GOP: Obama´s apology was ´as
phony as his fraudulent marketing´

Investor´s Business Daily, by Andrew Malcolm

Hi, I´m Senator Ron Johnson from the great State of Wisconsin. President Obama said he wants to fundamentally transform America. So far, his attempt to transform our health care system has not been pretty — with ObamaCare, he did far more than just fumble the ball. Contrary to his repeated promise, that ‘if you like your health care plan, you can keep it,’ millions of Americans are not only losing their insurance coverage, they are losing access to the doctors and treatments that have kept them alive.

FTA: "Americans are not only losing their insurance coverage, they are losing access to the doctors and treatments that have kept them alive."

In the Marxist mind of Obama, the lives of a few can be sacrificed for the many.

The ends justifies the means.
Morality is relative.
There are no absolutes, truth or facts.

Obama is evil and all those who voted for him are selfish, godless, uncaring, lazy ignorant bums who are looking for ways to take what others have and to make excuses for their miserable lives.

As long as Harry Reid is head of the senate, the people can yell "Impeachment" all they want. Any bill to impeach will never get to the floor unless the Republicans take control of the senate in 2014 and Crazy Harry is no longer in control. The Republican House has sent dozens of bills to the senate that would help the country and Harry ignores them. Actually, I think Harry is the bigger obstacle to our country than Bammy.

On the car radio this morning, I heard Johnson´s speech. It was outstanding. The republicans in both houses should hold a weekend retreat with one purpose in mind: each and every one should understand the speech, then memorize and practice delivering "off the cuff" the points in Johnson´s speech. But they won´t, of course, and most will continue to ramble, mumble,two-step,shuffle, and display their ignorance.

Obama tells sexual assault targets:

Hi, everybody. [Snip] Sexual assault is an affront to our basic decency and humanity. And it’s about all of us — the safety of those we love most: our moms, our wives, our daughters and our sons. Because when a child starts to question their self-worth after being abused, and maybe starts withdrawing… or a young woman drops out of school after being attacked. It’s not just these individuals and their families who suffer. Our communities — our whole country — is held back.

Hi, I’m Senator Roy Blunt. In a few days, President Obama will deliver his sixth State of the Union address. According to recent reports, the President plans to use this speech as a kick-off for his so-called ‘year of action.’ He intends to focus on income inequality leading up to the midterm elections this year. Well, the President’s right about at least one thing. Americans are hurting.

Barack Obama has achieved acrimony among numerous sectors of Americans now fighting with each other bitterly. His ongoing efforts to screw up relations with America´s closest allies have enjoyed some success. Obama´s undercut the Poles, Czechs, Israelis, angered the Brits, Brazilians, Egyptians and insulted the Germans, Japanese and Indians. And Obama single-handedly made Vladimir Putin look like the Nobel Peace Prize winner over the American´s fictional red line in Syria. But Obama´s bid to ruin the U.S.-Canadian relationship is doomed to failure.

In his compelling and revealing new memoir, "Duty," former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates describes that tense evening in the White House situation room when the Obama crowd watched the assassination of Osama bin Laden real-time. When the world´s most wanted man had been popped, bagged and was enroute to the bottom of the Indian Ocean, Gates worried about leaks of operational details revealing how Special Ops conducts such raids nightly in the world´s deadliest corners. He asked everyone to promise to reveal nothing more of what they saw than the bare facts. We got him. He´s dead.

Hi, everybody. This week, I visited a company in Raleigh, North Carolina that helps make electric motors that save businesses money on energy costs and cut harmful carbon pollution. And I stopped by N.C. State University, where engineers are set to develop the new technology that will make those motors even better. It’s part of my push not only to make America home to more high-tech manufacturing — but to make America more attractive for the good jobs that a growing middle class requires.

Hello. I’m Congressman Marlin Stutzman, a fourth-generation farmer, and I have the honor of serving Indiana’s Third District. Across the country, from small towns to inner cities, too many of our fellow citizens feel like the American Dream is out of reach. More than ten million Americans are unemployed. Last month, roughly 350,000 Americans—a little more than the population of Tampa, Florida—stopped looking for work.

What a difference a few months makes in our president. When a nobody named Edward Snowden wrapped himself in righteous robes last year to begin betraying his country by disclosing U.S. security operations while visiting its two worst strategic opponents, Barack Obama dismissed him as a mere hacker unworthy of presidential comment.[Snip] But today, the 44th president felt compelled to deliver a 5,500 word response to that hired hacker who´s so devoted to open democracy he´s taken shelter in Russia under the wily wing of a former intelligence officer systematically closing down that nascent democracy.

President Obama knows he´s in trouble with the American people. Yes, his approval has slipped further since Christmas, down to 40%, worse than GW Bush´s at the same point. But you can tell Obama knows it anyway because he´s fallen back on his path of preferred political action. He´s giving speeches. Many speeches. Campaign speeches. Roll-up-the-sleeves speeches. Point-his-finger speeches. Call-on-others-to-do-something speeches. Obama’s never met anything he couldn’t throw a speech at. It´s what he does. And beats working.

Here´s a January column opening we could have written early last summer when the broad scale of the Internal Revenue Service´s intimidation of conservative political groups began emerging [Snip]: "What the FBI investigation will find to prosecute in the flagrant IRS abuse of power is Nothing. By mid-January an unidentified Holder aide will leak that, by golly, after diligent detective work, they really didn´t find anyone or anything to prosecute. Probably just unclear instructions or misunderstandings. Move forward. So, scores of fringe groups could not raise money in time to exercise their free speech against the president in 2011-12.

Chuck Schumer revealed yesterday. Echoing President Obama´s infamous "bitter clingers" remarks, the New York Democrat argued that Tea Party supporters are cartoonish figures who are easily ridiculed. Invoking all the usual liberal cliches about conservatives, Schumer said the Tea Party is successor to "the Know-Nothings, Prohibitionists, Father Coughlin, and Huey Long." If there is anything New York doesn´t need it´s more reasons for Empire State residents to flee. Over the last decade (2001-11) New York´s population fell by 1.6 million. Many disgruntled New Yorkers said enough, packed up and left the state. This was a larger population drain than suffered by any other state. Congratulations. That´s why Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo´s declaration that "extreme conservatives ... have no place in the state of New York" was so dumbfounding. Politics: The Obama administration has turned the executive branch loose on its enemies — part of a disturbing and unprecedented trend toward delegitimizing political differences and marginalizing conservatives. In politics, lying is the new sex. Even the lesser sin, exaggeration, is grounds for questions about your suitability to run for office. Americans may be becoming more like the French in tolerating peccadilloes (just ask Rep. Mark Sanford of South Carolina or Sen. David Vitter of Louisiana about surviving a sex scandal), but get a detail wrong about whether you divorced at 21 or at 19, and woe unto you. That’s what happened to Wendy Davis over the weekend. You may know her as the Texas state senator in pink sneakers who delivered an 11-hour filibuster against abortion restrictions in June.
