Democrats use new power

WASHINGTON — Majority Democrats in the Senate won approval Tuesday for one of President Barack Obama´s key judicial nominees, the first of his picks to win confirmation since they weakened the chamber´s filibuster rules. Senators voted 56-38 to approve Washington lawyer Patricia Millett to join the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the nation´s second most powerful court. Both sides saw Millett´s appointment as pivotal. It will give Democratic-appointed judges a 5-4 majority over those chosen by Republican presidents for that court, which rules on the legality of White House actions and federal agency regulations. Power and control. Are you paying attention America? It has absolutely nothing to do with us citizens. It has everything to do with what can they force on us citizens.

Republicans will need to impeach a number of these judicial appointments in 2015. They are leftard anti-American fools and should not be a part of our judicial system.

By changing the US Senate rules to put liberal Democrat judges on the federal bench, the Democrats in the US Senate are in effect notifying the country that from now on federal judges are political animals.

Next November, if the Republicans end up with the majority in the Senate because of the election results, look for the outgoing Senate Democrat majority to change the rules back to where they were, to empower the new incoming Senate Democrat minority, just before they walk out of the Senate. The Senate Republican leadership has already said that they would be pleased as punch of that were to happen, as they would then be back to a familiar status quo that would make it easier for Republican members of the Senate to cross over the aisle and go along to get along with the Democrats as they have done so often in the past.

Prior to 1975 when the senate changed to rules to require only 60 votes it was 66 votes.

Who by party line voted for the reduction to 60 votes in 1975?

Was it the same Marxist democrat party line vote as was this 2013 vote?

Google search turned up this info. Marxist democrats in 1975 after gaining power changed the requirement from 2/3 thirds to 3/5 fifths, from 67 to 60 votes.

So the answer is Yes these same Marxist democrats are responsible for both filibuster vote requirements to benefit their party while they had control.

Tyranny of the Marxist democrats has been in production for over 100 years an is now coming full force to destroy America and make it Communist.

I bet republicans can propose a 2/3 majority for all judicial nominations as a constitutional amendment, and there is a high probability the States would pass it.

Britt Freitag, an admissions officer at George Washington University, confessed she was “slightly nervous” about a candidate for the Class of 2018. His grades were solid, but not stellar. The student had taken some tough courses, but not as many as Freitag would have liked. Test scores, she said, were “definitely on the low side.” On the other hand, Freitag told two other officers one recent morning, the student compared favorably to his high school classmates, wrote a good essay, showed impressive determination in activities outside class — and had a family connection to GW. “I could go either way,”
