Juking the ObamaCare Stats

Most of Washington seems to have bought the White House claim that the 36 federal exchanges are finally working, and glory, glory, hallelujah. But if that´s really true, then what explains the ongoing secrecy and evasion? On Wednesday the Health and Human Services Department continued its Victorian-era strip tease and allowed a glimpse into the Affordable Care Act´s "enrollment" for November. Out of respect for a free press, reporters ought to boycott these releases because they´re so selective that they reveal little about real enrollment. But we´ll try to parse the data as best we can without the White House high

Amazon can tell you in an instant how many left-handed reciprocating belly button lint removers it has sold in the last 19 days, how many have been delivered, and how many are en route. You build those metrics in to any commercial site. So either they failed to do that, or are lying about it, or both. I´m going with both.

The affordable care act has made premiums unaffordable to those who pay for their plans. What arrogance of Democrats to think they can arrange the daily lives of millions of Americans.

For all intents and purposes, HHS has become the Ministry of Propaganda. They hide, obfuscate, obstruct, and surgically select snippets of the truth. And they do so shamelessly. Sebelius is Goebbels with a perky bow.

Someone should set up a website for Americans who have lost their coverage, their doctors and their relatives because of O´Care. That would be a statistic that could be relied upon instead of the criminal intent of the O´Care law.

When the means justify the ends, sometimes the means talk back - the victims, in this case. I am praying for a grassroots uprising of patients and doctors against this wholesale crime against humanity.

That’s nice way of saying that Obama is lying to the American people about the fiasco that is destroying the health care of millions of people and a large portion of the economic strength of the nation.

Hey Obie, the world knows, you are a fraud and so is your signature legislation. Might as well resign.

The need to lie will prove commensurate to the dysfunction of this idea.

The idea transcends dysfunction. It is completely and utterly unworkable. The lies will thus just keep coming, in both number and magnitude.

Yesterday, I took my spouse to see the Dr. While I was there, an elderly man came in and began to discuss his insurance policy with the receptionist. It seems that after years of see this doctor, they no longer accept his insurance. He was told that yes they do but the carrier kept tell him no, they don´t. This person has cancer and was there for routine exams on his progress. It´s just a glimpse of what millions are going to go through in the coming months and years if Obozocare isn´t repealed. Add to this type of action, add the number of doctors, specialists, hospitals, nurse practitioners, and all the rest of givers of health care that are going to either refuse to see Medicaid/Medicare patients or simply retire. This country already has a shortage of doctors, so I ask "Where are all these doctors going to come from"?

Obama´s socialism aims to spread the misery around by redistribution. For him, if that means destroying the premier healthcare in the world, so be it - fairness dictates that we bring such excellence down. Juking the stats is just another in a series of LIES that we now expect on a daily basis. ObamaCare alone is enough to remove Obama, but our governing system, and those who run congress will not or cannot effect that removal. As such, there will be no rescue from the tyranny which has taken hold in America, except for elections (look what they have accomplished) unless every American stops cooperating with government, in every way. If 200 million Americans decide that they will pay no Federal taxes until elected leaders actually represent our wishes, will government jail all 200 million?

In the Arab world throwing a shoe is considered an insult, and George W. Bush famously had one hurled at him during a Baghdad press conference in 2008. Less explicable was the pump thrown at Hillary Clinton last week during a speech at a Las Vegas casino. "Is that somebody throwing something at me? Is that part of Cirque du Soleil?" Mrs. Clinton quipped after dodging the projectile. "My goodness, I didn´t know that solid waste management was so controversial." Mrs. Clinton ought to pay a visit to New Jersey, but—hold on: solid waste management? Yes, Mrs. Clinton was speaking at the

The missing Malaysia Airlines plane was ´thrown around like a fighter jet´ just after it lost contact with the authorities in a bid to dodge radar, Malaysian military investigators believe. Flight MH370, which disappeared more than a month ago en route to Beijing, is thought to have climbed to heights of 45,000ft - 10,000ft above its normal altitude - before plummeting to just below 5,000ft. The new lead in the investigation comes as the methodical search being carried out in the Indian Ocean continues amid fears that the jet´s black box may have run out of battery. A rapid shift to wind and solar power is needed if the world is to avoid catastrophic global warming, the United Nations warns in a crucial report today. Emissions of greenhouse gases need to be cut by up to 70 per cent before 2050 to control climate change, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) says. ‘Large-scale changes in energy systems’ are required, with coal power stations to be switched off and replaced by wind and solar. And the transformation needs to be made in the next 15 years or controlling climate change will become increasingly harder and more expensive. The report was published

They’re both qualified, respectful of each other (shocker!), and represent the vast majority of middle America. So what’s not to like about another Clinton/Bush race for 2016? When you mention the prospect of Clinton vs. Bush 2016 a funny thing happens. First, there is the reflexive response: "Oh no, not again. We don´t need more dynastic politics in this country." But upon further reflection, you realize Jeb Bush vs. Hillary Clinton would be a great race and actually good for the country. Let´s review. QUALIFICATIONS—THEY’VE BOTH GOT THEM. The departure of Kathleen Sebelius from President Barack Obama’s cabinet removes a focal point for criticism over Obamacare’s troubled rollout, right at a moment when the White House can blunt attacks with enrollment numbers that exceeded targets. Senate confirmation hearings on the president’s choice to succeed Sebelius as Health and Human Services secretary, budget director Sylvia Mathews Burwell, will give Republicans days of media exposure for their criticism of a program that remains unpopular. Those hearings will now be held months ahead of midterm congressional elections, helping diminish the impact on voters. Sebelius’s departure also addresses demands from some Democrats for a change
