To hear it from the New York Times editorial page, the many issues surrounding the attacks in Benghazi are now settled. In a December 30 editorial, published under the headline “The Facts About Benghazi,” the newspaper proclaims an end to the 15 months of debate about the fatal attacks on the U.S. consulate on September 11, 2012. Citing an “exhaustive investigation by The Times” that it says “goes a long way toward resolving any nagging doubts about what precipitated the attack” and “debunks Republican allegations,” America’s Newspaper of Record declares that “in a rational world” the investigation “would settle the

If it´s possible to discredit the NYT even further as a liberal rag with a political agenda this is it. Not only does the writer make phony claims with little to back them up but then has the nerve to spend weeks defending it. Stephen Hayes has written numerous articles about Benghazi with solid sources.

The Slimes has only proved that if you look in the cow barn you will only find cows. To find the donkeys, you need to look in the donkey barn. Of course the Slimes would never deliberately investigate the donkeys. What would be the point? Donkeys are, obviously, perfect creatures who do no wrong. The Slimes "investigators" know this because they are donkeys too.

Even if you believe the NYT story, which thinking people cannot believe, where were Obama and Hillary when Americans were calling 911 in Benghazi? How can you go to sleep when your good friend "Chris" is under attack?

Jonah Goldberg: "If you see a child struggling in the ocean, you have no idea how long she will flail and paddle before she goes under for the last time. The moral response is to swim for her in the hope that you get there in time. If you fail and she dies, you can console yourself that you did your best to rescue her.

But if you just stand on the beach and do nothing as the child struggles for life, saying, “Well, there’s just no way I can get to her in time,” it doesn’t really matter whether you guessed right or not. You didn’t try."

Kirkpatrick trying to coverup for Obama and Hillary that it WAS Al Qaeda that attacked, tortured and murdered four Americans in Benghazi because that fact leads to the next step... Obama and Hillary were arming those who attacked at Benghazi...thus Obama and Hillary were working with Al Qaeda from Egypt and Dr. Morsi ....all of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Why is Obama and Hillary working with America´s sworn enemy AlQaeda.... The same Al Qaeda that blew up the twin towers....The same Al Qaeda that enjoys a resurrgence under Obama and Hillery --Bin Laden´s Al Qaeda--AlQaeda of the Muslim Brother Hood -- The Muslim Brotherhood connected to Dr. Morsi and Huma Abedin.

Why did Obama insist Egypt´s military reinstall Dr. Morsi or lose USA funding and the fighter jets previously promised?

Under Obama and Hillary the Muslim Brotherhood has a strong murderous presence in a prematurely evacuated Iraq....Under Obama and Hillary AlQaeda has a strong murderous presence in Libya....Under Obama and Hillary Al Qaeda has a strong murderous presence in Syria.

Under Obama and Hillary Al Qaeda has not only had a resurgence but has been handed Egypt and Libya...with Iraq and Syria hanging in the balance to do the same.

AlQaeda is the violent mulitarized arm of the Muslim Brotherhood....

Obama stated if it came to it he stands with the Muslims.

One might begin to believe Obama is the head of the Muslim Brotherhood.

I think its interesting that the NYT is trying so hard to clear Hillary, that they would even put themselves out there in such an obvious whitewash of facts. They could have just let this one wither into the recesses of memory for most except the well informed who know better. But, they are making an attempt to set the stage for her thighness and twisting of facts aside, the motive tells a whole lot more than what they attempted to say.

The NYT apparently proved that Obama and his Administration were lying again. (sarc/off)

It’s no secret that Senate Majority Leader Harry M. Reid (D-Nev.) and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) don’t like one another. They battle regularly over legislation and their Senate floor fights over arcane-but-important rules have become must-see entertainment for senatorial insiders. According to aides in both parties, the two leaders have not had a one-on-one sitdown to discuss legislation (or anything else) since late last year. Nowadays, all business is conducted on the phone or in brief discussions on the Senate floor. Part of that feud is political – Democrats targeted McConnell in 2008, Republicans targeted Reid in 2010, Democrats

At any one time hundreds of thousands of us are cocooned in pressurised cabins scything through the cold upper reaches of the troposphere. Soon enough, this figure will rise to a million: a million passengers, flown safely, if not always comfortably, across countries and continents, and with little call for comment.
