US Pledges Additional 380M

Associated Press, by Lara Jakes

KUWAIT CITY — The United States will send $380 million in additional aid to victims of Syria´s bloody civil war, much of it designated for children in need of health care, education and emotional counseling. U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry says the new funding brings America´s humanitarian aid contribution to Syrian victims to $1.7 billion since the war began nearly three years ago. Half of the money — $177 million — will go to U.N. programs for victims still in Syria. The rest is for neighboring nations that have taken in an estimated 2.3 million refugees who have

Comments:
I have two thoughts. First, John Kerry is mighty free with my money. Second, US taxpayers are like the Jackson family, too many hanging around and feeding off the one who earned the fortune.

Instead of spending the money on American veterans, Obama and Kerry are spending scarce resources on the victims of a Muslim Civil War.
That shows where their loyalties lie.

Think about this.

Reed has determined that allowing and paying for illegal tax fraud is more important than reinstating vet pensions for the disabled.

Now Lurch has determined that using $380M for muzzies who hate us and want to wipe us out is more important than internal U.S. needs like money for roads and bridges that demonrats keep harping that they need more money for. The administration takes in $218B/year from transportation taxes, yet the Transportation budget comes no where near close to that amount. All those taxes go into the general fund to be wasted somewhere else. Demonrats are liars, one and all.

Today marks the five-year anniversary of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Commonly known as the stimulus, the nearly $1 trillion law was hailed as an opportunity to bring America into the “21st century.” Just two years after the bill was signed into law, President Barack Obama admitted, “shovel-ready was not as shovel-ready as we expected.” While the law failed to create jobs as promised, it has provided plenty of examples of waste, fraud, and abuse. Five years and at least $816.3 billion later, here are 10 ways the government wasted taxpayer money. 10) $1.3 Million for Stimulus Highway Signs

One of the ways in which the media abrogates its duty to inform the public is in neglecting to report key facts that would change the conclusions an audience would make about a set of events. It’s even worse when that media source is supported by the taxpayer just to be be propagandized into a political agenda. Here’s the latest egregious example from NPR: In the broadcast, the reporter, who is also local to Macon, suggests Republicans trampled the rights of black voters in Macon, GA to suppress black voter turn out in recent local elections. There´s a debate going on about Hillary Clinton´s past. If she runs for president in 2016, should Republicans reach back to the scandals of her years as First Lady? Or should they focus on more recent times, especially her tenure as Secretary of State, to build a case against her? The GOP doesn´t have to choose. Of course Clinton´s recent experiences are relevant to a presidential run. But so are her actions in the 90s, the 80s and even the 70s. It´s not ancient history; it reveals something about who Clinton was and still is. And re-examining her past is entirely consistent with practices in recent campaigns. In the 2012 presidential race,

The weirdest thing about John Kerry´s weekend speech on climate-change—other than the fact that this is the same guy who in 1997 voted to forbid the U.S. from signing the Kyoto Protocol—is that it begins by quoting something Maurice Strong said at the U.N.´s 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro: "Every bit of evidence I´ve seen persuades me that we are on a course leading to tragedy." Maurice who? Mr. Strong, a former oil executive from Canada (he was Pierre Trudeau´s pick to run state-owned Petro-Canada in the mid-1970s), was for many years the U.N.´s ultimate mandarin.
