The public still blames Bush.
And it celebrates the Clintons

Washington Post, by Sean Sullivan

Being a Clinton sure beats being a Bush these days. At least according to the polls. Nearly five years after George W. Bush left office, half the public still blames the former president for the nation’s economic woes, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll released this week. The survey comes as Republicans have continued to keep the 43rd president at arm’s length. Democrats, meanwhile, have warmly embraced the family that occupied the White House prior to Bush; polling data show the Clintons are riding high. Fifty percent of Americans say Bush is more responsible for the country’s current economic problems than

They never remember that Peloci and Reid took over the government in 2007 and from that point starting with their proclaiming "No more oil and No more coal along with raising the min-wage" which they were told would start a up-ward swing in unemployment (4.8 to 5.1 at the time) that the economy started into it´s nose dive! For Dims reality is so inconvenient!

In actuality, half of a random sample of 1,005 adults blames the former president for the nation’s economic woes.

This is really getting tiresome. Everyday a new poll and the sample size gets smaller and smaller.

The article is MSM bias crap, but is also a perfect illustration of why "the lesser of two evils" is a poor excuse to choose the leader of the free (for a little while) world. By twice electing a big government republican (sadly not a contradiction of terms) the Republican party has given the opposition a club to beat them over the head with for a long time.

As soon as a Republican has no power to make law or represent America, here come the "polls" showing an uptick in their popularity. It´s so predictable. Vanity Fair is just trying to talk about anything, anything other than Democrat party failures!

All this only proves that the leftwing propaganda arm of the media has been successful in convincing an educationally ignorant (again, by leftists) electorate to believe this rubbish.
Clinton was a serial molester/rapist who misused his office for personal gain. Renting the Lincoln bedroom for cash contributions to a president in his second term? Campaign donations from China via Buddhist temples? Whitewater? Cattle futures?
Clinton, as evil and corrupt as he was, was an altar boy compared to the fraud currently residing in the White House (or in Hawaii, or in Martha´s Vineyard, or in India, or in Paris, or in London, or in Amsterdam, or in ….)

In the beginning, over there where you can see Russia, there was former Gov. Sarah Palin (R-Alaska). And now there is Joni Ernst (R-Iowa). What I saw in the now-famous campaign clip for her Senate run in Iowa — in which she promised to "make them squeal" in Washington and said her Washington skills would include castrating pigs — was confidence and fearlessness. It was a clever ad, and amusing. But with the kind of heartland self-assurance and righteous country confidence that you find in a mountain preacher like Billy Graham or in Johnny Cash and June and Mother Carter:

President Bill Clinton´s guilty conscience over his affair with Monica Lewinsky – and a desire to repair his shattered reputation by using the State of the Union address – set his speechwriters an unenviable task, newly released archive papers reveal. The former president appeared to be trying to butter up his wife, Hillary Clinton, out of guilt – or perhaps to fool her – before the scandal broke. And he was determined to try to convince the American public afterwards that he was still of a high moral character. The latest batch of documents from the Clinton Library covering his presidency in the

A new report reveals if Congress does not act to overhaul the country’s immigration system, the future could be bleak for businesses who depend on lower-skilled workers. The study, which was released during a Capitol Hill meeting co-hosted by the Partnership for a New American Economy, a bipartisan group of mayors and business leaders, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, finds that while there is still a strong demand for low-skilled workers, the number of Americans willing to fill those low-skill jobs has dwindled dramatically during the last two decades. Some conservatives are up in arms over a hurried Thursday vote on the so-called “doc fix” for Medicare, which they felt leadership tried to slip by them. The bill passed in a 30-second voice vote with very few members on the House floor. The “doc fix” is a temporary patch to prevent a 24 percent cut to the amount of money the government pays doctors who take care of Medicare patients. The cut will take effect on April 1 if Congress does not move to prevent it. Owing to the tight deadline, leadership opted to bring the bill straight to the floor “under

The United Nations´ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change will shortly publish the second part of its latest report, on the likely impact of climate change.
