California court lets undocumented

The California Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that an undocumented Mexican immigrant should be licensed to practice law in a closely watched case on immigration rights. The unanimous ruling in favor of Sergio Garcia came after California legislators passed a bill last year that specifically authorized the high court to allow qualified applicants into the state bar, regardless of their immigration status. The U.S. Department of Justice had opposed Garcia´s application, while California Attorney General Kamala Harris supported it. Neither office could immediately comment on Thursday. Last year the Democratic-led U.S. Senate approved a path to citizenship for millions of

An Attorney is an Officer of the Court.
This ruling epitomizes the lawlessness of this Cabal.
Garcia should be arrested and deported.
If Illegals continue to be given what should only be available to US citizens-it will awaken the Sleeping Giant that Duck Dynasty has started to ignite.
Gay marriage, climate change, knockout "game" illegal immigrants, voter fraud -are all reaching the tipping point.

The immigration laws come within the preview of the federal government. This decision by a California state court had nothing to do with the immigration laws, but related to granting a California law license to an illegal alien living in California. The state of California can give it´s licenses to anyone they wish. An employer in California still can´t hire that illegal alien unless the Obama crew grants him permission to be employed in the USA , which they may do if he fits within their definition of being a prospective "Dreamer". He may have a problem there as "Dreamers" are supposed to have entered the country before age 16 while this guy reportedly entered illegally when he was 17. If it will bring the Democrats more votes look for them to up the "Dreamer" age to 18. The Republicans would not care if the guy agreed to work cheap.

Attorney General Eric Holder announced today that dozens of lawyers will be reassigned to the Justice Department’s pardon office in anticipation of a surge of applications from drug offenders for reductions in their sentences — applications the Obama administration has signaled it would look upon favorably. This exercise is another transparent usurpation of legislative power by the president. The pardon power is just the camouflage for it. The pardon power exists so that the president can act in individual cases to correct excesses and injustices. It is not supposed to be a vehicle by which presidents rewrite congressional statutes that

Over half of the 221,604 Georgia Obamacare "enrollees" the Obama administration claims as enrollments have not paid for their plans, thereby leaving them still uninsured. Georgia Insurance Commissioner Ralph Hudgens says only 107,581 Georgians have paid for coverage. "Many Georgians completed their application process by the deadline, but have yet to pay for the coverage," Hudgens said in a statement.Hudgens also said that insurance department estimates that 400,000 Georgians may lose their current health insurance coverage because of Obamacare. According to the New York Times, 20% of the individuals whom the Obama

In the budget proposal he presented to Congress last month, President Barack Obama called for what would be the highest level of sustained taxation ever imposed on the American people, according to the analysis published last week by the Congressional Budget Office. Under Obama’s proposal, taxes would rise from 17.6 percent of Gross Domestic Product in 2014 to 19.2 percent in 2024. During the ten years from 2015 to 2024, federal taxation would average 18.7 percent GDP. America has never been subjected to a ten-year stretch of taxation at that level.

Global sea levels have risen by 8 inches (20cm) since 1880 and scientists predict they could rise up to 3ft (98cm) by 2100. But despite the UN’s recent threats of war, famine and extreme weather, such a dramatically different world caused by sea level rise can be hard to imagine. To help picture the future, Martin Vargic, an amateur graphic designer from Slovakia, has created a map depicting the planet with sea levels around 260ft (79m) higher than they are today. He imagines what Earth would look like if the ice sheets surrounding the North and South poles melted, releasing

Nine people are dead and at least 36 were wounded - including six children - in an especially bloody 48 hours in the gang-and-violence-plagued city of Chicago over the weekend. Five of the six children wounded - who range in age from 11 to 15 - were shot during a drive-by shooting on Sunday night after a person in the vehicle reportedly asked if the children were members of a particular street gang. The sixth, a 15-year-old girl, was shot while riding in a vehicle in what appears to be a separate - but also gang-related - incident. In one

A coalition of investigative journalists to include the Center for Investigative Reporting (CIR) recently announced a public project to map border infrastructure used to hopefully minimize unlawful crossing and other illegal activities. While the effort is understandably time-consuming and leads to frustration when clearly seeing much of the border unfenced--security experts argue the key is proper placement, rather than blanket coverage with infrastructure. The Center for Investigative Reporting’s map of a U.S./Mexico border fence, or lack thereof, offers a seeming disparity of border assets allocated—leaving viewers to assume that Texas is left largely un-guarded compared to the relative coverage enjoyed

That credibility did not last long. There is nothing like it in the democracies of Europe, which came into being with nations already carved up into private fiefdoms.
