White Teacher Tells Black Student
‘We Don’t Need Another Black President’

FAIRFIELD, Ohio (CBS Cleveland) — A high school teacher has been suspended without pay for allegedly telling a black student “we do not need another black president” after the student said he would like to become president. Gil Voigt, a Fairfield Freshman School teacher, is facing dismissal from the school since the Fairfield Board of Education suspended him after allegedly making the racially insensitive statement to a student earlier in December. A report from Assistant Superintendent Roger Martin stated that the incident happened Dec. 3 in front of several students according to Cincinatti.com. Martin said that four students were interviewed

Comments:
I know several Caucasians who teach at inner city schools and the verbal racist assault they endure on a DAILY BASIS would make your head swim. One friend, of IRISH persuasion, on a St Patricks day by the way, was able to get some Irish tunes on the intercom speakers when a black teacher furiously demanded it be shut down because they don´t do this for blacks during the year. Apparently this racist teacher never heard of ´´black history month´´

Well, you can´t argue with the fact that "the great experiment" has been a total failure.

What´s the common denominator in the massive list of failures this administration has produced?

Wonder if he´ll get to go to the rubber room? Probably not, he doesn´t sound like a liberal and he didn´t sexually assault the kid.

Have they said where they are setting up the Reeducation Camp. . Wonder what the school board would have said if the statement was made about Bush? Judgement is swift for certain groups and slow on others. Bill Ayers said that he expected the reeducation camps would fail on some internies and about 35 million American reactionaries should need to be liquidated.

I´d like to read the entire context of the teacher´s remarks. I suspect the rest of the exchange may have been something like, "We don´t need another black President so much as we need a qualified President. His skin color is irrelevant."

That said, technically, the teacher is right. We don´t need another black president and we also don´t need another white president. An Hispanic, an Indian, an Asian will do just fine so long as their credentials are at least adequate. In Mr. Obama´s case, we don´t even know if he actually attended college or wrote anything.

I´d like to hear the entire context, CBS.

The teacher s correct. We dont need another "BLACK" president.

What we need is a "President" that represents ALL of the people. That president´s race, gender, ethnicity, orientation, religion is not relevant ... only that president´s performance and adherence to the rule of law relevant.

We need the best person -- regardless of their race, gender, or anything else -- for any position.

If you are looking at anything but pure qualifications, you are a racist, sexist, or some other sort of "ists". That pretty much describes every lie-beral I know.

The United States has been at war in Afghanistan longer than any conflict in our history. Regardless of what one might think of the war in terms of strategic value, it has been a brutal, deadly conflict, seemingly without end. But as U.S. forces prepare for the conflict’s end, we can already see the changes to U.S. casualty rates. Indeed, the month that just ended last night, March 2014, marked an extraordinary milestone: as Hayes Brown noted, it was “the first time in more than a decade that there were zero U.S. fatalities among American troops engaging in combat.” In Iraq, the

The Bay Area Toll Authority spent $9.4 million to build a temporary entrance so the Bay Bridge´s bike path could be ready when the new eastern span opened to traffic in September. And now - after less than seven months - the half-mile-long connector is being torn down to make way for a new, permanent gateway. That puts the cost to provide temporary bike and pedestrian access to the bridge at about $47,000 a day.

Everyone knew there would be some gun owners flouting the law that legislators hurriedly passed last April, requiring residents to register all military-style rifles with state police by Dec. 31. But few thought the figures would be this bad. That 50,000 figure could be as little as 15 percent of the rifles classified as assault weapons owned by Connecticut residents, according to estimates by people in the industry, including the Newtown-based National Shooting Sports Foundation. No one has anything close to definitive figures, but the most conservative estimates place the number of unregistered assault weapons well above 50,000, and perhaps

It’s hardly been a secret that in recent years the moderate center of the Democrat party has been driven away and what remains is a conglomeration of disparate blocs which, to date, the party has been able to treat as if there were no conflicting interests between them. As the midterm elections approach and the administration’s incompetence, along with the distaste for the president’s signature ObamaCare legislation, drive the party’s chances down further, the make-believe coalition of opposites may well crumble if the opposition doesn’t blow it.
