National Journal: Republican
Takeover of Senate Likely In 2014

Breitbart´s Big Government, by John Nolte

Original Article

With ObamaCare revealing that except for lies and incompetence Emperor Obama is naked, all around the country voters are turning against the president´s political party and anyone who made it possible for ObamaCare to rape the middle class. Just a few months ago, the media thought the government shutdown would benefit Democrats in the 2014 midterms. Today the National Journal reports that a wave is building that will hand Republicans control of the United States Senate. A third of America´s one-hundred U.S. Senators are up for re-election every two years. Of the 33 or 34 facing a 2014 election, the

Lets hope these are pubbies with a spine, in the mold of Cruz and Lee.

And lets hope the house pubbies elected are, too.

So we can get rid of unconstitutional departments such as the EPA - the EPA is causing the shutdown of the last major lead smelter in CONUS at the end of the year, I heard - are we going to have to import lead because a watermelon at the EPA changed the metric from 1.5 to .15 - and isn´t given the power to do that by the constitution?

I´d like to slash Mitch McConnell out of his current well-funded sinecure at my expense. As far as I´m concerned, he can stay in the Senate after 2014 only if he stops pretending he´s a leader--minority or otherwise.

Let´s find out: What would Mitch do if offered a promise of no primary in exchange for forgoing any attempt at running for Senate leadership positions? My guess is: Lie to get re-elected, and then try to hold onto his leadership position any way.

BAGHDAD — A group of Sunni militants attending a suicide bombing training class at a camp north of Baghdad were killed on Monday when their commander unwittingly conducted a demonstration with a belt that was packed with explosives, army and police officials said. The militants belonged to a group known as the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, which is fighting the Shiite-dominated army of the Iraqi government, mostly in Anbar Province. But they are also linked to bomb attacks elsewhere and other fighting that has thrown Iraq deeper into sectarian violence.

Journalists love to preen as human rights watchdogs, congratulating themselves publicly for their roles – real or imagined – in securing the life and liberty of the downtrodden. That is, as long as it’s the right sort of downtrodden. Take, for example, NBC’s coverage in the run up to the Sochi Winter Olympics. Because of Russian restrictions on gays’ free speechfor homosexuals, the official Olympic network repeatedly fretted about gay “human rights.” NBC speculated about the rights and safety of gay athletes and visitors to Sochi, reported extensively on Russia’s gay community, talked to every gay athlete in the NBC

Powerful winds in the Pacific Ocean, which have driven surface heat deep underwater, could be the reason behind the current ‘pause’ in global warming. This is according to a joint Australian and U.S. study which has looked at why there has been a slowdown in the planet’s global average surface temperature over the past decade. Their research shows that trade winds in central and eastern parts of the Pacific have caused warm surface water to sink to the ocean´s depths, reducing the amount of heat in the atmosphere. Last year, scientists on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) said the pace of
