Princeton Orchestra to

National Review Online, by Andrew Johnson

The world premiere of the “Ballad for Trayvon Martin for Orchestra and Jazz Quartet” is set for tonight. Princeton University’s director of its jazz-studies program composed the work in honor of the Florida teen. Anthony D. J. Branker told the Star-Ledger that the piece is intended to “be a form of healing” after Martin’s death and the controversial court case that followed it. The ballad, which will be performed by the university’s official orchestra and jazz ensemble, is intended to be a tribute to victims of racial violence, Branker explained. He hopes that the performance will be “one that speaks to

Princeton- an homage to a racist thug who profiled the wrong "cracker" to play the Knock Out Game/s.
Princeton - another AA graduate is VP of CGI and BFF of MICHELLE - the company that won the NO BID contract for the Obamacare Website. The black mafia has played the racist card to destroy the reputation of another American university - just like Harvard - and the WH itself.

I´m sure that all who come to hear this no doubt "extraordinary" and "healing" work will be congratulating themselves for their sensitivity and superior moral values for weeks afterward, and that the general "moral preening" will be something to behold.

Celebrate criminals! There are thousands of American citizens, wounded veterans, police, firefighters, killed doing good for others. Why pay tribute to a racist criminal just because he was black and stupid? It makes no sense and is meant to do nothing more than keep the fires of hatred burning.

Look, its really hard for a musician or composer to get any notice at all.

Its not surprising that the cynical or desperate try to jump on the bandwagon of any trend or fad that can help them get noticed.

Probably, the music is third rate, but will get performances as long as people with influence find it gratifying to their egos.

WASHINGTON - Americans increasingly think Democrats have a better plan for healthcare than Republicans, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll conducted after the White House announced that more people than expected had signed up for the "Obamacare" health plan. Nearly one-third of respondents in the online survey released on Tuesday said they prefer Democrats´ plan, policy or approach to healthcare, compared to just 18 percent for Republicans. This marks both an uptick in support for Democrats and a slide for Republicans since a similar poll in February. Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius stepped down last week after overseeing the law´s

Big Government: The Congressional Budget Office warns of a terrifying, unprecedented level of national debt in the coming decade. That fits nicely with Democrats´ objectives, but not with our nation´s founding principles. Andrew Jackson, who in 1835 succeeded in paying off the national debt, was famous for considering debt slavery. The current fiscal path the U.S. is on does indeed lead to slavery, but the slave masters of the future will be well-heeled politicians and federal bureaucrats, not plantation owners. The CBO´s new budget projections contain an eerie warning that we are on path from today´s already unfathomable $17.7 trillion in gross

Failure: ObamaCare fans are cheering the latest Congressional Budget Office report, which appears to show that it will cost less and cover more people than expected. But that´s true only if you ignore reality. We don´t always agree with the CBO, but we have long respected it as a credible source of budget numbers. Sure, its projections almost never turn out to be true. But simply too many variables are at play for anyone to guess such things perfectly, and it provides a more or less independent source of information on highly charged, partisan issues. Corruption: The standoff in the Nevada desert wasn´t about a desert tortoise or a rancher´s failure to pay grazing fees. It was about the state´s senior senator again enriching himself and his family at public expense. Sunlight is said to be the best disinfectant, and the end, at least temporarily, to the Bureau of Land Management´s armed standoff with Cliven Bundy may be due in part to the exposure given to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid´s role in the attempt to confiscate Bundy´s cattle and shut down his ranch. WASHINGTON -- Latinos and immigration activists are warning of political peril for President Barack Obama and Democrats in the fall election unless the president acts boldly and soon to curb deportations and allow more immigrants to remain legally in the U.S. Many activists say Obama has been slow to grasp the emotions building within the Latino community as deportations near the 2 million mark for his administration and hopes for immigration legislation fade. Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)

Let’s put it this way: If my friends and I went out to a bar and started playing a “let’s write the racist FoxNews.com comment thread” drinking game, our efforts couldn’t begin to approach what I read there.I wasn’t alone. Liberal websites started feasting on these threads. And so, a couple of years ago, Ailes & Co. got wise. Stories about race were, at least in my disheartened experience, closed to comments.
