HHS to Issa: We Won´t Comply With Your

The latest middle finger from an increasingly lawless and desperate administration. I´m not a lawyer, but I´m fairly confident that "we don´t think much of you" is an acceptable reason to ignore a Congressional subpoena: The Health and Human Services Department told House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa that it won’t turn over documents related to the security of the Healthcare.gov website because it can’t trust him to keep secret information that could give hackers a roadmap to wreak havoc on the system. Issa has issued a subpoena to MITRE, a government contractor, to turn over unredacted copies

One more ratchet tightening in our illegal dictatorial regime.

Was supposed to be "three equal branches".

The branches of government are not equal, nor were they designed to be equal. Congress, particularly, the house of representatives has the most power, even though current events seem to disprove that fact.
This refusal to appear is another act of lawlessness by people who believe they are untouchable.

#6, who in the house, under the utterly gutless John Boehner, has the nerve to begin impeachment proceedings? And if Jugears were impeached in the house what chance does conviction stand in the Harry Reid Senate? Remember after the impeachment of Clinton, the perfidious Trent Lott would not even allow a trial in the Senate--which was Republican at the time!!

According to a local CBS Arizona affiliate, President Obama and his team have 3 tactics to make sure reporters stick to the 4 minutes the White House has allotted them to interview the leader of the world: a countdown clock, a looming aide, and they have to conduct the interview with the president while standing up. One CBS anchor called the measures "a little ridiculous." "We immediately launched into our interview because there was a person standing behind him actually counting down to the four minutes. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said the health care law is a “winner,” when asked whether it’s a winning or losing issue for Democrats in swing districts this year. “You’ll have to ask the member, but I believe it’s a winner,” she told reporters as she marked this Sunday’s fourth anniversary of the law’s passage. Pelosi maintained that the Florida House special election last week, in which Democrat Alex Sink was defeated by a Republican in a race where the health care law was a major issue, showed that Democrats are “ready for the next putt” because the final results

Fred Phelps, the recently-excommunicated founder of the much-loathed Westboro Baptist Church, died Thursday at the age of 84. Phelps and his Topeka, Kansas-based church made their name by holding anti-gay demonstrations at the funerals of military service members, whom they believed had been killed as god’s punishment for the U.S.’s tolerance of homosexuality. The protests, which often featured signs blaring “God Hates F***s,” were so noxious that bikers began showing up by the hundreds to block them. They eventually inspired numerous states to pass changes in laws governing demonstrations at funerals. RELATED: NY Satanic Temple Wants to Posthumously Make Fred Phelps Gay The

The largest doctors group in the country is raising alarm that an obscure ObamaCare rule could stick them with the tab for patients who skip out on paying their premiums. At issue is a 90-day "grace period" which lets patients who are not paying their premiums keep coverage for 90 days before it can be canceled. Under the rule, insurers are responsible
