ERIE, Colo. — The Colorado-based firearms accessories manufacturer that threatened to leave the state if more-restrictive gun legislation was passed is finally making good on its threat more than nine months after the new gun laws went into effect. In a press release issued on Thursday, Magpul Industries CEO Richard Fitzpatrick said his company, which currently employs 250 people in Colorado, will be relocating its shipping operations to Cheyenne, Wyo. and its company headquarters to an undisclosed location in Texas. The company said it is still deciding between three possible North Central Texas locations for its headquarters, and that the

Any company that disagrees with regulations that they deem harmful to their business should relocate to a more beneficial environment. Waiting to see what Boeing does in Wash State with new projected new assembly

If you use this example of a company fleeing hostile actions by a government as the benchmark, then New York City should be a ghost town in about two years.

And rightly so.

We have been a Republic before. That is why the libs hate our independent attitude.

If the rest of the country allows the Constitution to fall, we, Texas will take that same Constitution and bring it safely to God´s Country until all the freedom loving Americans take the Un-united States back from the Socialist traitors.

In other words, welcome to Texas all you good folks from Magpul Industries. Consider yourselves at home.

The White House sharply curbed a major counterterrorism drill scheduled for Tuesday in Washington that was designed to test the federal government response to threats of car bombs attacks and a chemical weapons strike on the Metro subway system. The exercise, code named Eagle Horizon 2014, was cut back instead to small-scale communications checks within federal agencies. The transfer of government functions through groups of emergency personnel located at remote secure locations as part of so-called “continuity of government” operations was scrapped, according to Obama administration security officials.

The appeals court overturned a district court ruling that had allowed Justice to withhold documents related to its case against DeLay. A RAND study pours buckets of cold water on the Obama administration’s claims that it has nearly reached 7 million sign-ups for Obamacare. The whole point of Obamacare, supposedly, was to insure the uninsured and bend the cost curve down. Those who had insurance were supposed to be able to keep it. Families were supposed to start saving about $2500 a year. If you believed the Obama administration.
