Among ´Obama Coalition,´
Obama approval plunges

Washington Examiner, by Byron York

President Obama won re-election with the rock-solid support of what has become known as the "Obama Coalition" -- young people, minorities, women, and low-income voters. Without a firm foundation -- and high turnout -- among those groups, Obama would not be in the White House today. Now, little more than a year after the president´s re-election, his job approval rating has fallen among all segments of the American electorate. But it has fallen the most among those who did the most to elect him. For example, according to a new Gallup compilation, Obama´s job approval rating among Hispanic Americans has plunged from

Dems will have to re-double their efforts with old themes to re-assemble their odd-lot coalition. Let´s see - Republicans hate women, minorities, the American worker, etc. How many Obama voters will fall back into line?

All it means to Democrats is to increase their vote fraud quota to win. Zer0bama is not going to stand for election again (if he decides to continue it almost certainly will be by other means. You don´t buy a billion bullets for nothing). This ;coalition´ will simply be looking for another vehicle to continue their free ride. Don´t keep any hopes that they will switch.

Obama´s approvals doesn´t mean anything unless it rubs off on reg dems. It´s impossible for him to legally run for a 3rd term so it would just be some form of coup.

The other part is we don´t know why or how Obama is losing some people but it´s not for the same reasons we don´t approve him such as Hispanics who could be mad amnesty hasn´t passed yet.

Also notice how nobody is really flocking to the republicans, if anything people would like to have a 3rd choice.

Super Bowl-bound Justin Bieber arrived at a New Jersey airport Friday on a charted jet that reeked of marijuana — and he spent hours in federal custody while the aircraft was searched, law-enforcement sources said. But the pint-sized pothead, who according to reports burns through $8,000 a week of weed, was released from custody at Teterboro Airport when drug-sniffing canine cops came up empty. The teen heartthrob’s Gulfstream — with his father, Jeremy, and about 10 other party pals aboard — arrived at 2:53 p.m. from Toronto when federal Customs officials detected a strong odor of pot, sources said. “He came in, the

Responding to an allegation lodged against him by a disgruntled official at the center of the George Washington Bridge scandal, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie reiterated on Friday that he had no direct knowledge about the infamous lane closings last year. An attorney for David Wildstein — the former Port Authority official who oversaw the closings and lost his job as a result — said in a letter released Friday that “evidence exists” that ties Christie to the closings. “Mr. Wildstein’s lawyer confirms what the Governor has said all along – he had absolutely no prior knowledge of the lane closures before

It has been the worst kept secret of the last decade: a truth that dared speak its name only when muttered quietly, a ruse that has been justified and rejustified on grounds that would never traditionally pass muster; and a target for Americans across the political board — for the recalcitrant, for the complaisant, and for those somewhere in between. It, of course, is the TSA — that vain, extravagant, and unhappily anxious piece of post-9/11 performance art that has been extended far beyond Broadway and out onto a permanent tour of the provinces, in whose airports a cast of

A year after saying it didn’t matter what sparked the vicious attack on the US diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Hillary Rodham Clinton is calling the incident the “biggest regret” of her stint as secretary of state.“My biggest, you know, regret is what happened in Benghazi,” Clinton told an auto dealers conference in New Orleans on Monday. Clinton didn’t acknowledge any particular blunder in the days or weeks leading up to the 2012 siege that resulted in the deaths of four Americans. Critics blame unmet security requests by the tragic US Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens, who was killed in the attack. Clinton

WASHINGTON — President Obama plans to sign an executive order requiring that janitors, construction workers and others working for federal contractors be paid at least $10.10 an hour, using his own power to enact a more limited version of a policy that he has yet to push through Congress. The order, which Mr. Obama will highlight in his annual State of the Union address on Tuesday night, is meant to underscore an increasing willingness by the president to bypass Congress if lawmakers continue to resist his agenda, aides said. After a year in which most of his legislative priorities went nowhere,

They’ve been criticized as too far-reaching and defended by officials as necessary.

The Congressional Budget Office estimated on Tuesday that the Affordable Care Act will reduce the number of full-time workers by 2.5 million over the next decade. That is mostly a good thing, a liberating result of the law. Of course, Republicans immediately tried to brand the findings as “devastating” and stark evidence of President Obama’s health care reform as a failure and a job killer. It is no such thing. (SNIP) The new law will free people, young and old, to pursue careers or retirement without having to worry about health coverage.

The Affordable Care Act, aka ObamaCare, became law almost four years ago. It became operational last Oct. 1. Yesterday, Feb. 4, 2014, the ACA may well have been dealt its death blow. The Congressional Budget Office released a major study of the government’s budget and its effect on the overall economy over the next 10 years. In dull bureaucratic language, it delivers a devastating analysis of the inefficiencies, ineffectualities and problematic social costs of ObamaCare. The one-two punch: Virtually as many Americans will lack health coverage in 10 years as before the law was passed — but 2 million fewer

President Obama, outlining his push Tuesday to bring high-speed Internet access to more U.S. schools, said Americans should demand the same level of technology in learning facilities as they do in coffee shops. “In a country where we expect free Wi-Fi with our coffee, we should definitely demand it in our schools,” Obama said in Adelphi, Md., highlighting $750 million in new commitments from private companies to put digital learning labs in schools. Under his plan, the Federal Communications Commission will also spend $2 billion to connect 20 million students to wireless technologies.
