Mitt Romney Is the 2016

Mitt Romney leads the Republican field among New Hampshire primary voters for 2016. Yes, you read that right. Why not make it a third run for president? That´s something that the former Republican nominee is definitely not thinking about right now. To put it in his own recent words: "Oh, no, no, no. No, no, no, no, no. No, no, no." But that didn´t stop the Virginia-based bipartisan policy firm Purple Strategies from adding his name to a recent survey for Granite State voters, which shows Romney in the lead with 25 percent support. Libertarian firebrand Rand Paul (who has strong

Given the last five years and President Pajama Boy´s "lie of the year", ole Mitt is probably looking pretty good to a LOT of people right now. Just imagine how different things would be in the US and in the world if he had not had the election stolen from him.

Romney had everything going for him Obama´s corrupt, incompetent, terrible economy, high unemployment, racist DOJ, Benghazi, Fast and furious, impeached Attny General and he still lost. Romney could not run on the most important issue Obamacare due to his actions as MASS Gov due to Romneycare, nice guy, but he needs to go gracefully into retirement.

"Romney could not run on the most important issue Obamacare due to his actions as MASS Gov due to Romneycare." Except that such a plan that the citizens of a state have decided on is a different animal altogether from a one-size-fits-all imposed by a giant central government. Not only that, but Romney was not the force behind the Massachusetts plan; it was what the NE libs up there wanted and he did his best to mitigate it.

I´m not thrilled by his lack of aggressiveness in 2012 either though and am just waiting for someone more electable to arise. (Also waiting for the chuckles over the ´electible´ concept as if it doesn´t matter or as if the others would have done any better.)

Romney may have been the worst candidate to have been given the nomination*** - except for the other ten or so who tried but did not get the nod. (Newt, Michele, the two Ricks, Herman, the Chinese-speaking guy, Buddy, Gary, Thadeous, Ron, and maybe somebody else). We had some major bottom-of-the-barrel scraping here.

***other than the fact that he is probably the smartest guy to run for the job since Dwight David Eisenhower.

You want a better nominee, run better candidates. Cruz looks great on paper. He may not be a natural-born citizen, however, and he will certainly be the target of demonization campaign that will make what Sarah endured look like a walk through the park.

I think there´s a difference between a plan enacted by an individual state, especially one with a NE lib electorate that wanted it, and which was signed by a governor who couldn´t really stop it and so did his best to mitigate it; and a one-size-fits-all plan imposed by a giant centralized government whose administrative branch, on top of that, is chipping away left & right at the heart of the nation´s essential freedoms & constitutional safeguards..

Say it again: notwithstanding Mitt´s RINOness [or not] there is no one I am aware of better able to withstand the absolutely unprecedented level of sleeze, vitriol, rage, threats and all-around leftardism the entire Dem circus will bring down on ANY Republican President from here on in. He has his family, his wealth and his faith and surely all would be needed to survive. Could another person without those solid anchors survive the avalanche?

We thought they pilloried GWB without pity or truth, and they did, but just like Wile E Coyote, the left has inched out farther and farther from that cliff edge overlooking Insanity Canyon and they ain´t walking it back.

Such is the level of overheated leftist vituperation even now that I wouldn´t be surprised to see an attempted [or otherwise] assassination attempt on a Republican in the future, and especially after a Republican win at the executive level.

Mitt is being a good little boy for the establishment Republican party. He is gonna raise money, give a lot of his own money, whatever it takes to get a Cabinet position in a someday Republican administration. This is why we are seeing him everywhere with the RNC talking points. I figured this out when he was on with Cavuto and the phrase "income inequality" came out of his mouth. I think he would be a good Sec of Treasury but if he finally does make it, he may have spent half his money to buy it.

US officials believe that two communications systems aboard Malaysian Airlines flight 370 were shut down separately, 14 minutes apart - which indicates the plane did not come down because of a sudden catastrophic failure. The data reporting system was shut down at 1.07 am and the transponder was turned off at 1.21 am just after the the pilot signed off to Malaysian air traffic controllers with ´All right, good night,´ and before the Boeing 777 apparently changed course and turned west. According to investigators this indicated that the switch-off could have been a deliberate act and officials told ABC News that the

Malaysia Airlines ´ missing jet transmitted its location repeatedly to satellites over the course of five hours after it disappeared from radar, people briefed on the matter said, as searchers zeroed in on new target areas hundreds of miles west of the plane´s original course. The satellites also received speed and altitude information about the plane from its intermittent "pings," the people said. The final ping was sent from over water, at what one of these people called a normal cruising altitude. They added that it was unclear why the pings stopped. Liberty: President Obama wants Democrats to reclaim the word "freedom" as their own. But what he describes as freedom is little more than deeper dependence on government. Not exactly what the Founders had in mind. In a recent speech to the Democratic National Committee, the president lamented that "we´ve let the other side define the word ´freedom´ for too long." Then, as he often does, Obama set up a straw man argument, claiming to Republicans freedom means "what´s in it for me?" or "I´ve got no obligations to anybody." So what is "freedom," Mr. Obama? One of President Barack Obama’s favorite new Obamacare sign-up pitches is that young enrollees, which the law banks on for sustainability, can get health insurance for the price of a monthly cellphone bill. But in reality, premiums are more than a little pricier. “HealthCare.gov works great now,” Obama told Zack Galifianakis Tuesday in a Funny or Die “Between Two Ferns” video. “And millions of Americans have already gotten health insurance plans, and what we want is for people to know that you can get affordable health care — and most young Americans right now, they’re not covered.” “And the truth is that

The Obama administration has decided that the sequester´s mandatory spending cuts no longer apply to part of Obamacare. The health care law provides subsidies to help low-income people cover some of their out-of-pocket costs. Last year, the administration said those subsidies were taking a 7 percent cut because of the sequester, which imposed across-the-board reductions in federal spending. But now, the White House has changed its mind. It removed the cost-sharing subsidies from its list of programs that are subject to the sequester, eliminating the 7 percent cut for 2015.
