This is all the proof we need that Obama never was a Constitutional professor. He really doesn´t understand the checks and balances put in place by our founders in order to prevent a dictator like Obama from doing what he wants to do without consulting Congress. Something to think about, #6. In 2009 Obama had to take the Oath of Office twice. What was really sworn to in privacy with Justice Roberts the second time and on what did he swear, the Koran? I´m not sure, but I have heard indications that again in 2013 he did the same thing. Did he ever really swear to uphold the US Constitution? Was the mis-statement in the first oaths really a mistake?

Think about it, #20. For 152 days leading up to the deadline for the debt ceiling to be raised, the "debt clock" never moved from just under the legal debt ceiling. To get it raised illicited a desperate stream of "we won´t negotiate" invectives against the pubbies by harry and hussein.

Why?

Because they had been spending at a fever pace all along as demonstrated by the sudden jump in ONE DAY of the national debt by $328 billion. That´s why they were so desperate to get this passed. That is probably the most impeachable act among dozens of this regime and should have brought prison time for both of them.

The question remains, Who was threatened and with what????? And where did all that money go?

The University of Notre Dame must provide birth control to employees and students after a federal appeals court ruled Friday, a move the school says will force it to violate its religious beliefs. In a blow to religious colleges and universities across the country, the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago denied Notre Dame´s request for an injunction to the ObamaCare birth control mandate that requires the school to provide coverage for contraception. The injunction would have given Notre Dame a temporary reprieve from the birth control mandate, as the Roman Catholic school challenges the rule in court.
