Five Major Problems with GOP´s
´Immigration Principles´

Breitbart´s Big Government, by Tony Lee

Original Article

After the House Republican leadership unveiled its "immigration principles" on Thursday, Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), who has staunchly and relentlessly defended American workers against amnesty, weighed in once again. Sessions said it looked like the consultant-driven and "recycled talking points" offer a lot of promises that will not be matched by "legislation that, at bottom, ensures only the amnesty and not the enforcement." Here are five major problems with the immigration principles: 1. Legalization Before Enforcement The GOP leadership´s "Standards for Immigration Reform" states that there "will be no special path to citizenship for individuals who broke our nation’s immigration laws – that would

Comments:
The sixth problem with the Republican Establishment´s "Immigration Principles" is that the entire issue is not based on "principles" at all. The only reason it is an issue is because their benefactors want to subvert the free market system, and they want to pander to the Hispanic vote.

There are more than 5 major problems and here is how you solve them. Announce that all people in this country who are here illegally have six months to come forward and register as illegals.

Step 2 requires them to bring with them their employment records while in this country and also their tax payment records. Also records of all places of employment and government subsidies received.

State that those illegals who do not report in are subject to immediate deportation when caught and so are their children.

Oh yes, close the damn borders.

There have been a lot of past amnesty programs and none of them have stopped mass uncontrolled illegal immigration into the USA. Those amnesties were designed to temporarily reduce the illegal alien population group, to recharge the Democrat voter rolls with big numbers of foreign born voters, and allow the Republicans to tell their big business supporters that they legalized a mass of cheap foreign labor to keep wage rates as low as possible.

The term "a special path to citizenship" has never been a facet included in past amnesty programs. That term has been recently invented by the liberal Democrats to move the amnesty goalposts further to the left. The Democrats know that the Republicans, pushed by business interests, will eventually agree to another amnesty, and that the bogus term "a special path to citizenship" would then be eliminated from the final amnesty agreement, thus giving the Republicans political cover in the final deal to tell their anti-amnesty supporters that they knocked out all "special paths to citizenship", that in reality the Democrats always knew would never pass in the end, thus moving the amnesty goalposts back to where they have always been in the past.

The whole deal is a fraudulent political shell game that is being played on the American people. In the end once amnesty is passed, the Democrats will get their millions of new foreign born voters and the Republicans will get their cheap foreign labor. the American worker will be the third man out.

The cheap foreign labor, this time, will be transitory as the liberal Democrats intend to unionize it as much as possible once they get their millions of new foreign born voters on line to drive the Republicans into political oblivion in the years to come.

# 2 That actually sounds like what Ryan is proposing.
You identify as an illegal and that you are working and you get a work permit.
Plus, the other requirements- no history of crime, no history of welfare, must learn English and civics, border security and interior enforcement.
Nothing about citizenship .
Other deporting 11 million + people , anyone know what the Limbaugh / Coulter plan is for trying to document who is here and why ?

Why would an illegal register with the gov´t.
Almost all of them are better off not registering.
Legalization could be de-facto citizenship because of motor voter registration and noone being allowed to check ID.
Any path to real citizenship will have the country up in arms. Is that what they are really after?
The plan I read sounded great except there is no way this lawless administration would follow it. They would use that plan as a crack in the armor to further destroy this country. We may already be too far gone but I won´t stop fighting.

When I was drafted into the Army in February 1951, the last statement made before taking the pledge was that any illegals there could refuse to be drafted, but if they did, they could never become citizens of the United States. You could figure that at that time if they refused, they would be deported post haste.

I´m happy that a poster here mentioned Ann Coulters current column on the Republican surrender on immigration principles and the subsequent destruction of the party forever.

They actually think that illegals will vote for them if they cave. Please read Ann´s column. It explains what this will cost the Party. Ryan is nothing than more a political opportunist.

There is one absolute in all this. Any enhanced immigration law enforcement measures that are not in place and up and running before the initial amnesty application period commences will never be enacted. Because just like after the 1986 amnesty, the liberal Democrats and their allies, the very liberal ethnic and immigrant rights groups, will fight to eliminate them or to water them down to ineffectiveness anyway that they can in Congress, administratively in the Department of Homeland Security, and in the courts.

The liberal Democrats want to get as many poor, generally uneducated Mexicans and aliens of other nationalities into the USA as possible so that in the future their votes can be used to cancel out the votes of conservative Americans. One thing that Mexicans all have are children, the liberal Democrats recognize that and intend on those alien children becoming the key that will allow entire illegal alien families to stay here exempted from the immigration laws.

There are many "Dreamer" proposals that the liberal Democrats have invented to do that. Some would require that US Government continuously grant all illegal alien children in the future who are enrolled in the public schools a "green card" that would allow them to stay here indefinitely. Once an illegal alien family has a child in that status as a "Dreamer" DHS would be required to grant the entire illegal alien family de-facto amnesty with work permits so they could stay and await the next amnesty. The Republicans should not go along with any "Dreamer" provisions that would allow illegal aliens to either bring, sneak, or smuggle their foreign born children into the USA and then essentially use them as "human shields" to exempt family groups from the immigration laws as such a policy would seriously undermine the enforcement of the immigration laws in the future.

Cliven Bundy marched into my life one Friday morning in January 1992 in a protest bound for a federal courthouse in Las Vegas. He held up one side of a street-width banner that asked, “Has the West been won or has the fight just begun?” To my great relief, just as Bundy promised, nearly 200 ranchers from all over the state marched behind him, yelling “Property rights!” Nearly a mile later, the marchers fell silent and filed into the courtroom where Wayne Hage of Pine Creek Ranch faced arraignment for the felony of cleaning brush out of his ditches without a

Dr. Milton Wolf, a diagnostic radiologist from the Kansas City area, on Wednesday released a television ad criticizing Roberts for his nearly five decades in the nation´s capital. "After 47 years in Washington, Kansas is a distant memory for Pat Roberts," the ad opens, before pivoting to Wolf´s daily routine as a Kansas doctor. The ad goes on to mention Wolf´s plan to "repeal and replace Obamacare," "fight wasteful spending" and pass congressional term limits. I love the horn-handed Cowboys, with real, honest trail dirt on them; I love the American flags; I love the sagebrush; and I love the rebellion-- as in civil, non-violent disobedience. And the question now is, where does this go? Rebellion typically starts after a period of lassitude and hopelessness in the face of overwhelming power. Populations spend years, even decades muttering under their breath about abuses of power, but feel ineffectual to enact real reform. Then one bright day, a fruit stand

By now most people are familiar with the potentially deadly situation emerging at the Bundy ranch in Nevada. Right now, the back-story is not nearly as important as the immediate necessity to de-escalate this life-and liberty threatening situation, although it does play an important role and must be addressed. The fact that this situation could have been pulled from the script of the 1974 movie Chinatown or any of the Godfather movies is well known and must be exposed, but not before immediate action is taken to assure the preservation of life and liberty. Two of Nevada’s top elected leaders are riding to the rescue of a rancher whose decades-long range war with the federal government has reached a boiling point in recent days. Last week, they began seizing cattle found grazing on adjacent federal lands in violation of a law meant to protect an endangered desert tortoise. “No cow justifies the atmosphere of intimidation which currently exists nor the limitation of constitutional rights that are sacred to all Nevadans.”
