Wouldn´t you know, FBI says it can´t find
anything illegal in all that IRS intimidation

Investor´s Business Daily, by Andrew Malcolm

Here´s a January column opening we could have written early last summer when the broad scale of the Internal Revenue Service´s intimidation of conservative political groups began emerging [Snip]: "What the FBI investigation will find to prosecute in the flagrant IRS abuse of power is Nothing. By mid-January an unidentified Holder aide will leak that, by golly, after diligent detective work, they really didn´t find anyone or anything to prosecute. Probably just unclear instructions or misunderstandings. Move forward. So, scores of fringe groups could not raise money in time to exercise their free speech against the president in 2011-12.

Where is the Special Prosecutor where is Boehner and McConnell. Instead of attacking the Conservative base of their Party how about a little outrage aimed at the opposition party.

The patriot response to this should be to never give a dime to any organization that has tax exempt status including the RNC. Tax exempt status is a give away that the organization is part of the establishment. Patriots must organize and support their cause with after tax dollars. It is unfair but there you are - freedom is threatened and it must be done. At least this way their organization can be more covert, they will not have to tell the government the content of their prayers as the IRS questionnaire did for tea party groups!

Someone explained the IRS rules early in this debacle. If the agent hasn´t reached a ruling after a fixed number of days, they must report their failure to their manager. Each further failure to reach a decision triggers another report. Since many of the these requests started in 2009 and no decision has been reached, the system must be afloat in failure reports. Simply fire all managers who have allowed more than 10 reports for the same organization go unhandled. Fire all those managers who failed to file reports.

The IRS, FBI and EPA all have one thing, and only one thing, that they are good at. And that´s finding criminal activities (or making up criminal activities) when conservatives are involved. The rest of the time they make the Keystone Cops look like a crack crime fighting unit. FDR said it best, ‘The only thing we have to fear is our goobernment itself!’

Nothing surprising here when we know the government is corrupt to the core being run by the Mafia-Like Obama regime full of criminals and that includes their FBI lackeys. We know the FBI conducted practically a SWAT-team type raid with machine guns drawn at the Conservative-owned Gibson Guitar plant over some weak allegations of improperly importing WOOD from India. Wood? Gibson was following all the rules in this incident. Yet there are records of criminal activity at the IRS by improperly targeting with malice towards various TEA Party and Conservative groups. Business as usual from the criminal Obama regime.

President Obama gave another speech Tuesday night. It was the 93rd time a president has personally delivered a State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress. And it sounded like it. Obama has looked as if he´s mailing it in recently. Not Tuesday night. He seemed genuinely involved and invested in his 7,000 words. Unfortunately for him and anyone who chose to listen to the whole 65 minutes, there wasn´t anything new or even much to invest any thought in. Ear candy for Obama lovers.

A survey arrived from the Obama crowd Monday. It asked what we most wanted to hear from the recovering smoker´s State of the Union address. That´s a trick, of course, to collect more emails and donations. The speech has been in the works for weeks with policies vetted by departments and key phrases poll-tested. It won´t surprise you after tonight that "income inequality" tested well. Our answer to what we most want to hear tonight is: “Thank you very much and may God bless America.” [Snip] This is all thanks to Woodrow Wilson.

Hi, everybody. [Snip] Sexual assault is an affront to our basic decency and humanity. And it’s about all of us — the safety of those we love most: our moms, our wives, our daughters and our sons. Because when a child starts to question their self-worth after being abused, and maybe starts withdrawing… or a young woman drops out of school after being attacked. It’s not just these individuals and their families who suffer. Our communities — our whole country — is held back.

Barack Obama has achieved acrimony among numerous sectors of Americans now fighting with each other bitterly. His ongoing efforts to screw up relations with America´s closest allies have enjoyed some success. Obama´s undercut the Poles, Czechs, Israelis, angered the Brits, Brazilians, Egyptians and insulted the Germans, Japanese and Indians. And Obama single-handedly made Vladimir Putin look like the Nobel Peace Prize winner over the American´s fictional red line in Syria. President Barack Obama delivered a State of the Union Address on Tuesday that was important less for what he said than for what it says about him. The speech was long, more than an hour. At times it was defiant, at others it felt almost conciliatory. But mostly the speech was forgettable, disposable – a long list of modest policy proposals that will not be remembered for much longer than their echo in the House chamber. On domestic policy, we knew what to expect. The stars of last year’s speech – immigration and gun control – were mere afterthoughts this year,
