NBC News Keeps Busy Refuting Reports
On Ann Curry, David Gregory, Rachel Maddow

Deadline Hollywood, by Lisa de Moraes

2014 is getting off to a tough start for NBC News. No sooner does the division announce its priority is getting Today back up on its feet with a new tagline Rise To Shine that will help viewers forget its bungled dumping of show co-anchor Ann Curry, than a report surfaces that NBC News will not renew Curry’s $12 million contract — the one she got when she was shoved off Today. The network has denied the Radar report, noting Curry has been given an actual big assignment which, presumably, is what happens when you pay someone $12 mil a

So Rachel Maddow is packing the heat at MSNBC.
That would explain a few things.

Why would Beck say going after Harris-Perry is the wrong thing for "our side" to do?

I don´t get that.

I listened to some Commie Lib on FOX the other day --one of those Our Side/Their Side things regarding Harris-Perry and her put down of the Romney adoption. The Commie Lib from Their Side insisted that Our Side does the same thing and gets away with it, and the Idiot Dolt from FOX sat there and never once refuted anything the Commie Lib said.

When´s the last time FOX had to fire an on-air commentator for making an absolute horses rear end of of his or herself for suggesting that someone should defecate in Michelle 0baba´s mouth?

Why can´t Our Side defend ourselves effectively against the likes of Bashir and Harris-Perry? Why do we take it? This crappola of "don´t lower ourselves to their level," has gotten real old. Turn the other cheek. I´ve got permanent scarring on both cheek from offering them up to the Left in an attempt to not lower myself to their level.

The Mulatto Communist suggested something about knife fights and guns a few years back. It´s time?

Beck hasn´t been watching MHP.
This latest attack on Romney through his children is par for the course.
This woman is one note AA racist.
Her mother is white - yet she identifies solely as black.
Same as Obama.
Any attack on Obamacare for her is Racist-
any limitations on abortion is racist -yet 40% of black babies are aborted -Margaret Sanger was a eugenics supporter - this is genuine racism and she is fine with wearing tampon earrings to protect a woman´s right to chose.
Her tears were just part of the ratings game.

NEW YORK — CNN apologized to its viewers today for briefly airing a story on Sunday that had nothing to do with the missing Malaysia Airlines flight. The story, which caused thousands of viewers to contact the network in anger, had something to do with Crimea, Ukraine, and Russia. In the official apology, CNN chief Jeff Zucker wrote, “On Sunday, we briefly cut away from our nonstop coverage of Flight 370 to talk about something else. We’re not going to sugarcoat it: we messed up. CNN regrets the error and promises our viewers that it won’t happen again.”

Democrats Lining Up to Oppose Obama´s

President Obama´s anti-gun nominee for Surgeon General, Dr. Vivek Hallegere Murthy, could go down in flames on the Senate floor. Murthy, who has a history of calling guns a "healthcare issue," classifying guns as a "public health threat" and of slamming the National Rifle Association, is being opposed not by just Republicans, but numerous Democrats in an election year. Democratic Senate aides estimated on Monday that from eight to 10 Democrats may oppose Murthy’s nomination if the vote were to be held soon, mostly because of his left-leaning views on gun policy, which have attracted opposition from the National Rifle Association.

“Get red, wild and blue, America!” There’s a new trailer for Sarah Palin’s Amazing America reality show on the Sportsman Channel and it is way more insane than you ever thought it could be. The show released a teaser video last month, but it just consisted of Palin’s silhouette over an full screen American flag and quotes about how awesome she was. This time, we get actual footage from the show, and it looks… incredibly goofy. Now, it’s not that I thought Amazing America was going to be some introspective TV version of NPR’s This American Life with the former Alaska governor

WASHINGTON — An independent review triggered by the Washington Navy Yard killings last year says threats to Defense Department personnel and facilities increasingly are coming from within. It says the department must rethink its outdated security theory that suggests defending the perimeters can keep threats away. Instead, it says that terrorism, espionage and even physical threats are coming from trusted insiders. The report recommends cutting the number of workers who hold security clearances, conducting better and routinely updated background checks, and setting up a system to evaluate and handle employees who may pose a threat. A Startlingly Simple Theory About

There has been a lot of speculation about Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. Terrorism, hijacking, meteors. I cannot believe the analysis on CNN; it’s almost disturbing. I tend to look for a simpler explanation, and I find it with the 13,000-foot runway at Pulau Langkawi. We know the story of MH370: A loaded Boeing 777 departs at midnight from Kuala Lampur, headed to Beijing. A hot night. A heavy aircraft. About an hour out, across the gulf toward Vietnam, the plane goes dark, meaning the transponder and secondary radar tracking go off. Two days later we hear reports that Malaysian military radar

MOSCOW — President Vladimir Putin declared Tuesday that Russia has no designs on any other parts of Ukraine beyond Crimea. In a speech to a joint session of parliament, which he used to call for the “reunification” of Crimea with Russia, he said that the region has a special role in Russian history that makes it unique. But he also promised that Russia will do what it must to protect the rights of Russians living abroad -- which suggests that he intends to play a role in restive eastern Ukraine, with its large Russian population.

President Obama on Monday slapped Russia with the kinds of economic sanctions not seen since the Cold War, but the administration’s supposed hard line was met with mockery and a “collective shrug” in Moscow, Kiev and Washington. One day after Crimeans voted overwhelmingly to secede from Ukraine and join Russia, the White House and its partners in the European Union responded by targeting high-ranking officials in Moscow along with pro-Russian figures responsible for the unrest in Ukraine. The move adds even more tension to a dramatic standoff between Russia and the West, but early signs suggest the latest round of

Hillary Clinton may well be the most "known" politician in the world. She and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, have been on the national stage for more than two decades -- traveling from Arkansas to the White House to the Senate to the 2008 campaign trail and finally to the State Department. During that time, every look and utterance from Hillary has been examined, then examined again, then analyzed, then overanalyzed. That´s why this series of photos -- shot by LIFE magazine in 1969 as part of a feature on outstanding college students -- is so fascinating. It captures
