Obama Shifts from ´Income Inequality´
to ´Ladders of Opportunity´

Breitbart´s Big Government, by Warner Todd Huston

Original Article

President Obama has already changed his vernacular concerning his second term focus of "income inequality." He is now calling it "ladders of opportunity." In an apparent effort to blunt criticism over his intent to engage in full-blown class warfare during his second term, Obama is softening the harsher term with a new label. The Associated Press reports that Obama has shifted his rhetoric from "complaining" about income inequality toward language that creates an appearance that he is offering support for the middle class. Since his December 4 economic speech where he used the word "inequality" 26 times, the word is

Comments:
Blah, blah, blah. He can change his meaningless rhetoric but all he says are lies and misrepresentations. He has perfected the art of bloviating for a huge length of time and saying absolutely nothing of substance.

"A word means whatever I say it means, nothing more, nothing less."

But actions speak far louder than words. And Americans are getting quite adept at reading between the lines. Not all of us are as dumb as the average community organizee, not a spelling error. Perhaps I should say the ones being organized.

The two proven Ladders of Opportunity are a good education and a good job.

When you are trapped by your place of residence in a failed public school, your only hope is some sort of scholarship program to an alternative school. Obama wants you trapped.

Welfare was trapping sequential generations in government dependency through welfare. Welfare Reform finally forced some to get jobs and freed them and their children from dependency. Obama is destroying the reform.

Obama is not about a hand up, he´s all about a shove back into dependency. In the process he is sucking down the middle class. Equal outcome is always about dragging all but the elite down to equal poverty.

The ladders were always there. He has taken them away and burned them.

All the "fixes" he talks about are to problems that he, himself , caused. He uses this trick to distance himself from his own self created problems.

He has already been giving ladders of opportunity to millions of illegal aliens by not effectively enforcing the immigration laws.

Maybe he intends to demand that employers each now hire so many people from ethnic and racial demographic groups who are favored by the liberal Democrats.

Obama administration’s ‘Culture of

Sending scores of armed agents along with helicopters and dogs to confront an elderly Nevada rancher over grazing fees may seem like overkill, but critics say it’s not inconsistent with the federal government’s recent approach to environmental enforcement. The simmering truce between the Bundys and the Bureau of Land Management comes after high-profile raids last year by armed federal agents on small-time gold miners in tiny Chicken, Alaska, and guitar makers at the Gibson Guitar facilities in Tennessee. That doesn’t include more subtle threats, such as recent efforts by the Obama administration to raise grazing fees or pressure

Rep. Joe Garcia (D-Fla.) is among the Democrats pressing Congress to take up immigration reform. On Tuesday, he told a conference call that deportations are breaking families apart and leaving children in foster care. "So the human toll has been horrific. This president, by implementation of existing law, has been forced to deport a huge number of Americans." Although Garcia may consider the deportees to be "Americans," legally they are not. But they might become citizens if Garcia and other immigration advocates get their way. Democrats are urging Republicans to sign their discharge petition, which would force a House vote on

Thank God for Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration J. Russell George. His investigation of what turned out to be the IRS abuse scandal may well have saved the Constitution and the nation. For his fair and impartial investigation into the Internal Revenue Service’s abuse of Americans who dissent from President Obama’s agenda, Democrats have called for an investigation of him. George should not be investigated, but perhaps the Democrats who want him investigated — Reps. Gerry Connolly (D-VA) and Matt Cartwright (D-PA) — should be.
