IRS Targeting: Round Two
Wall Street Journal, by Kimberley Strassel

Original Article

President Obama keeps claiming that he had no knowledge of the Internal Revenue Service´s abusive muzzling of conservative groups. That line is hard to swallow given that his Treasury and IRS are back at it—this time in broad daylight. In the media blackout of Thanksgiving week, the Treasury Department dumped a new proposal to govern the political activity of 501(c)(4) groups. The administration claims this rule is needed to clarify confusing tax laws. Hardly. The rule is the IRS´s new targeting program—only this time systematic, more effective, and with the force of law. That this rule was meant to crack down on

It doesn´t matter. If Karl Rove spends or he doesn´t spend, democrats win. That´s how he wants it, that´s how the donors want it. The elections are on computer anyway. Even if the right candidate won, there´s no reason to expect he´d be announced the winner.

We keep saying that the O administration is "picking the winners and losers" in the business world. Obviously they do the same thing in the non-profit and political action world. Coming soon....the weapon ownership world.

Go to the dictionary and read all the definitions of "tyranny". The difference is that this time we don´t have to get on a boat and leave, all we have to do is vote them out while we still have a Constitution in place!

Well it might just be time to become a Democrat. That way I don´t have to worry about an IRS audit, I will get free healthcare, and all the other freebies and handouts! What´s the point of being a Republican? They do absolutely nothing to stop this lawlessness or out of control spending. There is only a couple of Senators and Congressman actually trying to stop this Unconstitutional power grab by the Democrats. So maybe it´s time to join the side that at least wants to win?/s

First we have to understand what the IRS is. They are a blunt baseball bat used to beat your political opponent into the ground. Their 5000 pages of code and regulation are used to silence political enemies.

And the reason the IRS still exists is because all of 535 elected officials in DC want the power and money flowing into the capital.

Think about it, DC does not produce and goods, and they build nothing. Based upon zip code, education, and income, they rank #1 in the nation. How is this possible, its call the status quo and the IRS is the enforcer.

The other amazing attribute of this richest area in the United States is that the political elites and their staff draw a salaries of between $80,000 - $175,000 per year. But after a few terms in DC, these 535 elected representatives become Multi-Million airs. How is that possible?

For the people of the United States, we must take our government back and limit its reach, or, continue to be serfs and let the DC politicians live off the sweat of our backs. Very simple solution, but first you have to have a leader with a version of conservative principles. For today, none of the GOPs top contenders have the desire to change DC and they all love the Money and Power.

The average age of the world´s greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, these nations always progressed through the following sequence:

From bondage to spiritual faith;
From spiritual faith to great courage;
From courage to liberty;
From liberty to abundance;
From abundance to complacency;
From complacency to apathy;
From apathy to dependence;
From dependence back into bondage.

Have we reached our expiration date?

The IRS has enjoyed absolute power for almost a century. Why? They have the backing of the government because without them, there would be no government. Their letters can be frightening but remember, they are just a bunch of balding old men with glasses, old hags and affirmative action hires. When we have finally had enough and decide to push back, they will crumble like an old brick building. The time is near.

Why should we grovel to the IRS for tax-exempt status? While it is a financial handicap to operate in a tax-paying fashion, it would not be impossible for TEA party groups to do so. In fact they should wear this as a badge of honor and feature this persecution heavily in their advertising. Make public the ridiculous demands of the IRS and proudly announce that your group will not compromise your principles and are operating at a handicap due to persecution. Believe me many individuals feel the heat from the same persecution and will identify with the situation. Yeah, TEA party groups will have to unfairly pay taxes, but they can still get the word out and support the candidate of their choice.

Gov. Chris Christie, R-N.J., turned down the opportunity to bash the mainstream media on Friday, when interviewed by Fox News host Megyn Kelly. Kelly pointed out, during a part of the interview aired on Friday, that there was an unprecedented volume of negative media coverage surrounding the bridge controversy in New Jersey. "Has this changed your view of the mainstream media?" she asked. "No, I´ve always had the same view," Christie said, pointing out that anyone can be the "flavor of the month" in the media. In a way it´s the oddest bit of ObamaCare propaganda we´ve seen so far. Suddenly ObamaCare is a roaring success, happy days are here again and liberals are euphoric, or claim to be.
