The top ten Obama constitutional

Hot Air, by Allah Pundit

It’s not my list, it’s Ilya Shapiro’s, but it’s a better use of your time than 95 percent of year-end media crapola. I’ve been so focused lately on the White House changing ObamaCare’s rules via royal proclamation that I’d forgotten this one: 8. Recess appointments. Last year, President Obama appointed three members of the National Labor Relations Board, as well as the head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, during what he considered to be a Senate recess. But the Senate was still holding “pro forma” sessions every three days—a technique developed by Sen. Harry Reid to thwart Bush recess

Who do we have in the government to stand up and lead the impeachment of this socialist/islam impostor who, with his minions, is determined to destroy our nation?

We can not, as a nation, survive 3 more years of invasion from without and betrayal from within.

Consider liberalism as cancer - living off the host. Chemotherapy attempts to destroy cancer cells by bringing the patient right up to the point of death. I suspect that destroying liberalism will require a similar approach. The working people of the US are the patient and to destroy the last vestiges of liberalism, the producers will have to be brought to the point of destitution. Only this will break the natural state of liberalism parasitism of liberals relying on producers as their host.

It is also part of the Constitution that when the executive branch goes overboard, the congress must hold it in check. The GOP has been violating its constitutional duties here, by letting His Majesty get away with so much, just as much as Obama has.

It´s debatable which part of government is more corrupt, more un-Constitutional, more worthy of being dispensed with. Unfortunately, there are no words on paper that cannot be manipulated in the mind of a lawyer to require that we be hung by our ankles and shaken free of any loose change we´ve hidden from them.

At the risk of being tediously repetitive, why is nothing being done about this?

Seriously? Is there a good answer? Because if nothing is done, worse will happen at the hands of this Administration, probably through his Agencies, who are not elected nor accountable but who wield great power.

Knowing this POTUS, he will give them even greater power to do what he knows Congress won´t allow.

Nothing is being done because the only President ever to have resigned has got to be a white male Republican. Can´t be a Democrat and certainly not the First Black President.

There´s the movie Twelve Years a Slave and then there´s Eight Years an Enslaved People.

"why is nothing being done about this"??

The American people re-elected a criminal administration in 2012. The uber-left is in the White House, and has solid control of the Senate. The DOJ is being ran by a Marxist, racist Attorney General who will do nothing to stop any of this. Most of us could add to the list in this article.

Nothing can be done.

We had our chance in 2012 to stop this, but failed. This is the reason we all should have crawled over broken glass to elect Romney! Elections have consequences, and boy are we seeing the truth of that. Hopefully, we have learned our lesson.

Does anyone believe that the guy who wrote this is named Allah Pundit? Am not a lawyer. I work for a living. Don´t know or particularly care where Zippy was born. But he grew up in Indonesia which makes him an Indonesian, not an Americian. Therefore, he is illegally holding the office of POTUS and everything he does is illegal, immoral, unethical, and unconstitutional. But like herpes and basement mold we are stuck with him.

Most of us here can expand this list to, what, 20? 50? 100? I revert back to what #10 mentioned, a criminal administration. For me #1 on this list every year is that fact that a man (cough, cough) named Barry Soetoro, calling himself Barack Hussein Obama, with no verifiable paper trail, and probably guilty of felony document fraud, is the President of the United States of America. We have been ruled - per Valerie Jarrett - not governed, by a criminal administration since 1/20/2009...IMHO.

The ONLY reason that nothing is being done is zippy´s melanin content, which is also the only reason he was elected in the first place. Cue the late Geraldine Ferraro.

If he were white he would have been tried and executed for treason 3 years ago. He has been supplying cash, arms and fighter jets to our mortal enemies, but not a whimper from congress or the media because that would be RACIST!

The top of that list? The EPA, hands down. The damage that is being done by the clown-activists is going a long way to killing economic growth and damaging long-established industries.

Yes #6 there is a solution for what is happening. It´s called revolution. And the problem with that is that I don´t believe that we have enough citizens in this country that would even consider it. Far too many are happy with their small slice of life and their free goodies from the feds that they simply will do nothing to upset the applecart. And most of them have to idea at all that the current road we´re on is not going to last. With Obozo spending like a drunken sailor on furlough, this country will soon be bankrupt. And that could happen is just a few years. And when that happens, all the dollars you can carry won´t be worth a dime. It will be inflation just like Germany in the 1930´s. And then what will happen?

The rest of us will be in for a long struggle but there´s no doubt in my mind that we will remove the head of the snake and do it right next time. The snake can´t run far enough or fast enough.

On Tuesday morning, a plane owned in trust by the Bank of Utah showed up in a very visible area of the Mehrabad Airport in Tehran, the capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran. What was it doing there exactly? Nobody knows, reports The New York Times. Under President Barack Obama, the United States has eased some of the long-standing punitive economic sanctions against Iran. Still, very little American — or European — economic activity is allowed inside the religious theocracy. The Bank of Utah is certainly no Wells Fargo. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent.
