Behind Obama´s Gates
New York Post, by Editorial

As President Obama’s defense secretary, Bob Gates concluded this about his boss during a session in the White House Situation Room: “As I sat there, I thought: The president doesn’t trust his commander, can’t stand [Afghanistan President Hamid] Karzai, doesn’t believe in his own strategy and doesn’t consider the war to be his. For him, it’s all about getting out.” Duh. Notwithstanding the headlines Gates has generated with his new memoir, “Duty,” President Obama has himself given many signals his “new way forward in Afghanistan” owed more to domestic politics than to any real effort to defeat our enemies. He did so in his

How many rounds of ammunition do we need in our political gun before we can impeach this tyrannical poser? No only does he hate America, anything good about America, he hates anyone who would defend it.

BO and the Nazi make a great team. We are underattack while Nero (msm) fiddles. Hope American lofo´s are enjoying the melody. They are going to be singing it for a long time if Billary gets elected.

The media is SO appalled at the excerpts from Gate´s book, when many of us knew all along what Obama was. I and many others were never fooled by him, even from the moment he flounced onto the scene to become senator of IL. None of this comes as a surprise. It´s just inconceivable what took everyone so long to come to the obvious conclusion we all came to by 2007. The media lapdogs are as lo-fo as the lo-fo´s! What is unforgivable is Gate´s sitting idly by allowing this sham to continue, instead of standing in the gap for our troops when he had the opportunity. He failed in HIS responsibility when he knew Obama & Hillary were up to no good. It´s a lot too little and a lot too late for us to appreciate his candid tales now.

FTA "If what Bob Gates says is true, Americans were dying in Afghanistan for a strategy their commander-in-chief didn’t himself believe in."

Our troops are still dying there today not "were" but are. This little effeminate narcissist bisexual biracial President we have has no honor, no understanding of the military its purpose or use, no belief in protecting the country and could care less about the causalities in Afghanistan. Nor does he believe in the war. The only war he believes in is the one he is waging against the white Americans. There will be more deaths from obamacare than in Afghanistan. Those who voted for obama have no shame and no belief in America as founded.

But now instead you have all types of nattering nabobs trying to explain or defend Obama and the ice water that flows through his veins.

I believe we lost the impeachment argument when our leaders failed to rein in this imperial president the first time he overreached. They were apathetic because they were afraid. They are still afraid. Nothing will be done to interrupt this president´s term. Not a darn thing. We have political animals in leadership positions when we need men of honor and integrity with a moral spine of steel. They can´t even make an argument for smaller government because they don´t want smaller government. They want the massive behemoth they have helped to create. The unwashed masses are a thorn in their sides. We are to be managed and controlled to enhance their wealth and political power. Who is worse, a president who abuses the power of his office or those that look the other way?

Is there anyone in the DC crowd that has the cajones to stand up and tell the country that the actions of Obozo have been and still are killing and maiming out troops? Where are the men(and women) who have the courage to come forward and take a stand against this person ( I can´t call him a man). Are there no more Americans that will sacrifice their honor, wealth, and very lives to defend this country and return it to what is supposed to be? Even at my age, I will join any movement to completely shut down DC and run the rats out of the swamp and start all over again.

At least Gates overcame his fears and softly came out of the closet of betrayal with a widely publicized book.
Traitor Boehner and his crazed Congress, are doing nothing. Even Paul and Cruz are not up even a quarter speed. Only a few media are approaching top speed: Mark Levin, Alex Jones, Rev James D Manning, Drinking with Bob, Mark Steyn, the memory of Andrew Breitbart, there are more. The point is Obama´s continuous brutal killing of our troops while golfs, will pale when Americans start agonizingly dying according to his communistically planned medical chaos.
When will America attack the sleeping Diane Sawyer media..... Finally?

Couldn´t agree more with the previous poster. I wouldn´t give Gates a dime for this book because when did he ascertain these stunning things about Zero? Before the 2012 election? And how many of our treasured young soldiers were either killed or maimed as Gates came to his revelation about Obama? If Gates was so appalled by Zero, why didn´t he have the character to resign his position and publicly state what he is now writing in his so-called book? He might have affected the 2012 election. Gates is as much a traitor as is Zero. Not a dime.

President Obama is lending his political support to fellow community organizer Al Sharpton by headlining the MSNBC host’s National Action Network (NAN) conference this week in New York. Obama’s choice to headline the conference underscores the close ties of the two leaders and provides an increased sense of political legitimacy to the controversial leader and his much-maligned organization. Sharpton’s conference is held in April "not just to commemorate the anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s assassination, but to honor his legacy by proactively engaging in dialogue that will spawn change." We live in a strange time in American politics. It wasn’t that long ago — like, maybe two years — when a cancer victim struggling with insurance coverage would receive a sympathetic ear from the news media. They might even send one of those “consumer advocate” teams to shove cameras in the faces of the insurance officials and demand to know how they could be so heartless. What the media would surely not do, after hearing of a cancer patient struggling with insurance, would be this:Contact the insurance company.Receive assurance from the insurance company’s PR spokesman that everything was just fine.

Democrats know their biggest problem in this year’s midterm election is Obamacare. So top party operatives have settled on a strategy to try blunting the GOP’s advantage: Tell voters Republicans would make the problem worse — raising prescription drug prices, empowering insurance companies and even endangering domestic violence victims. The battle plan, details of which were in a memo obtained by POLITICO, recognizes the unpopularity of the Affordable Care Act. But it also banks on voter fatigue with the GOP’s relentless demands for repeal and counts on poll-backed data that show many Americans would rather fix Obamacare’s problems than scrap it

The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)
