Obama´s State Of The Union Address:
If You Like Your Income Inequality,

President Barack Obama was right when he said, “The long-term unemployed are not lazy. They’re not lacking in motivation. They’re coping with the aftermath of the worst economic crisis in generations.” He should know, his policies prolong the situation. From a promised minimum wage increase, to destabilization of the health care system, to an energy policy encapsulated by “Under my plan … electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket,” no part of the Obama vision is about making America freer and richer. (Snip) Washington’s unreality has become offensive on a personal level, almost an affront to America itself. Washington is booming at

I´ve lived through 11 presidents. Obama is the most divisive of them all. Does anyone remember what listening to a president´s inspiring speech even feels like - to feel good and proud to be an American - of where we have been, are, and where we are headed? I haven´t heard such a presidential speech since Ronald Reagan left office. Reagan was the "Morning in America" President. Obama is the "MOURNING in America President.

Obama was just handed a trillion+ dollars to waste on what he wants between now and Oct.Why does he claim he has to go around congress to waste it?

No,what he´s about is establishing a new form of the Constitution right under people´s eyes.In his new mental Constitutional,he has the last word on everything while sitting on his throne in an emerging imperial government.

States rights have become a thing of the past unless they want to legalize pot or same sex marriage.

No sooner than Obama announced everyone must "purchase" healthcare,he went about exempting as many crony groups as possible.

In a Parallel Universe:
Obama´s State of the Union’s Distress

: Good evening. For the Chief Executive Broadcasting System, I’m Jay Carney, reporting tonight from Capitol Hill.
With me, Ms. NBC, Rachel Maddow and the Reverend Al Sharpton, fresh from officiating at the Western Regional Olympic knockout game trials in Oakland, California.
MADDOW: Jay, what´s the holdup in people taking their seats?
CARNEY: Someone phoned in a waterballoon threat earlier, Rachel. The Secret Service escalated screening and is now conducting body cavity searches on attendees. Here comes Justice Ginsberg, and she does not look happy. . . .
SHARPTON: If he´s pushed, he´ll flay the Tea Privates, Jay, and spread their mulch on America´s groundscape, unleashing a feeding fancy in the body politic that will subsume First Commandment zealots determined to Kaiser Permanente the status ho. In other words . . .(snip)

Mr. Vice President, Lady Macbeth [winks at Michelle], members of the Supine Court, fellow travelers, the roiled opposition, everyone I suckered in 2008 and 2012, and my special guest, head of Mexico´s Alejandro Drug Cartel, Miguel Garcia, whose arrangement with the FBI and ATF has been mutually rewarding.

Tonight it is my task to report the state of The Onion is strong--and likely to remain so as long as I´m not in their sights.

As for the state of the union . . . not as bad as I expected, given my efforts since 2009 to transition America from capitalism to European-style socialism to Detroit on a national scale.

Yes, as some suspect, I´ve been promoting a nanny state Bloomberg can only dream about to collapse the economy over time.

The object? To spark a new American Revolution, culminating in a government released from the shackles of the Constitution.

Actually, he already gave his State of the Union address in advance when he said, "I have a pen and I´ve got a phone." It was, in effect, a declaration of dictatorship, saying he doesn´t need nor will he have to use Congress.

So why is Congress even going to listen to him declaring that he doesn´t need them? Wouldn´t a public shunning, say by walking out on him, be an effective response to his "I have a pen" speech? As in, "Yeah, well we´ve got feet."

Ever notice that all of Obama´s speeches sound like a clichéd Hollywood speech writer penned them. There is very little historical content and most are void of praise for this country, its people, or the military, but they are heavy on personal pronouns. Obama told us he wants to fundamentally transform this country and he has started with the Presidency. In his world, the president is king. His word is law and his administration punishes those he considers out of line. His time is spent in campaign mode cheerleading his cockamamie schemes. He publicly chastises any opposition. He ridicules those who have the temerity to question him. He is a petty tyrant unworthy of the office he holds. I will not watch the fawning spectacle of hubris, disrespect to anyone who opposes him, and outright lies he will spew. He is the threat from within that Khrushchev advised would bury us.

I´m with Mark Levin: a silent coup has taken place as committed by Obama (I have the pen..) and all Republicans in Congress should boycott this SOTU speech.

What drives me nuts is how 99.9% of Republicans in Congress and conservative commentators are unable to state the obvious; Obama and his bureacracy have taken over the government and there is no need for Congress. Instead, they keep talking (like Mitch McConnell on Fox News Chris Wallace interview yesterday) in platitudes about wantng to work with the President, etc...

I won´t watch the speech - it wouldn´t be good for my blood pressure. I´ll wait for Rush to dissect the speech. My one hope is that the Republicans don´t pat him on the back and tell him he did a great job.

The Republicans should do themselves a favor and just not show up, except for those who have to due to tradition - such as Speak Boehner and Senate Minority Leader McConnell.

If Supreme Court Justice Thomas mouths another "you lie" that would be a plus for patriots and a sign that we are not alone.

I will watch the Republican and TEA Party rebuttals.

Its anti-freedom ends are only transparent to those who are willing to observe the objective reality that our ruling elites have divorced themselves from dynamic free-market capitalism so they can shack-up with the cool European nanny-state. Those that claim they are the opposition party will sit quietly as Obama announces his phone and his pen have replaced them.

Whatever communist tripe he spouts, it came from an anonymous cabal of back room writers. As he reads it off a TelePrompTer, think of him as an evil pitchman, who is only speaking to the dumbest, most thieving people in the audience, as Lenin would have put it, the lowly, ignorant peasants. He does not speak to the creative genius that IS America. He only speaks to create anger in the ignorant peasant labor class.
And all the legislative, media and press people who praise him, are are propagandist trained to lie for the state. They are ALL Marxists, all traitors to America.

The entire Democrat party, with Obama at the head, has gone full Alinsky. Alinsky was noteworthy because he showed how to organize the "Have Nots" (as he called them) into a political force. Marxists had organized "workers" before but Alinsky showed how to add the poor and racial minorities to the mix.

Obama has been increasing the ranks of "Have Nots" since he came into office. The last thing he wants now is for them to be upwardly mobile. His speech will be aimed at convincing even more of them to join his campaign against the "Haves". He will also seek to increase their ranks by importing more of them from Mexico.

What every so called Progressive wants is a guaranteed national income. By using the vote they can empower the "Have Nots" to steal it from the "Haves". It´s not rocket science.

This is why a Constitutional Republic and a welfare state don´t mix. The Republicans have to be some of the most dense people on earth not to see what´s happening right under their noses.

In Florida, we just call it Tuesday. Seriously, that´s not even our highest-profile vampire story. Remember the "vampire killings" from Lake County? Some of our stories are heartbreakingly tragic. But so many are also mind-numbingly strange. In Florida, we do weird the way Kansas does wheat. Here, giant pet snakes escape. And breed. And then invade our national parks. But increasingly a victim of its own image and hidebound ways, golf has lost five million players in the last decade, according to the National Golf Foundation, with 20 percent of the existing 25 million golfers apt to quit in the next few years. People under 35 have especially spurned the game, saying it takes too

For Hillary Clinton, having her own baby grandchild to kiss on the campaign trail, could be one of the biggest boosts to her possible presidential election campaign. Although the former Secretary of State and First Lady has not said if she will run in 2016, the arrival of her first grandchild will soften her image, analysts have said. While Chelsea only revealed her pregnancy on Thursday, supporters of her mother have already started cooing over a possible baby in the White House. With the Clintons having a near-royal status in the U.S., the announcement of a new arrival due this fall has sent

Hi, everybody. For millions of Americans, this time of year holds great meaning. Earlier this week, we hosted a Passover Seder at the White House, and joined Jewish families around the world in their re-tellings of the story of the Exodus and the victory of faith over oppression. And this Sunday, Michelle, Malia, Sasha, and I will join our fellow Christians around the world in celebrating the Resurrection of Christ, the salvation he offered the world, and the hope that comes with the Easter season. These holy days have their roots in miracles that took place long ago. And yet, they still inspire us, guide us, and strengthen us today. They remind us of our

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Thursday that a family of dissident ranchers and their supporters in his home state of Nevada are ´domestic terrorists,´ citing this week´s standoff with the federal government´s Bureau of Land Management. Cliven Bundy has refused to pay grazing fees for land where his hundreds of cattle roam every day. The land is owned by the federal government, which says he owes more than $1 million. Bundy, however, insists that since his family has been using the land since the 1870s, Uncle Sam can´t collect the grazing fees. A tense standoff developed this week after

To "honor the dignity and work of immigrants," Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi helps Bishop Marc Andrus wash the feet of two children Thursday at Saint John the Evangelist Episcopal Church in San Francisco. Pelosi also used the occasion to talk about passing HR15 - bipartisan immigration legislation that her office says would "reduce the deficit by nearly $1 trillion, secure our borders, unite our families, protect our workers and provide an earned pathway to citizenship." The Democratic leader´s ceremony coincides with Pope Francis´ similar ceremony in Rome to mark Holy Week.

WASHINGTON--Rushing to an afternoon vote last month, Sen. Ted Cruz hopped the underground tram to the U.S. Capitol from his office across the street. The Texan planted his black ostrich cowboy boots in the middle of the small subway car without getting so much as a nod from the other senators--Republican or Democrat--amiably chatting or huddled in their seats. Mr. Cruz finds himself standing alone a lot these days. His response to the cold shoulders: "The establishment despised Ronald Reagan" before he became president, "but the people loved him." For the 43-year-old Republican, the Reagan name illuminates his political life´s

Imagine a vendor on the National Mall, selling burgers and dogs, who hasn’t paid his rent in 20 years. He refuses to recognize his landlord, the National Park Service, as a legitimate authority. Every court has ruled against him, and fines have piled up. What’s more, the effluents from his food cart are having a detrimental effect on the spring grass in the capital. Would an armed posse come to his defense, aiming their guns at the park police? Would the lawbreaker get prime airtime on Fox News, breathless updates in the Drudge Report, a sympathetic ear from Tea Party Republicans?
