Andrew Cuomo silences the opposition
Washington Post, by Michael Gerson

Gov. Chris Christie (R) is in trouble for appearing, during an election season, in television ads inviting people back to the Jersey Shore following Hurricane Sandy. Next door in New York, Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) has adopted a different, but also controversial, state marketing strategy. Here is Cuomo’s pitch on a recent radio program: Referring to divisions within the Republican Party, he asked, “Are they these extreme conservatives who are right-to-life, pro-assault weapon, anti-gay? Is that who they are? Because if that’s who they are, and if they are the extreme conservatives, they have no place in the state of New

Cuomo is a Word Class "A-Hole." There are commercials running down here in Mississippi which tout the "business friendly environment" currently manifesting in New York State. No mention of "Conservatives" NOT WANTED...! He will be called out for his being a hypocritical dolt who hates basic God fearing and Flag waving Americans....

Because 50% of Americans do not study or know history, are we doomed to repeat it?

Can you IMAGINE the nation-wide calls for resignation and impeachment and imprisonment if a conservative Governor said "....we don´t want any left wing extremist anti- baby-killers, anti-govt dependent slugs, anti-illegal aliens , or anti- aids-spreading gays in this state." ...???

His choice of the phrase:"Pro-Assault Rifle"
is very telling.

1-Virtually nobody uses assault rifles to commit crimes compared to hand guns.

2-Real assault rifles are fully automatic and have been illegal for freakin´ ever.

3-No one (except maybe me) thinks they should become available.

4-Only Big Brother fears a truly well armed citizenry.

How is this for strong language. Hillary and Bubba are SAINTS compared to the demonic Cuomo team of Mario and his demon spawn. At east the scum from Arkansas never adopted the pretense of devout Roman Catholics as they spread their toxic liberal death regime over the land. Mario even placed a portrait of St. Thomas More over his desk to belabor the idea of his moral courage. Mario Cuomo is the most evil politician I´ve had the disgust to witness in my lifetime.

Ditto for California, #15. Fortunately for conservatives, there are many of us "right" people living in pockets of very blue states. Instead of bashing all NYer´s or all CAians, pray for us! We want to raise our families in peace like the rest of you. We want to go to church, school our kids properly, and enjoy the grace and life with which God has provided us.

Idiots like Cuomo and Jerry Brown were elected by a majority of fools. Some of us love our homes, our families, and our churches. Leaving isn´t an option at this point in the economy. Help us in 2014 by firing your weak democrat reps and senators because our states won´t. We count on you friends in red states so we can TRY to make a difference in our blue (sometimes midnight blue) ones. Thanks!

Since I believe in right to life, second amendment, and traditional marriage I have serious questions whether I want to spend my money in that state. I will be writing a letter to the president of the college to determine if he supports Cuomo´s views and if I´m welcome.

As usual, a WaPo hack lies by omission.

Christie did not get into trouble for "appearing, during an election season, in television ads inviting people back to the Jersey Shore following Hurricane Sandy." He got into trouble because of the other person in the ad -- the one he was bear-hugging during the bear-huggee´s presidential re-election campaign.

As for Cuomo, his opposition has barely begun to pipe up. In the words of a fundamentally decent man standing on a pile of rubble some years ago, "You will hear from us!"

On New Year’s Eve in 2011, software developer Robin Seggelmann was in front of his computer trying to work out some kinks in the security software most of the Internet uses. That’s when he made a mistake, which led to one of the worst bugs ever in the Internet known as “Heartbleed,” a flaw in the security infrastructure (OpenSSL) for a large swath of the Web. Nowadays, it’s unusual for someone to step up and take responsibility, But Seggelmann, a German developer, did just that.
