Melissa Harris-Perry brags
about her sixth sense for
knowing when stuff is racist

Daily Caller, by Robby Soave

At a recent forum at the University of Michigan, MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry explained to her audience that white people will never understand why things are racist, because they lack an innate “racial trigger,” that instantly tells them when to be outraged. Harris-Perry, on the other hand, has a very finely-tuned racial trigger. “I know that this moment is racist because it trips my racial trigger, because it makes me feel nauseous,” she said, according to The Michigan Daily. “I’m not generally angry, but you just made me mad.” While lamenting that her ‘white allies’ would never be fully able to understand

Well, my BS detector is pretty fine-turned, especially when it concerns faux racism, ie: "Racism is whatever I say it is, whenever I say it is, by whoever I say it is".

Isn´t racism the belief that one race or another has special abilities, or lack thereof simply because of the color of your skin?

If so, then Melissa Harris-Perry is by her own definition, RACIST!

I agree with #8, a HUGE chip on her shoulder. When you are walking around EXPECTING to be insulted, you will certainly find something you can take offense to.

BTW, one major point, if you are black and I disagree with you, it doesn´t make me racist, no matter how indignant you choose to be. The reality is I disagree with most liberals and most blacks are liberals so I am going to disagree with most blacks BECAUSE they are liberal. I don´t automatically assume a black person is liberal but it is certainly no surprise when a black person proves themselves to be liberal. In any event, their skin color matters not at all.

She´s a HIGH YELLOW.
That´s a light skinned black person.
High yellows typically look down on dark skinned blacks and being inferior.
She morphed that thinking into believing that Caucasians too are inferior to high yellows.
Thus, she sits on her throne believing that she is better than all others.

Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)

Liberal websites started feasting on these threads. And so, a couple of years ago, Ailes & Co. got wise. Stories about race were, at least in my disheartened experience, closed to comments.
