When President Barack Obama’s chief of staff, Denis McDonough, approached John Podesta a few weeks ago about taking over the high-aggravation job of White House counselor, the biggest concern wasn’t that he would say no. After all, he had already done so twice before. Obama’s team was more worried that Podesta would say no and that word of his rejection would leak, making the White House look feckless and desperate at the end of Obama’s brutal fifth year in office. So, the circle of people in the know was kept to a small handful; it was so closely held that

Can´t wait for the tension between Podesta and Jarrett.

"it represents the clearest sign to date of the administration’s interest in shifting the paradigm of Obama’s presidency through the forceful, unapologetic and occasionally provocative application of White House power."

Yeah, that´s right, that´s what they need to do, more in-your-face application of abusive, unconstitutional power aimed at an already angry populace. Go for it, Barry. The White House Mafia is already treading on thin ice.

If they don´t pry Jarrett out of the White House, and they won´t, the incompetence will continue with no changes. The president may be in charge (ha!) but Jarrett is the Political, Personal and Ideological Commissar and Obama´s masters won´t allow her to be removed, even to save their ideological agenda.

Podesta is no the new WH "counselor" that is so highly aggravating. Nice try Glenn but we aren´t a room full of 7 year old Mexican kids that just got to their first day in school in Arizona. John Podesta is the new WH Iceman. He is the little brother of Richard "The Iceman" Kuklinski. The new Chicago Mafia and Crime Inc. mafia hit-man who will do Obama´s dirtiest of dirty work, and have complete immunity from any ramifications under Executive Privilege protections. He will have full access to anything he wants and get paid handsomely for doing his dirty deeds. So this feckless and desperate Dear Leader can relax on his 17 day Hawaiian vacay knowing that one of the best in the business will be showing up for work soon.

This year’s bitterly cold winter has gutted the ability of climate change to be an issue that will gain traction with the voters. Podesta won’t try to convince voters that further regulations on that front make sense. Rather, he will use climate change to bolster the coffers of Democrats running for office. There are those who will pay to hamper our energy producers and allow less efficient and more expensive sources of energy, domestic and foreign, to compete. Those payments will be critical to the Democrats political fights in 2014.

Men like John Podesta are the reason government is the oppressive beast it is today. They care nothing about our Constitutional republic, their sole focus is pushing a political agenda down our throats anyway they can. They are lawless liars who trample the Constitution for the fun of it. The depth of depravity of this administration knows no bounds. The hiring of John Podesta proves that. Who do we have to go up against the mischief he is sure to make, John Boehner and Mitch McConnell, really? Obama said to bring a gun to a knife fight. Looks like they have.

Podesta is a nasty political insider who will railroad everyone in the WH including Obama. Valjar will not let him move in on her power and the voters are not going to be accepting of a huge burst of unpopular executive orders that continue to circumvent the Constitution. Obama has proven himself to be incompetent and a blatant liar and Podesta can´t fix that. They can, however, further damage the country and they will most certainly do that.

Now this is very frightening, given what the WH has already done to us:

...the administration’s interest in shifting the paradigm of Obama’s presidency through the forceful, unapologetic and occasionally provocative application of White House power.

So what do we call the tyranny they´ve already perpetrated? A dry run to see if they get any pushback? Not much pushback that I can see coming from Congress, who are supposed to be representing us.

Podesta, whose official mandate includes enforcement of numerous executive orders on emissions and the environment,...“They need to focus on executive action given that they are facing a second term against a cult worthy of Jonestown in charge of one of the houses of Congress,” he told me.

So in the eyes of the Obamas and their czars and Agencies, Republicans are a "cult" that is suicidal by not following in lockstep withe the socialist agenda?

Podesta better have a good set of flame-retardant underwear because this job he got himself into is going to burn his arse. This POTUS is poison.

The good news: Obama Soros Jared cabal has to hire a hit man, a plain thug, not even a communist, just a plain take-no-prisoners, out of town gunsel, rule breaker, bone breaker. They are so desperate as to challenge commie Jaret, to attempt desparate executive orders short cuts never before imagined. Now is the time for a Brokaw or other over the hill TV indoctrinator, to see and report the truth, perhaps for the first time in his life. Now is the time for an elderly whistleblower to come out of the closet full blasting Podesta, the new gangster hit man.
Look at all the old guys, corrupt as they all are, who can see clearly, any one of these old timers, who´ve never really helped America, any one or more of them could now step forward and help America recover, at risk of their elderly lies. We know they know ALL of the secrets! Newt Gingrich, Pat Buchanan, Ollie North, Dick
Chaney, even the sickest oldie, John McCain, could blast open with years of experience FINALLY being honest with what they know about a thug like Podesta.

As Lawrence Sellin observed so brilliantly here, last week, all that is needed to stop this federal government ruin, is to tell the truth (face it, we´ll NEVER get the truth from the TV Diane Sawyers). Maybe a few of these old guys will come out of the closet ! !

Dimocrats will try to make Pubes look like the party of the wealthy under Podesta´s direction. Pubes would be wise to get ahead of this plan and propose a minimum wage increase to $18 and vote for it unanimously in the House. Dimocrats could never support it so it would not pass Senate, they will offer a smaller increase and Pubes should vote against it as being to menial.

Mickey Rooney, the pint-sized actor who was one of MGM’s giant box office attractions in the late ’30s and early ’40s, died on Sunday. He was 93. As adept at comedy as drama and an excellent singer and dancer, Rooney was regarded as the consummate entertainer.
