Juan Pablo Galavis has said that a gay version of The Bachelor would be a bad example for children, according to a report. Galavis, the newest Bachelor on the hit television series, and the first Latino Bachelor, apparently made controversial comments Friday about the gay community. "I respect [gay people], but honestly I don´t think it´s a good example for kids to watch that on TV," Galavis – a single dad to 6-year-old daughter Camila – told Sean Daly from The TV Page. Calls to ABC for comment were not immediately returned. In the interview – an audio recording of

Juan, you are correct.
But the gay mafia will now attack you and try to make your life miserable---be strong and don´t apologize. You are entitled to give your opinion. Don´t let the gays silence you.

I respectfully request anyone - preferably one of the gay persuasion - to PLEASE tell me what is offensive about that statement.

Exactly where is the controversy in his statement? He´s actually quite understanding, even deferential, in his statement. One has to be seeking an argument to find fault with what he said. And yeah, that´s exactly what is going on here.

Published in the Holywood Reported, - "There´s this thing about gay people -- it seems to me, I don´t know if I´m mistaken or not -- I have a lot of friends like that, but they´re more pervert in a sense. To me, the show would be too strong, too hard to watch on TV," Pablo Galavis said.
I´m sure you folks have heard of the Diagnostic Statistical Manual.
Till the mid 1970´s in the DSM-II stated:
“302 Sexual deviations
This category is for individuals whose sexual interests are directed primarily toward objects other than people of the opposite sex, toward sexual acts not usually associated with coitus, or toward coitus performed under bizarre circumstances as in necrophilia, pedophilia, sexual sadism, and fetishism. Even though many find their practices distasteful, they remain unable to substitute normal sexual behavior for them. This diagnosis is not appropriate for individuals who perform deviant sexual acts because normal sexual objects are not available to them.

302.0 Homosexuality
302.1 Fetishism
302.2 Pedophilia
302.3 Transvestitism
302.4 Exhibitionism
302.5 Voyeurism
302.6 Sadism
302.7 Masochism
302.8 Other sexual deviation
[302.9 Unspecified sexual deviation]”
Even if you remove 302.0 from heading the list, the balance remains the same. Deviant behavior! Not suitable for any normal human being especially children.

Too strong, too hard to watch on TV? You betcha and if glen Beck is reading or watching I hope he gets the epiphany to give us more entertainment on his internet channel.

Netflix can be watched through xbox and internet. Selective entertainment.

I for one an not going to watch parades or any other encroachments on the culture by the normalizing of gays and gay sex. Common consensus is so talked about and the establishment media propagandise and pick and choose what goes into people´s minds and what THEY decide is common consensus--their way. (ignoring the red states)

The death of cable TV if I read the Duck Dynasty dustup right. C´mon , Glen, get on this.

I am not too worried about the death of cable except then the establishment media and socialist mind benders will be in internet dictating as they can.

I can still read so not too worried. Hit them in the money bucket.

#12 is correct, the number of removed priests in #11 should be 400. But as Hillary would say, what difference does that make? As 400 is a lot, and is probably only a fraction of the number who should have been kicked out if only they had been found out.

U.S. military assets in the Black Sea are on high alert amid reports Ukraine troops traded gunfire Tuesday with pro-Russian militants. A journalist with Associated Press reported intense gunfire at an airport in eastern Ukraine after the government sent in army troops to retake control from militiamen loyal to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The mayor of Kramatorsk told the Associated Press that Ukrainian troops have now occupied the military airport and are blocking its entrance. The action comes a day after the revelation a Russian fighter jetted buzzed a U.S.S. destroyer multiple times over the Black Sea.

House Democrats are rolling out a new strategy to target 30 House Republicans on immigration reform during the two-week congressional recess, marking a last-ditch effort to force GOP action on a legislative overhaul. The new pressure tactic includes a memo distributed to those 30 districts held by Republicans who have expressed public support for some sort of immigration reform, many of them backing a pathway to citizenship for millions of undocumented immigrants in the United States. Democrats hope the document — which highlights statements made by those Republicans in favor of reform, as well as data showing the district-specific economic

Scott Walker has a 16 point lead (56-40) among likely voters in his race for governor, according to a poll from Wisconsin Public Radio/St. Norbert’s. Among registered voters, his lead is essentially the same (55-40). The survey was conducted between March 24 and April 3. A Marquette University survey conducted between March 20-23 also showed Walker with a nice, though smaller, lead. In that poll, Walker outdistanced Democrat Mary Burke 48-41. Revealingly, Walker fares well in an electorate that does not seem particularly conservative and that, if anything, appears to be slightly to the left of American voters in general.

Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)

Some time back, whenever a big racial controversy erupted, I trained myself into the habit of reading about it at FoxNews.com, just for the unbelievable comment threads. Let’s put it this way: If my friends and I went out to a bar and started playing a “let’s write the racist FoxNews.com comment thread” drinking game, our efforts couldn’t begin to approach what I read there.I wasn’t alone. Liberal websites started feasting on these threads. And so, a couple of years ago, Ailes & Co. got wise. Stories about race were, at least in my disheartened experience, closed to comments.
