrew Rafferty

President Barack Obama said that he is “in a lot of ways” less liberal than former Republican President Richard Nixon and said Fox News Channel´s Bill O’Reilly has been “absolutely” unfair to him throughout his presidency in an interview that aired Monday night. “In a lot of ways Richard Nixon was more liberal than I was,” Obama said. “He started the EPA, started a whole lot of the regulatory state that has helped keep our air and water clean.” Obama´s comments came in response to O´Reilly asking him if he was “the most liberal president of all time.” Obama also listed Franklin

When the EPA was created, the pollution was much worse and the relationship was considerably more cooperative. Now the original emission targets have largely been met. But the EPA has become hostile to business and has continually moved the goal posts. I´ll take Nixon.

The negative stories of this administration, including the yet to be investigated scandals, are covered by hundreds of other print news sources.

Barry only beats up on FOX because he knows his base does not read the news, but may accidentally switch to FOX TV and see he truth while searching for the station that carries Jerry Springer or Honey Boo-Boo.

0bama is just playing to his ignorant base as he always does.

So this is what NBC takes out of the interview? That Fox and O´Reilly are so mean to the noble President??

Any chance that an NBC news person could ask Obama some of the same questions that O´Reilly asked, but didn´t get answered?

#1 got it right. When asked real questions, instead of the powder-puff questions the MSM asks him, he thinks it´s unfair. If Obama believes half of the fairy tale answers he gave, I would hate to see the inside of his mind. It was a trip down the rabbit hole.

"He walks amongst us" - a fair assessment of Lightbringer from a non-Fox news source.

"He´s almost a god" - another fair depiction, from a different non-Fox news source.

"------ utter silence------" - the fair reaction of all non-Fox news sources to Lightbringer´s years of destruction, dishonesty and corruption.

Yes, he, and they, walk amongst us.

A small nugget of truth from the purple lips: "Obama has previously said the pipeline should only be built if it "does not significantly exacerbate the problem of carbon pollution." There´s his out! If the pipeline delivers Canadian crude to US refineries, their output will be used as fuels, thereby creating carbon polution. SO...no pipeline; his hands are tied! LOL

The use of "unfair" here reveals a lot.
Obama infers that O´Reilly asked 3 out of 3 unfair questions. Obviously O´Reilly didn´t consider them unfair, so one must wonder WHY Obama thinks those particular 3 subjects are "unfair?"
If O´Reilly´s questions were simply "combative" or annoying, Obama would NOT have labeled them "unfair." Without realizing it, Obama just acknowledged that those 3 subjects are verboten because he has NO reasonable answers for them, not even pre-scripted spin .

For all his personal faults Nixon did NOT have to manufacture REAL enemies when he saw them (China, the Soviet Union, North Vietnam, Middle East terrorists, etc.) Nobody can question Nixon´s foreign policy acumen and achievements.

Øbama´s dangerous insecurities far outshine Nixon´s.

And what´s the Socialist-DemoRATS obsession with comparing everything they do with Nixon?

Why not thank and tie their ´stellar progressive achievements´ to their TRUE originator - LBJ?

(oh, yeah, right...)

Obama always falls back to the old canard that he is a helpless victim. Unstated is that it is due to racism. The Tea Party is racist, Conservatives are racist and Fox News is racist. He knows that liberals feel they have to protect the poor victim and guess what? They will. It´s utterly predictable.

I suspect that Obama was being honest for once. By the way, that was his only crisp direct answer, didn´t turn his head to the side and blink, didn´t hesitate, no umm uhh or faux stuttering. In his protected world where everything was preordained a simple question that hints of accountability is "unfair." And only FOX makes any attempt, albeit feeble, to dare to deviate from the Obama scripted narrative. That´s probably more of a challenge to him than any he had faced. Did Harvard get in his grill to challenge him to publish anything in the Law Review? Doubt it.

Is he saying it is unfair to disagree with him? Poor little boy! Half of this nation disagrees with him and the number is growing each moment.

Why didn´t O´Reilly precondition Obama´s responses by asking the O to answer in short responses.

Nixon destroyed the dollar when citizens could no longer exchange a paper Silver Certificate dollar for a pure, silver dollar. He invited the Fed Reserve secretive private bank to start printing more money than there is silver or gold backing.
Hussein is out to destroy the medical profession and medical tech miracles. Starting to upset the development of the world´s greatest medical industry.
Two, would be, dictators, self deluded, weird characters, very much alike.

Amidst Bill´s soft soaping interruptions, Hussein really gave it all away when he said, "you Fox people are always promoting stories of Benghazi, NSA, IRS........." He used the word "PROMOTING", rather than reporting, exploiting, repeating, or any other annoying words. Is it because all that he does, he sees as nothing more than promotion? What an unmitigated cad! At least.

I think that was the Hitler/Stalin mantra to blame everybody and everything for the problems they had. But don´t forget they had monopoly on the media (and money). We, in America, could have conservative mainstream media and there are still enough wealthy conservatives. Let´s roll up your sleeves, Trumps and Kochs and whoever else, and help us buy local newspapers and TV stations and let them become conservative - we will be the people who eventually will pay for that.
Otherwise, everything obozo says will be carved in stone by nyt, wapo and alphabets.

Obama granted the interview because he was certain from past sessions that O´Reilly would pretend to throw curve ball questions at him then let him wiggle out of the answers.
He did wiggle out but at a cost and failed to remove the --YOU LIE-- stigma.so he cried unfair.
The most interesting comment was that he mentioned he stood above Nixon -- WOW how low his channeling has become.
From being Like Lincoln downward through FDR he now insists he is not like Nixon.
Of course he is right Nixon covered up but Barry creates scandals.

And what meaning do you expect your delusionally self-important statements of unknowing, inexperienced opinion to have with us? What fantasy do you hold that you would believe that your tiny-fisted tantrums would have more weight than that of a leprous desert rat, spinning rabidly in a circle, waiting for the bite of the snake?

I feel debased just for knowing you exist. I despise everything about you, and I wish you would go away.

I would have asked Obama why did he give the "stand down" order, where was he the night of Benghazi, who was he with, to whom did he speak, and can he prove it.

Can you imagine the squealing at actually having to be accountable?

Ann Coulter takes up ‘Mitt

Washington Times, by Cheryl K. Chumley    Original Article

Conservative columnist Ann Coulter — who used her talk show platform in the last presidential election cycle to campaign hard for former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney — has taken up the mantra once again, calling on Republicans to give the failed White House bidder another shot in 2016. She made the suggestion during a discussion on Sean Hannity’s radio show while speaking of her new book, “Never Trust a Liberal Over 3-Especially a Republican.” Ms. Coulter also addressed the question of Mr. Romney’s shortcomings by saying that his 2012 loss wasn’t entirely his fault. “I think too much blame, not only in this

He’s been hammered for going around Congress with executive orders. But he’s within his authority—and he should go further on voting and transparency to make government work better. With Congress paralyzed, President Obama has promised to use his “pen and phone” to overcome the ongoing dysfunction and get some work done. And the White House has already acted several times to help improve America’s economy. But such policies, no matter how valuable, will achieve little if we do not fix our broken democracy. Allow me to suggest some ideas for how the president can do just that. First, some historical context. Presidents

Here is a selection of highlights from Friday’s release of documents from the Clinton presidency. The cache is part of a total of about 33,000 pages of presidential records that had been held back from various public records releases because of legal reasons exempting them from disclosure. A Clinton administration memo (page 674) shows a White House that was acutely aware of the first lady’s image problems as officials contemplated how to soften perceptions of Hillary Clinton and how to “build, energize and expand” her natural base. The latest cache of previously withheld Clinton documents includes an

They say it´s the sincerest form of flattery. At a press conference yesterday President Obama asserted that when it comes to ObamaCare, the Republican Party "is going through the stages of grief--anger and denial and all that stuff--and we´re not at acceptance yet." We used the same gag in October, though ObamaCare supporters were the butt of our joke. And we were recycling our own material: We also invoked the Elisabeth Kübler Ross "stages of grief" way back in November 2000 in reference to Al Gore´s refusal to concede his loss to George W. Bush. The GOP has been hijacked. That’s right, hijacked. Over the past 100 years, an elite progressive minority has taken the Republican Party far afield from its conservative platform and the interests and values of its grassroots conservative base. I’ll admit that, in the aftermath of the disappointments of the 2012 elections, conservatives like me are angry. We are angry at being blamed for Mitt Romney’s defeat, when we argued from the beginning that he was a Big Government establishment politician and that if he ran a content-free campaign, he would lose. We are angry at the disrespect shown to limited-government constitutional conservatives

House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) is "hellbent" on passing amnesty legislation, and other GOP leaders are signaling to donors and lobbyists that they also want to pass legislation this Congress, even though attempting to do so would depress the GOP base and create divisions within the party ahead of 2014´s midterm elections that could give Republicans control of Congress. According to the Wall Street Journal, Boehner told donors at a Las Vegas fundraiser in March that he was "hellbent on getting this done this year." After he met with President Barack Obama at the White House in February, Boehner said that

Hillary Clinton´s upcoming memoir, which is expected to look back at her time as secretary of State, now has a name: Hard Choices. Which is an okay title! She no doubt had to make some tough decisions while at State, and has at least one big decision to make coming up in the next year or so. But the former Cabinet member and possible future presidential candidate may have been better served by a different title—like, say, Tough Decisions. Because Hard Choices has already been used. By another former secretary of State. In 1983, Cyrus Vance, who served as secretary of State

Regardless of how people feel about Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s standoff with the federal Bureau of Land Management over his cattle’s grazing rights, a lot of Americans were surprised to see TV images of an armed-to-the-teeth paramilitary wing of the BLM deployed around Bundy’s ranch. They shouldn’t have been. Dozens of federal agencies now have Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) teams to further an expanding definition of their missions. It’s not controversial that the Secret Service and the Bureau of Prisons have them. But what about the Department of Agriculture, the Railroad Retirement Board, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the Office of

President Obama addressed the White House press corps today, announcing that with the final numbers in, Obamacare´s exchanges have attracted eight million sign-ups -- 35 percent of whom are "under the age of 35," he said. Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent. A leap into the mid-30´s, while still shy of the goal, would constitute a major step, and would bode well for the risk pools'

When it comes to tracking the cost of Obama family vacations, there are two primary challenges. First, the Obamas are prolific jet-setters, so there are many details to track. Second, the Obama administration, clearly embarrassed by these lavish and frequent family vacations, stonewalls the release of records at every turn. Thanks to a Freedom of Information request by Judicial Watch, we now have an e-mail Lerner sent to colleagues noting the Department of Justice was looking into criminal prosecutions of these tax-exempt groups. We know something else, too. These investigations
