ICE agent on transporting young
illegals to parents in US: ‘Our
officers are babysitters’

Daily Caller, by Caroline May

Original Article

The Department of Homeland Security is transporting illegal immigrant children smuggled into the United States to their illegal immigrant parents living in the United States “every day,” according to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent. In an interview with The Daily Caller Thursday, the president of the union representing more than 7,000 Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers and staff, Chris Crane elaborated on a recent court order out of South Texas. In the Dec. 13 court order, a federal judge chastised the Department of Homeland Security for transporting illegal immigrant children smuggled to the U.S. and detained at the border

Comments:
Where´s the outrage over this lawless regime??? And where are all those leftists who are always screaming about the children?? There is no longer a rule of law in this country. 0bama and his comrades decide what laws they want to obey and which ones they don´t. Just wait until they complete their stacking of militant, radical lawyers in DHS. You ain´t seen nothin´ yet! This is so very disheartening and infuriating. I´m glad the judge chastised them. What now?

I guess by liberal economics, it´s cheaper , and easier, to move the illegal children into the US than to move the illegal parents out!

If they can chauffeur the kids to the parents,
they know where the parents are.
So why aren´t the parents being locked up and deported?

Shouldn´t these broken families be reunited
in Mexico for the Christmas season?

If we really cared about children
wouldn´t we be doing that?

The basis for all this are very liberal illegal alien child custody requirements on ICE that are included in amendments of the immigration laws that have been passed by liberal Democrats and the Republicans who just about always go along to get along with the liberal Democrats. Those provisions are designed to undermine the enforcement provisions of the immigration laws and are now being reinforced big time administratively by the Obama crew.

Illegal aliens residing in the USA believe that if they can get their foreign born children smuggled into the USA that the children will potentially become recipients of future DREAM Act benefits that will include exempting entire family groups from ever being deported. That´s why they are paying alien smugglers who are associated with the Mexican cartels to smuggle their foreign born children into the USA, and are disregarding all the dangers of putting their children into the hands of criminal alien smugglers during which time the children could be abandoned in the barren desert, sexually assaulted, or even murdered.

The Obama crew and the liberal Democrats will never actually effectively enforce the immigration laws as they relate to illegal aliens, because they have a huge political conflict of interest in that the growing illegal alien population group in the USA that is mostly poor and generally uneducated potentially represents tens of millions of
new Democrat voters after any future amnesty program is passed by Congress.

The only way to stop that is to make it impossible for illegal aliens who accept an amnesty or who are legalized to ever become US citizens and gain US voting rights. If that were to happen the Democrats would quickly lose interest in legalizing illegal aliens in the future.

How about they transport the illegal aliens back to their spawn in Mexico, instead?

What they should have is an appropriate office of the Mexican government adjacent to every port of entry along the borderline. When any alien child is then caught crossing the border illegally, that child should be taken immediately to that office, and be turned over to the Mexican authorities, and be transported back to their Mexican or other country hometown.

Paying alien smugglers to bring illegal aliens into the USA is a felony under the criminal laws, but obviously Obama has decided not to enforce them and then claim to the vast unwashed that they are broken.

Barry & his DHS are directly involved in human smuggling. The law calls for deportation of illegals. The right thing to do was to deport the kid with the parent(s).

Last week, President Obama directed his Homeland Security Department to examine its current deportation practices -- "to see how it can conduct enforcement more humanely, within the confines of the law," the White House announced on March 13. But with immigration reform stalled in Congress, what more can Obama do? "I think he´s going to wait until August," said Telemundo anchor and immigration-reform advocate José Díaz-Balart. And if Congress doesn´t act on immigration reform by then, "I wouldn´t be surprised if he starts making some very controversial executive orders to mitigate the pain of millions of people who face deportation," Díaz-Balart told

Susan Rice, national security adviser to President Barack Obama, said on Friday that the administration still believes there is a diplomatic solution to the crisis in Ukraine as Russian troops mobilized along the country’s entire eastern border. CBS News reported on Friday that a mass mobilization of Russian forces was taking place on Ukraine’s eastern border with at least twice as many troops as the 20,000 number originally reported. The defense “exercise” included tanks and tactical aircraft and appeared to show signs of a logistical buildup required for a sustained operation. Here’s a question I’ll bet nobody ever asked Jay Carney at a White House press briefing: Why does Michelle Obama’s mother live at the White House at taxpayer expense? (If someone has asked, please send link for me to stand corrected.) Now that Michelle Obama’s mother has caused a disruption on the latest exotic vacation for the first lady, perhaps it is time for some answers about why Marian Robinson is even on the trip to China. Worse, why is she appearing in official photographs with Chinese officials? Drudge is reporting in big bold lead letters that Marian Robinson is barking

In 2011, over 8,000 kids were suspended from preschool — preschool! — in America. More than half were black, despite comprising less than half of the student population. Sure, we can entertain a lot of theories why this is the case, but I am going to go with this one: America has a problem with racism. The odds are probably better than even that you will be annoyed by that. Which is fine. I accept that response. And there are a lot of possibilities that could explain how this bit of data is an aberration. As the Associated Press reports, the

A spokesperson for the Democrat´s office said to the AP that his staffers weren´t informed why they were asked to leave the premises by state police. Fox´s office and his attorney declined comment on the incident, while the U.S. Attorney´s office would only say that law enforcement officials were carrying out two search warrants at the State House. To do that effectively, one would actually have to maintain something of a consistent level of attention to the moving pieces that directly influence how future events will unfold. None other than the truly sycophantic thinks for a second that President Obama cares a whit for anything that does not involve fundamentally altering the social composition of this country. Or golf. Black students are more likely to be suspended from U.S. public schools — even as tiny preschoolers. The racial disparities in American education, from access to high-level classes and experienced teachers to discipline, were highlighted in a report released Friday by the Education Department´s civil rights arm. The suspensions — and disparities — begin at the earliest grades. Black children represent about 18 percent of children in preschool programs in schools, but they make up almost half of the preschoolers who are suspended more than once, the report said. Six percent of the nation´s districts with preschools reported suspending at
