The federal government is spending $224,863 to test custom-fitted condoms and validate a self-reporting penis measurement system for commercial use. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) awarded the grant with funding through July of 2014 to TheyFit, LLC of Covington, Georgia for the project: “Behavioral and Manufacturing Science to Commercially Develop Fitted Condoms.” (snip) The condoms are currently unavailable in the U.S. but the FAQ section of their website claims, “Condoms are regulated medical devices and must conform to international standards documents such as ISO: 4074. Standards specify what a company must do to test each condom to ensure that

Interesting that the US is paying for research for a product that isn´t available in the US.

This is going to be one wild thread...

If ever there was a topic that gives the federal government the potential for lying, and the consumer too. Size "small" will remain on the shelves forever.

There is a story dating back to WWII: We were supplying the Russians with many products. The Russians ordered ´condoms, 10-inch.´ The U.S. supplied the condoms, but had them all stamped ´small.´

Good grief! We´re now going to get more fake Obama data. Bad enough that Obama ´s BLS lies about the unemployment rate falling to 6.7% as 525,000 people drop out of work force. Now we´ll get HHS monthly release claiming that due to ObamaCare, average US condom size increases to 6.7" to give us yet another false sense of achievement.

But how that statement is interpreted is the source of some of the deepest rifts in Christianity — and a stumbling block for some Christians, and more than a few skeptics.
