Study: Most Convicts Vote Democrat
Breitbart´s Big Government, by William Bigelow

Original Article

Posted By:mikkins2, 1/1/2014 11:52:01 AM

A scholarly study newly released in The Annals of the American Academy of Political and Social Science has revealed that most convicts in jail register as Democrats. The study stated, “Democrats would benefit from additional ex-felon participation.” The professors who authored the study came from the University of Pennsylvania and Stanford University. The study found that felons registered Democratic over Republican by a six-to-one margin in some states, including New York, where 61.5% are Democrats and only 9% GOP. Another fact discovered was that 73% of the felons who would vote would vote Democrat.

Duhhhhhhh! (They certainly voted for Al Franken, even though that was against Mn. law---and the votes counted because they were not contested SO WHO IS THE DUMMIE?) In the same manner, most illegals votes for Democrats, and with Boehner and Rubio pushing immigration "reform" without any specifications (a la Canada) as to who is allowed in, they are priming the pump for the Dems once again. SO WHO ARE THE DUMMIES again? (This also explains why I toss mail from the Party and donlt pick up the phone when they call!)

Here´s the problem. Prison only works if the person values his freedom, thus a low pct.of conservatives in there..For people who don´t,it´s just a place to stay with 3 squares. Therefore prison isn´t what it was cut out to be,they´ve actually become people warehouses..There´s actually a virtual waiting list for people wanting prison. The bail bond industry is cleaning up.

There´s millions of open space acres out west. Start dropping these people 500 miles from civilization and let them fend for themselves. If you want to air lift food and water that´s fine. But in no time at all,the ferals will take over and tribal wars after that.

Instead we´re giving these people free health insurance which harms the very people holding the country together.

Not only convicts vote in large percentages for the Democrats. Historically about 85% of former illegal aliens and their foreign born family members who received amnesty or were otherwise legalized and who have gone on and gained US voting rights have become Democrat voters. Democrats recognize that another amnesty now for the massive illegal alien population group would hand them tens of millions of new foreign born voters in the years ahead, and that such a change in voter demographics would change the political balance of the USA greatly in their favor.

Many Republican politicians view mass uncontrolled illegal immigration as a source of cheap labor for their business oriented constituents and are oblivious to the fact that by facilitating a liberal Democrat amnesty they will be committing long term political suicide.

Very superficial article. It is a state by state law as to if and when convicted felons can regain voting rights and what steps they may or may not have to take to regain the right. Frankly, I would think they had more pressing matters, depending on the crime and length of imprisonment. Who pays for these
so-called scholarly articles / and of what importance are they ?

Cliven Bundy marched into my life one Friday morning in January 1992 in a protest bound for a federal courthouse in Las Vegas. He held up one side of a street-width banner that asked, “Has the West been won or has the fight just begun?” To my great relief, just as Bundy promised, nearly 200 ranchers from all over the state marched behind him, yelling “Property rights!” Nearly a mile later, the marchers fell silent and filed into the courtroom where Wayne Hage of Pine Creek Ranch faced arraignment for the felony of cleaning brush out of his ditches without a

The Republican challenger to Sen. Pat Roberts, R-Kan., thinks nobody should spend 47 years in Washington. Dr. Milton Wolf, a diagnostic radiologist from the Kansas City area, on Wednesday released a television ad criticizing Roberts for his nearly five decades in the nation´s capital. "After 47 years in Washington, Kansas is a distant memory for Pat Roberts," the ad opens, before pivoting to Wolf´s daily routine as a Kansas doctor. The ad goes on to mention Wolf´s plan to "repeal and replace Obamacare," "fight wasteful spending" and pass congressional term limits. I love that picture from the Bundy Ranch. You know the one that I’m talking about: I’m talking about all of them. I love the horn-handed Cowboys, with real, honest trail dirt on them; I love the American flags; I love the sagebrush; and I love the rebellion-- as in civil, non-violent disobedience. And the question now is, where does this go? Rebellion typically starts after a period of lassitude and hopelessness in the face of overwhelming power. Populations spend years, even decades muttering under their breath about abuses of power, but feel ineffectual to enact real reform. Then one bright day, a fruit stand

There is a culture of sleaze in Washington that´s worse than ever. Too-big, all-powerful government not only cripples the freedoms of the regular people who have to live under it, it also creates a whole shadow infrastructure dedicated to working it to the advantage of the elite and the connected. Two of Nevada’s top elected leaders are riding to the rescue of a rancher whose decades-long range war with the federal government has reached a boiling point in recent days. The federal Bureau of Land Management has surrounded the Clark County ranch of Cliven Bundy with armed officers, helicopters and four-wheel drive vehicles. Last week, they began seizing cattle found grazing on adjacent federal lands in violation of a law meant to protect an endangered desert tortoise. “No cow justifies the atmosphere of intimidation which currently exists nor the limitation of constitutional rights that are sacred to all Nevadans.”
