Smoking Gun: Disgraced Obama EPA

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has released a transcript of former senior EPA official John Beale’s testimony. The Committee deposed Beale in connection with his recent fraud conviction. (Snip) “And then phase 3 would have been coming up with specific proposals that could be – could have been proposed either legislatively or things which could have been done administratively to kind of modify the DNA of the capitalist system…” That testimony comes on page 21 of Beale’s deposition. He testified to his belief that while environmental regulations in the United States have been successfull, “we’re reaching the limits

The IRS and the EPA are being used as weapons against American citizens and businesses!

I´m sure Obama will say he knew nothing about it, and he will promise to look into it by assigning Valerie to lead an investigative committee to determine why the EPA followed her direction.

There is no question that Obama wants to damage our capitalistic system and hopes to use the notion that he is protecting the environment to do it. But it’s hard to believe that they would be crazy enough to pin their hopes of success on this idiot. If so, our nation is a lot safer than I had realized.

He told us he hung with communists. He was raised in a communist household and mentored by a communist. He declared that he was going to fundamentally transform the nation when our constitution is designed to strictly prohibit just that. He told us he was going to spread the wealth, kill the coal industry. He told us he was a disciple of Saul Alinsky. He told us he would side with Muslims in a conflict.

It should come as no surprise to find that actions taken by his administration would be consistent with who he told us he was. It is so stunning that he could possibly be who he said he is, it is still breaking news when the truth slaps us in the face.

Perhaps we have become numb to such claims because so many have declared outrageous positions, just to be cool, but deep down they don´t really mean it, well at least not to a literal extent. Some may hang on to the obligatory lie from time to time like an incidental oath of office here or there, choosing to believe that rather than the consistent lifelong pattern of who he is, in his own words and actions. Like ignoring 20 years of association with "Reverend" Wright, presiding over his marriage, children´s baptism, but one day he tells us he had no clue regarding Black Liberation Theology and that´s good enough. Or launching his political career in Ayers living room, serving on the board of the Annenberg challenge with him but he told us he was just a guy in the neighborhood so that´s just dandy, no association with domestic terrorism there by golly.

This isn´t cool image spin, this is real danger we have invited into our house.

John Beale, like most high GS bureaucrats is an idiot. We´re well past phase three. The EPA has already dismantled capitalism BY DESIGN.

Obama means to make America the USSR of the 21st century.

That aside, it sure squares with everything we see from this administration. I pray that our next leader knows how to un-do some of the myriad regulations/strangulations put in place by the EPA.

if it had not been this clown, it would have been another much the same. And while Obumble seems to deliberately staff for such, the reality is that similar attitudes and behaviors are chronic in such operations.
I simply do not understand why it seems ot be impossible to use the ONLY real remedy.
That remedy is to completely **abolish** the EPA and about every other one of these unaccountable "alphabet agencies", certainly the federal ones, and probably most of the state equivalents. Dump ´em. Now.
Experience is proving there to be no other approach.

The EPA´s carte blanche control of their actions needs to be stopped. They should be given VERY specific goals to deal with traditional pollution problems (a list should be made and it should NOT include CO2)and their regulations should be tightly controlled. If a regulation is expected to have more than a $10 million impact on the economy it should require sponsorship in a law. Further, no company should be exposed to costs of more than 10% of revenue unless it is called out in a law. A regulatory agency should not be targeting and destroying industries. It should NOT have the ability to do so.

Enough of the idiocy!

To be successful, Obama and his minions needed to understand capitalism. They don´t and they failed. They had no concept that small drilling companies would be able to use the horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing used for releasing natural gas from shale to also produce oil.

The drilling success for gas led to a price decrease below the cost of drilling. Oil though can be stored at well head, transported by truck, and at the time of Obama´s inauguration was predominantly imported. So the 60% increase in US production hasn´t caused a huge decrease in price. And the natural gas that comes with the oil has allowed increased gas production even though stand alone drilling is not economical.

Obama has succeeded in delaying drilling of large reservoirs offshore through the 2 moratoriums and the Permitorium. But those were being done by the large oil companies who were most easily persuaded in the past to back off production in order to drive up the price.

The capitalists drilling the onshore tight oil wells are putting up 7 or 8 million a well up front and want the money back by the end of the year. They don´t have a slow speed.

In the ultimate irony, the delay of the Keystone XL pipeline has created the greatest pain for the big refineries that had put in the cokers to crack the very heavy oils of the world. The Canadian oil is only now making its way to them after a 3 year delay in the south end of the project.

This sort of thing is not new. Read Ann Coulter´s various columns about how McCarthy, though heavy handed, was basically right. All government agencies are loaded with left leaning employees. Conservative people who believe in free market capitalist economics (like me) often go to work for the government to learn how industries are regulated, then move on to the private sector after a few years. The true believer anti capitalists stay in the government agencies. That way, over the years, the agencies have become loaded with carreer lefties. When a lefty administration gets in, these armies are ready to implement lefty policies. When a conservative administration gets in, these armies drag their feet in implementing free market capatalist reforms. It´s the old two steps forward, one step back dance!

Washington is a hotbed of power seizing Communists.
There is no doubt. The only serious problem with this grim reality, is that the millions of fine, substantial, free market knowledgable people who know this, are afraid to call these destructive totalitarians what they really ARE !
Most of the good people like Rush and Ann Coulter, continue, stupidly, blindly, to call the bad people by the pleasant sounding names of "liberal" and "progressive".

What could be a better way to cover up this bad DNA, than to call these tax thieving crooks nice "cover up" words? This article faces the facts, the driving force behind the environmental "movement" has been aquiring more government power over free capitalistic choice.

Environmentalism has been the new face of Communism, and America and it´s DNA have been brutally victimized.

It´s way past the time for all good people to WAKE UP, and start calling all this administrative global medical anti gun open border garbage what it actually is ..........
And who all the Obamas, Jarets, Puglosis, Schumers,
Reids, Feinsteins, Bloombergs, Sawyers, Peleys, actually ARE : Communism and its many totalitarian plotting Communists.
Say it isn´t so !

Here in California I get updates on impending legislation related to rental property owners. About 80% of the bills being proposed have to do with raising taxes on business owners. First they are asking for an exemption to pass the bills with a simple majority. Since they control both houses we´re screwed.

A fight is brewing between American beer makers and the federal government over happy hour ... for cows. For centuries, brewers have given or sold the leftover grain from the brewing process to local ranchers and dairy farmers for cattle feed. But new regulations proposed by the Food and Drug Administration threaten to end that relationship. "The whole brewing community was shocked about it," said Josh Deth, co-owner of Revolution Brewing in Chicago, Ill. Deth, whose title is "Chairman of the Party," says it´s always been a great deal for both sides. The ranchers get the grain, and the brewers get those leftovers

In a stunning admission, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Gina McCarthy revealed to House Science, Space and Technology Committee chairman Lamar Smith (R-TX) that the agency neither possesses, nor can produce, all of the scientific data used to justify the rules and regulations they have imposed on Americans via the Clean Air Act. In short, science has been trumped by the radical environmentalist agenda. The admission follows the issuance of a subpoena by the full Committee last August. It was engendered by two years of EPA stonewalling, apparently aimed at preventing the raw data cited by EPA as the scientific foundation

As eastern Ukraine descends into a state of chaos and seeming anarchy, the specter of an invasion by Russia ticks ever upward. President Vladimir Putin has demanded a neutral and federated Ukraine, one that would be vulnerable to the Kremlin´s coercion and might one day be partitioned. But with masked, armed pro-Russian demonstrators occupying government buildings in the eastern cities of Donetsk, Luhansk, and Kharkiv -- and tens of thousands of Russian troops just across the border -- the ante has been upped considerable. But for all the justifiable fear that Putin is contemplating sending Russian troops into Ukraine, doing

The "war on women" political slogan is in fact a war against common sense. It is a statistical fraud when Barack Obama and other politicians say that women earn only 77 percent of what men earn -- and that this is because of discrimination. It would certainly be discrimination if women were doing the same work as men, for the same number of hours, with the same amount of training and experience, as well as other things being the same. Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. Western Washington University sent a questionnaire to students asking them for advice on how the administration could succeed at making sure that in future years, “we are not as white as we are today.” The question notes that WWU’s racial make up does not perfectly reflect the nation at large, and asks students to consider strategies that other universities have used to focus on skin color as the paramount indicator of a student-applicant’s worth. The president of WWU has stated that his explicit goal is to reduce the white population on campus, according to Campus Reform. “I’ve said before and I’ll say it

Hank Aaron’s recent comments about the need for America to realize that racism is still very much alive and thriving — only now due to those who wear “neckties and starched shirts” rather than KKK hoods — has sparked an angry backlash and many fans are turning the tables, calling the baseball legend himself a racist. “Hank Aaron is a s*****g piece of [expletive] [racial slur],” one man said in an email to the Atlanta Braves’ front office, one of the teams Mr. Aaron used to play for, CBS News reported. “My old man instilled in my mind from a

Funny question in the headline, yes? But since President Obama worries more about the threat of terrorists´ improvised nuclear device going off in a major American city than anything Russia can throw at us, I was wondering if the government had deigned to share with us citizens any tips for, you know, surviving something their own intelligence points to as the likeliest unlikely Black Swan event. Well, no. And yes. No — very few people in Washington, D.C., who work for the government have any idea what they would do if a 10-kiloton nuclear device exploded at the intersection of 16th and K

When President Obama needed a preacher to fulfill the closing prayer duties at the annual White House Easter Prayer Breakfast, he turned to none other than the Episcopal Church’s first openly gay bishop — who said he was as shocked as anyone at the appointment. The Right Rev. Gene Robinson said in a tweet, accompanied by a photo of Mr. Obama behind a podium at the event: “POTUS ‘preaches’ at the Easter prayer breakfast. Then, out of the blue, asks ME to close with prayer. OMG!” Newsmax said he also emphasized that the words he chose to close the breakfast

A Russian fighter jet made multiple, close-range passes near an American warship in the Black Sea for more than 90 minutes Saturday amid escalating tensions in the region, a U.S. military official said Monday. In the first public account of the incident, the official said the Russian Fencer flew within 1,000 yards of the USS Donald Cook, a Navy destroyer, at about 500 feet above sea level. Ship commanders considered the actions provocative and inconsistent with international agreements, prompting the ship to issue several radio queries and warnings. The fighter appeared to be unarmed and never was in danger of
